I have a webinar that, when people register, they must answer a custom question. How do I pull a report that will provide both the registrant name and answer to that question?  I have looked under Analytics & Reports - Meeting & Webinar Registrations but no data comes up when I select "Webinar" from the drop-down and include my meeting ID.  Any tips? 

I have tried everything and for some reason can't get the music to play during our "breaks."The instructions say to click on my photo and then settings then "audio" there is no "audio" settings on my settings.

I've been attempting to set up event subscriptions, but I keep encountering an error when trying to validate the endpoint URL. The message I receive is: "URL validation failed. Try again later." This issue has arisen while developing a new application.

We are running a webinar via Zoom Sessions. Where is the ability to start or stop the recording manually? The recording controls are not present in their usual location! If the "auto-start" was not configured beforehand, you cannot change this without restarting the ongoing session either.

Normally I can run a webinar and record using QuickTime in high-resolution. Today, I could not do that when the Zoom Webinar was active but I could record with QuickTime when the webinar was not active. Does any one have any solutions to this? I'm looking to record the webinar, record the same webinar via quicktime without the slides that way I can edit a nice video together using both.  Let me know. 

I found a solution after extensive trials. 1) Create a filter in Gmail - @zoom.US2) Set to delete all3) Tell you real clients to send all invites to whatsapp3) Stop using zoom untill the provide a fix>I get invites all the time from @outlook. and they change it for every webinar. I have unsubscribed 100's of times but they keep on coming. Zoom has no solution or does not care. So this is my final fix. Cheers

I have just run a webinar where an attendee reported that they were able to register and reached the waiting room, but when the webinar started they received the following error and were unable to get back in (despite restarting login process).Error: The server encountered an internal error and was unable to process your request. Error code: 3034They are using a Mac.

Hello Zoom Support, I’m experiencing a persistent issue related to a recurring Zoom webinar that I created a couple of weeks ago. Here’s the full context:I originally created a recurring Zoom webinar via the Zoom web platform and added one panelist.I did not send invites through Zoom, but instead created a separate calendar event in Google Calendar for all participants. I added the Zoom link there manually and sent out the invites via Google Calendar.After some time, I needed to cancel and change the topic, so I went to Zoom and deleted the webinar entirely from the Zoom dashboard.I also went to Google Calendar and deleted the full recurring series

I'm planning to host a webinar and will disable the chat for participants, relying on the Q&A function for questions.  I wondered if there was a setting where presenters can use the chat as a "one-way communication" with participants?  I will have 300+ participants and didn't want the chat going but my presenters would like to share a link to a survey with their audience at the end of the session (without receiving responses back or fielding side conversations).  Thanks for advice!

Hi everyone, I've been using zoom webinars for some time, and today I encountered this problem for the first time.I was in webinar practice session with two others panelists and none of us were able to share sound during screen sharing. I can see the Share Audio option in the bottom corner, but I can't check it.I would appreciate any solution to this.  

Hello. I am an interpreter who has worked on Zoom very frequently in the past four years. Recently, I have noticed that the original sound from the floor can be heard in the background when listening to my colleagues' relays.Let's say the original sound is Japanese, and I am listening to my colleague's English. Although my colleague's voice is louder than the original sound, I can still hear it in the background, which is extremely distracting. Other interpreters have told me that they have the same issue.  So, I can safely say that it isn't a problem with my headset (Plantronics Blackwire 8225).  Is there an audio setting I can enable to prevent this situation?  I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I used to stream to my facebook page, but since last week I've not been able to stream to my active page as I the drop down like is not showing my active page.Instead the drop down list were showing the inactive pages . What has changed ?   and what do I need to do to be able to stream to my active page again ?  

I recorded a webinar, it generated 6 files (as below) and stored in zoom's cloud. How can I upload the file to youtube with Shared screen with speaker view + speaker view (just like the live webinar with shared screen on the left and speak thumbnail on the right)? - shared screen with speaker view- shared screen with gallery view- Speaker view- Gallery view- Audio onlyHope you can help with a solution 🙂 Regards,Rebecca 

My organization is new to Zoom. We have the Zoom webinars subscription, WITHOUT the webinar resources option. With the webinar software we had previously, we were able to upload a pdf document during meeting set up so that all attendees could access no matter when they joined the call. We no longer have that option. Does anyone have a solution for sharing a link to a pdf file DURING a webinar? We can share it in the chat, but I don't want to have to share it multiple times throughout the webinar for people that login late. Any advice you can provide is helpful!

So, this is a weird one. We have a regularly scheduled monthly Webinar. We have several panelists, and many attendees. One of the panelists, lets call her Liz, suddenly cannot be heard or seen.  Everything was fine for a year, now the last 2 months we have a problem. Now to be clear, she has a computer with no camera. But she used to show up on the VIEW as a place holder with her name, and when she spoke the view would kick over and we could hear her.  Now the image holder of her is gone, and we cant hear her.  Weirder still, she shows up in the list you can open over to the side, but not in the viewer. Any thoughts?

Hello, we currently want to enable users to automatically register for our webinars under certain conditions and receive invitation emails.Our current process involves extracting these users' email addresses and names daily, compiling them into a CSV file, and then importing it.We would like to automate user registration using methods officially permitted by Zoom. Could you please advise on how we can achieve this?Thank you.

I am setting up a webinar and have entered some required questions into the registration page which have an asterisks next to them. However, when I go to download the details of the people who have registered none of them have filled out this part and I can see none of this data. I was wondering if there is some error in my set up. I have even entered my own details into this form and answered the questions and it has not recorded them in the exportable csv. Thanks

Hello, I have this assigning problem here.My account is a Pro type. I use webinar for a quite a long time.Recently, my client ask me to add breakout session in the webinar.After some research, I found I have to buy zoom session to have this feature.Now my webinar is already been created and there are already registrants. I need to concert the webinar to session.After purchase the session, I cannot assign my account with session.The odd thing is, other account can, but not for my account which is the owner.Appreciated if any one could spot the problem, and help to solve the problemThanks.   

Hello!I'm trying to find an answer regarding technical support during a Webinar. Does Zoom provide a technical support during a basic Webinar? Or is there a specific contact to reach in the event of technical difficulties when hosting a Webinar? 

I want to stop getting the spam emails from Zoom. <***********>Is there a setting in my account that I can set to not get emails from Zoom?I got an email stating the I registered for a webinar and a link to cancel registration.This is annoying as it was a lie, I never registered and this is SPAM.This is a continuing problem!

We recently purchased and enabled the translated captions license add-on. While the in-webinar captioning works wonderfully in our testing, we were also hoping to be able to download the VTT files in several languages along with the other cloud recording files. Is this possible? Is there any way to capture the time-stamped translations?

I'm trying and failing to set up breakout rooms for an upcoming webinar via zoom events. It would appear that if a participant joins via the zoom app then they can access the breakout rooms without any issues, but if they access via a web browser they can't.Any ideas would be greatly received
