Solved

Hello people, myself Emmanuel Katto from Uganda (Africa). I wanted to know how can I use AI feature of Zoom, can anyone help me with this?

In a meeting, only the host has a licensed account, if the host quit out of the meeting, how long would it still be for the left attendees(all of them don't have a license account)  to stay in the meeting? Email: ***********

Can anyone help me with Whiteboard Collaboration? I want to use Zoom whiteboard to teach my online lessons but I cannot work out how to give participants 'edit' access. I've tried by opening the whiteboard in the meeting and checking the 'allow users to collaborate' box but the participant either gets an error message or the whiteboard opens as view only. It's really frustrating as I assume that collaboration is the whole point of the whiteboard?! I'd like my students to be able to write onto it. When I go into my settings the 'whiteboard sharing default' has the access level set to 'viewer' with 'commenter' and 'editor' greyed out. Please help me!!!!

I am using Zoom version 5.17.2 on a Mac desktop and laptop. When I go to unmute a message pops up that says "AI Companion is using the conversation transcript". I need to hit OK to unmute. I don't recall having this message in the past. Can someone tell me what is going on?

I updated my Zoom client and now my screen looks like the attached image. I have already done the following to troubleshoot. Updated drivers Reinstalled the zoom client Restarted my computer Verified that my camera software works properly when I am not using zoom. Anyone have advice?

I am hosting a meeting. Once my client is accepted from the waiting room, he will be in the group and then disappear. In a very short time, he will be back in the meeting without going through the waiting room/admission process.  From his end, he describes it as cycling between being in the meeting and looking at my invitation. This does not happen with any of my other clients. He is using his phone, but I have other clients who use their phones without issue. Can anyone help? I've tried looking into the support, but I haven't found anything helpful. I don't want to lose my client, but he is struggling to stay connected because of this issue. Thanks,Kirsten

Hello all, I've been working on a Zoom event for the past few months. I came back from the holidays, and I'm no longer able to edit it or access it. I can see my event under the Manage Events section. Normally, I would click the edit button to edit the event. Now, it shows an error "Please complete your Host Profile Settings".  I've chatted with support and followed all directions to "update my host profile settings". It is still not working. Any ideas?

I was in the middle of a meeting that had been going for an hour and I received a Zoom popup message saying, "You have been signed out because your account is signed in from another device". Very odd, as this wasn't the case. All my devices were with me in the room and switched off. My meeting continued as normal. Never seen this before, was it a security issue?

Hello,   With the learners success team we are gonna start using zoom meetings to create training for our customers. To streamline the registration process, we're keen on providing our customers with a user-friendly calendar showcasing all upcoming training sessions for the next few months. The ideal scenario would be for customers to simply click on the session of their choice to register. We're looking for a solution that automates this process, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Do you have any recommendations or insights on how we can seamlessly integrate Zoom meetings with an automated calendar system for our training sessions?   Thank you

Is there a way to promote a registrant to a webinar panelist before they join the meeting? I know I can invite/import a list of panelists but not everyone will attend the meeting virtually and by adding them manually, it will likely create confusion.  I know I can promote them once they join but that is challenging to do with 50+ participants.Ideally, once someone has registered, I would like to be able to designate them a panelist so when they do join the webinar, they will have the proper status. Thanks.

I would like to know if Zoom allows for hosting multiple conferences simultaneously with the same account. In other words, scheduling several video conferences at the same time with different hosts using the same account. Is this possible, or is there a specific plan that enables this? Regards.

I haven't tried Vanity URL yet, but I have a question. If I generate a Vanity URL and customize the webinar's joining screen, will the default URL and screen still be usable? If it's possible to use both, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to switch between the URLs and screens to be used.

In an important event, I recorded to cloud. I forgot to turn on "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately". As the slides are shared all the time, the speaker view is always at the corner. Is it possible to recover such separate views after the meeting? This is really important for me. Thanks!

Hi there,We are planning to host a webinar this week and I am curious whether I can set up a video before our webinar so it will play automatically when everyone enters the webinar. Is it possible? Thanks for all!

Dear community, A few days ago I attended a meeting. I am neither the organizer, host or co-host. Every participant is visible to everyone. So when I click on participants I see myself first then the host followed by the co-hosts and then the participants. Suddenly a participant ID appears after my name. The ID only appears after my name, the other participants are only described as host or co-host. Can someone tell me what the participant ID is all about?

Several others have posted about this but there have been no replies yet so I'm boosting here!Trying to use virtual background using a Keynote slideshow; I have Keynote installed of course, that's how I'm playing it.When I try to use the advanced feature, I get the error message (see screenshot) that "Unable to load XYZ.key because Keynote is not installed."I tried with a .ppt file and same error message for "Powerpoint is not installed."I tried to see if Zoom has an app for Powerpoint or Keynote; they do not.Others are using this great feature, and I'd love to, but am stuck.(I uninstalled, fully, the Zoom app and reinstalled; same issue)(Computer and Zoom all 100% up to date)(Running 2021 MacBook Pro M1 with Ventura))

Starting today, I am experiencing a situation that never happened before. After a 40 minutes meeting session, when I try to reconnect, I'm told to wait 10 minutes before being able to reconnect. Is this a new (unexpected) feature of Zoom Meetings, or was it some kind of error?

I'm a physician and I need to hear people cough when they cough. I have tried many different settings under audio and it only makes it worse, and there is no option to turn noise suppression off. Please help. Thanks.

I am hosting a public meeting, using a webinar, that is providing Sign Language interpreters. There will be multiple panelists that want will keep their cameras on during the discussions. At different points there will be screen sharing. To make the speaker and interpreter big enough for Deaf attendees to see the interpreter and to highlight the different speakers, the speaker and the interpreter will be spotlighted.  When the screens share is started the speaker's video is still visible to the attendees but the interpreter is not seen. This means the Interpreter must be the only spotlight so it is accessible but  now the attendees can not see who is speaking. How do I spotlight the speaker and the interpreter at the same time as screen sharing in a webinar?

Hi Everyone,Hope someone can help me to solve this issue. I set up an Azure Virtual Desktop environment and installed Zoom as described on the website:- Installed Zoom "ZoomWVDMediaPlugin.msi" on the Virtual Machine Host on Azure,- Installed Zoom "ZoomInstallerVDI.msi" on the client that will connect to AVD. After that, no camera are detected by Zoom. Does anyone already has this issue before? Maybe I miss a step. Thanks for your support.

Does anyone know if there is a way to send the NPS survey via email to attendees after the event has ended besides the survey appearing on the app after the event ends? Thanks,Manuel
