Hello -- Looking for advice on registration gatekeeping in Zoom Webinar (or meetings, if it's easier in there). I need to prevent registrants from sharing their Zoom link, but don't see a setting that will let me do so. Also looking at an Eventbrite integration, but when registering there we sometimes (but not all the time) get a separate Zoom confirmation email with a shareable link. Appreciative of any advice.

I have a question regarding how to ensure the Host of the webinar is not able to link the identity of attendees, but at the same time restrict access to the webinar only to people who have previously signed up for the webinar (through a separate non-Zoom survey).  In principle, I can send a webinar link  to those who have signed up without the requirement to register or authenticate, in which case they click on the link, enter the webinar and their identity is kept anonymous throughout. However, those who have been provided with the link can share it with other external people who did not sign up initially and I want to prevent this from happening.  I know that if I do require registration, individuals receive unique links that can be used once only that they cannot distribute, but in case of registration, their identity then gets revealed.... Any suggestions? Basically, on how participants can generate one-time passwords without the need to register. Thanks!

Hi, We have a Meeting pro account. I set a meeting and shared the link to participants, however we may need to change the meeting to Webinar (as we have panelists). In that case we'll have to change the account, but the Q is- will I have to create a new link to the meeting/ webinar, or can I use the one I already shared?  Thanks. 

We created a webinar, but it disappeared from the administration page. There is currently no information about him and the registered participants. Zoom is currently asking us to repay the debt, although we have already made the payment. I did not find any information here, the support has been working for a long time, and the event should take place one of these days. Maybe here I will find advice on where to go for a quick solution to this problem. Help, please.

Hi, What happens with your Scheduled Webinars if your webinar license expire before the event? Does it convert to Zoom meetings and also registration links?  Thanks Simon

Hi,    I recorded a Zoom webinar last week and just went to check the recording but it only recorded on speaker mode.    I read online that the default was gallery mode so I didn't confirm the settings (SO STUPID ON MY PART), but now the recording is missing all the AUSLAN speakers and their lovely work translating the webinar so that the deaf and hard  of hearing could participate.    Is there any way Zoom has a copy of it in the cloud somewhere...........    Hopeful,  A new Zoom user

Hmmmmm...   Can't quite figure out this one. I'm licensed and paid for the ability to host webinars, probably just like a billion other people before me have done. So I'm thinking it's all done and settled and this is just flowing like clockwork. Then I go to my website and program in a test webinar. It's seemingly all set up correctly with godaddy. I input my Zoom account info such that webinars that get signed up for on my website are sent to Zoom automatically. So I basically register myself for one of my own test webinars. I then switch tabs to my Zoom account and see that, instead of a webinar being created, Zoom has instead created me a meeting. So, basically, what starts out as an attempt to generate a webinar from my website ends up portaling to my Zoom dashboard as a Zoom meeting. Zoom chat help was no help at all. Zoom chat help says they will create a ticket, and that the engineering team hasn't created a patch or a work-around for this issue yet (which I

When I share my screen, the other users attending the meeting/webinar see some black frames on their screen, corresponding to my zoom windows (e.g. participants list or breakout rooms), see attachment.Does anyone know how to remove them?Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi. I have set up a webinar in zoom. I am the host and have a co-host in the same organisation. I also need to set up a meeting in zoom that will overlap in timing with the webinar.Can I have a meeting and a webinar running at the same time on one account?

Hi everyone!  Hope someone can help me. I understand it is not possible to set up the livestream to different youtube links according to different language channels within the same webinar, since the audio that is captured and livestreamed is the original one. Now, is there currently any alternative to this, so that webinars with simultaneous interpreting can be streamed live?If there isn't should I invite the portion of the public that I know will need the translation to be in the webinar and use the tool, while still livestreaming to youtube for a wider audience? Thanks!

Anyone else disappointed you have to purchase or upgrade to the Events license to be able to use the new backstage feature? I was really looking forward to using this feature in our webinars until I found out its not available for regular webinar license. 

When sending panelist invitations for a Zoom webinar, how can you tell if a panelist accepts the invitation?  I don't see a tracking feature. 

hello. i have contracted Zoom webianr and i can't see how to set the simultaneous translation option, so that one of the panelists is a translator. Who can help me? it is quite urgent.I have asked on all the Xoom platforms and no one is answering me, they won't stop referring me to another place.

Hi Zoom support, As my webinar is coming soon, previously I set a rule that anyone registered will send a notification email to our company email address, but recently about 70% of registration are missed. Also, the registration record insides zoom is not updated, for example, i refresh about a whole day in weekend, the number keeps unchanged but I am advertising on the weekend,  but when i refresh a few times on Monday then  i could see the result of new register number appeal.As there are no way to see the registration detail (with registration question answer) before, so the email notice is very important for us, pls help to assist.

Hello,Sometimes we have a problem when we have meetings or webinars with a simultaneous translator. It has happened to us several times that the audio, in the original language, of one of the participants gets into the output channel of the translator's language. Why does this happen? How can it be solved when it is occurring?Thanks.

I am attending a webinar and all other participants are able to see each other but I don´t have the option of turning on my camera. I already uninstalled Zoom and installed it again but the problem continues. I attach a picture to show how I can not select the option I want. Thank you!  

I am looking for a way to host a webinar with a number of panelists and allow for a "debrief" or ending conversation for the panelists without participants being able to stay on and listen. Perhaps an "end for participants" or going back to the "practice session" type of situation.

I see there is cloud recording for *OnZoom* webinars, but I don't see the recording in my 'cloud recordings' tab.   The webinar was a 'test event'. is this why there was no recording?

Hi there!Has anyone had any experience running a one-day single-track conference on Zoom with the Webinar feature (not Events)?What are the best practices regarding speakers/panelists joining the sessions? How not interrupt the speaker who is presenting at the moment but still let other speakers be on standby?Should I turn off the option "video -  hosts" and, when they join, permit them to turn on their cameras?What is important to remember when having a couple of speakers "in the waiting room" (with their cameras off)?Thank you!

Hi everyonei will have a webinar and the client ask me the possibility to have up to 17 simultaneously interpreters.I read that zoom allows 20 interpreters BUT up to only 5 personalized.As default I have 9 languages that means that I can put other 11 languages.. and it is possible only in the settings menu, when I organize a webinar I can only put 5 personalized interpreters with their mail.How can I solve this problem?  Thanks

When I try to setup a webinar without registration and authentication option turned off, it asks for email and name when attendees try to join it. How to stop this? 

We have using the CSV file exported from Zoom to organize out Webinar Attendees for about 18 months.  We save the .csv file as a .xlsx file and import it into an MS Access program.   On 18 January 2022, it seems like the phone number field of the CSV file changed.   When we import into Access, phone numbers with non-numeric characters like ),-,(,+ the phone number will become a blank field n Access.  All numeric phone numbers will import fine for access.   Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?Thanks.
