Hey, I recorded a webinar today to my computer, like I always do. However, Zoom did not generate all the video files it usually does. It only exported one video file with the audio and just the slides. Unfortunately, the speaker window didn't appear on the recording even though they did on the actual live webinar. Does anyone have any idea why? Again, this is a computer recording and our last webinar last month worked perfectly. The only thing I can think that I did differently was that I had 2 screens this time around. Do you think that interfered? In any case, does anyone know if it's possible to recover any files that maybe have the speaker box in the image as well? Thank you.
Hi, As of a couple of weeks ago I could go to webinars on the left side bar, then select reports, then go to the specific webinar within the selected time period and click on either registrants or attendees and export a report. Now when I go to reports and select webinars, it only gives me the 3 options and they are all regarding "registrants" and not "attendees". Can someone please tell me how in the heck can I do this now? This is so frustrating. Also the zoom support number on your top sidebar is not a working number. Please advise me how to do this. If this is no longer offered, we may be moving to a different company that offers this feature. Thank you.
Hey there,I'm trying to figure out the best way for us to manage recurring user trainings using Zoom. We are hoping to move over to Zoom Recurring Events but I want to make sure that there aren't any potential challenges that we might face that I'm not aware of. We have a Zoom Events License with a 500 attendee limit and our average attendance limit is well below that so we're not restricted by that.Current setup:Running ~70 webinars through Zoom across various languages. There are about 20 topics and the weekly content is always the same. For example 'Getting Started' is one.We currently manage our user trainings as 'Recurring Webinars with no fixed time' in ZoomWe don't use any registration pages or emails as this is all done through Skilljar The only reporting or data that we pull from Zoom are the Q&A if needed, chat and cloud recordingChallenge:We want to convert these into a mix of simulive and liveThis means that we'll need to schedule these at set times and create a re
I'm trying to embed the form to register for a webinar on my website. I added the form using an i frame, and it is functional, but after you enter your information, check the capcha, and press submit, you get an error message reading, "us06web.zoom.us refused to connect." And you get a large gray screen with a broken image icon. Zoom is capturing registrations, but I don't want users to think they encountered an error when they try to register, obviously. Can you tell what I'm doing wrong here? Thank you!
I created a general survey a while ago under the Survey tab on the Zoom menu. I now want to add this survey to a webinar template, but the only options I have in the webinar settings are to create a new survey from scratch or to add a third-party survey. Am I missing something somewhere, or is there not an option to do this?
Hello! Looking for some help on an issue I've been having with webinars in Zoom since the 5/23/24 release. Here's some info about my device (Lenovo ThinkPad X1--upgraded with new Zoom Workspace on 5/24/24):Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1185G7 @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHzInstalled RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 10 EnterpriseVersion 21H2Installed on 6/9/2023OS build 19044.4412Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19056.1000.0Whenever I copy and paste a link or text from a Word document into the in-meeting Zoom Group Chat chat, at some point during the webinar, my text will appear only in Wingdings font for hosts, panelists and some participants to see and cannot be toggled off to legible text. I have tried clicking More , and then changing the option from Everyone to Participant Can Chat With Hosts and Panelists and back again, but that hasn't worked . This is a pain poi

How do I add custom questions to the webinar registration form?
Hi there,Is it possible to create a Zoom Event without the attendee needing to fill out their email address and name? We are collecting this in another platform. I've turned off the 'Registration Required' option but this still appears:Thanks,Cliona
I have two Zoom Workplace Pro accounts, recording a whiteboard with the same device, in the same place, with the same lighting, recorded in HD 720, and using the same Wi-Fi for my webinars. I record a screen where I present documents to my students. On one account, it looks perfectly clear, but on the other, the screen that I am recordings. Could you please help me? Thanks!
I work for a charity organisation which hosts monthly webinars. Our attendee audience is usually around the 300 mark. Recently, our admin people changed our Zoom license (I'm not quite sure why). The current state of our organisation's Zoom licenses is as follows: Zoom Workplace Pro 1 available, 9 usedZoom Webinars - 500 attendees 0 available, 1 used There are 3 of us who host webinars in rotation. Am I correct in assuming.....1. The person to whom the '500 attendees' license is assigned will definitely be able to continue to host webinars?2. The other two of us will need to purchase additional '500 attendees' licenses? ie. the license is for an individual not for the whole organisation? Many thanks,Simon
I organized a webinar with a co-host, but I was registered as a regular attendee and wanted to post in the chat. However, I was only able to send messages to the "Hosts and presenters" chat. Some of the other attendees posted to the same chat, while others posted to the "Everyone" chat. What could be the reason for this? Did I configure something incorrectly in the settings?
I am trying to add a panelist to a webinar and their email ends in .us. Zoom won't let me add them - it gives me a message that the email is not valid, except it is. The panelist does not want me to send it to their personal email. What can I do to add this panelist with their work email?
This is the latest loser to manually add my email address when I'm not on their mailing list. Is Zoom ever going let people STOP adding email addresses manually??????????? I get at least 1 per week of this b.s.......how can we make it stop? It ALWAYS tracks back to some vendor selling something from India or Pakistan....or a scammer from JVZoo or WarriorPlus affiliate platforms. 1 HOUR TO GO: LIVE TRAINING @1129_2:00 AM EST: How AI Social Agents Automate Social Media & Build a $10K/Month AI-Powered Agency starts in 1 hour
Hi folks,I'm looking at this article and I still have a couple of questions on Zoom simulive webinars.1. Can we run multiple at once from the same Zoom account? We have 'normal' webinars running at the same time. Is it possible to have multiple simulive or live webinars at once?2. Is it possible to run one without any chat support? Or to have a way where we are notified internally if there's a question in the chat (Like in eWebinar)Thanks,Cliona
I have a recurring webinar with several source tracking links for different campaigns. For one campaign in particular, the "visitors" number seems very high, especially when compared to the LinkedIn data that shows engagement with our ads that the source tracking link was used for (e.g., Zoom saying 3000 visitors, but LinkedIn showing only 1000 impressions, with even fewer clicks, and we actually didn't generate any registrations at all). We only posted this on LinkedIn, no where else. Is it possible for this visitors number to be inflated on the Zoom end, perhaps for some unknown technical reason? We know we need to revisit our campaign strategy and CTA in general, but I'm specifically wondering how the Zoom visitors are so much higher than what LinkedIn says. Thanks for any input!
My zoom webinar license expired while I had a webinar set up and had sent the link out to all the attendees. After I renewed my license, the Zoom webinar link changed. Luckily, I noticed that they were not the same link and sent out an email to all attendees. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something that will occur if my license expires?
I would like to delete past events that have ended for the sake of organization. There is a delete menu in the event draft but not in past events. Anyone know how to delete it?
Just had a very strange and show-stopping bug in Zoom Webinar.Summary: Screen sharing refused to share audio playback, even when "share audio" was absolutely checked. Details: In practice session, checked screenshare to make sure tech was set. Played fullscreen video on second monitor through VLC. Shared full second monitor, not application. Zoom settings from the web portal included the new "Enable HD video for screen shared video." Both checkboxes from the screen share menu were checked - share audio and optimize for video clip. Everything worked fine, video looked and sounded good to the other panelists. We took a break for 10 minutes until we were ready to broadcast, and I ended the screenshare. After a 5 minute intro, I popped up screenshare, made sure boxes were checked, and started the video. We immediately started getting comments that nobody could hear audio. I checked the zoom share menu, and the little speaker icon that means "audio is being shared" was checked. I stopp
Hi everyone, Does anyone know the maximum Zoom Events event duration. I do not mean the maximum amount of time of a meeting or webinar session. I mean the maximum of the entire event. Our company was thinking of doing a month long event but we were not sure if that was possible. We will only have one or two sessions each day. The longest event I have done so far is 3 days so I was not sure and I cannot find it in the documentation. Thanks for any help you can provide. Andrew
I have created a webinar and the registration page is showing the wrong time zone - I have changed all the settings to the correct time zone in the webinar settings and recreated the webinar a number of times however, the time zone on the registration page is still wrong - is there somewhere else in the settings I change this?
We've had a webinar set up for months now with a particular title and just recently the title of the Zoom webinar changed to 'Zoom Webinar'. Apparently, admin can change this but neither the owner nor admin can change this. Does anyone have any answers?

A participant just got a new modem. Now they don't receive the invite link each time, just some of them. Is there any way to help them on my end?
How do I stop people from signing me up into their Zoom webinars I did not sign up for? Im getting inundated with them - several a week. Complete distraction of my time.
