We're an Office 365 shop and have a couple of conference rooms that we've set up as Zoom rooms using Neat bars and the Neat external displays.  It's pretty slick!  If someone schedules a meeting through Outlook as a Zoom meeting (using the Outlook plugin), and invites our conference room, everything works fine.  The meeting shows up on the scheduling display and everything is wonderful. If, however, someone someone schedules a non-Zoom meeting (where we want everyone on site) or books the room for some other reason, the meeting doesn't show up on the external display.  This makes the external display somewhat useless.  It seems like the calendar integration only goes from Zoom to the Office 365 conference room as opposed to going both directions. My questions are:Is that how it's intended to work, or do I have something misconfigured?Assuming it's working as intended (I hope it's not), is there any w

I'm a piano teacher and I have Zoom integrated with my studio software, My Music Staff. I'd like to host a Zoom practice session that is open to my students throughout the afternoon. Since I'll be teaching during this time, I won't be able to constantly monitor the event, but I would like to know who signed on during the session, regardless of whether they left any evidence (e.g. chat) of their attendance. My Music Staff uses my Personal Meeting ID to host Zoom meetings, rather than scheduling meetings through Zoom's web platform, in case that's relevant. Thank you!

We need to share HDMI inputs in our system and of course we like to annotate the shared screen. But we don't get the annotate option on the shared input.We onle get this option if we shere a PC with a code sharing input via network.Is this a feature or a bug? Hi ,  in my office , we are using both Zoom and Ms team for VC , but our VC room are Zoom native with Logi equipment.Issue we are facing now is when ppl join Ms teams meeting from Zoom room , when remote participants start sharing their presentation by using Powerpoint Live feature on Ms Team from their laptop , the audience in zoom room see nothing on TV screen . we have test several times and not working.  the only workaround we can do now is use desktop sharing which not very best experience to staff and ppl get frustrated when they are in meeting room but cannot see presentation. anyone facing the same issue or know any solution to this ? thks 

Good morning Zoom team,We are using a Zoom controller’s version: 5.9.3 in our Zoom rooms version: 5.9.4.We noticed after the latest update GUI on the controller has change.Previously, whenever participant was speaking the microphone icon in the Participants list will have green moving lights.It was a great option, especially for a larger meetings to quickly identity who is not muted.Is there a way to bring this option back?

I have a random question, I am setting up the Virtual Receptionist and on the Kiosk tab I don't see a action button and whenever I save it says "Please configure the receptionist in order to save" How do I do that? Do I have to have zoom phone feature to use virtual receptionist?

Is there any documentation on what the logic is when there are multiple recipients for a Kiosk?  If for example all 4 recipients are online and green, will it call the first name entered in the portal? Is it completely random? If a recipient is on another Zoom call, will the virtual receptionist still try to call through and the recipient has to choose whether to answer the new video call request or not?  Looking for any kind of documentation around the logic of a multi-recipient setup and how to coach these recipients on how to set their status to manage the answering tree better.  TIA

Hello, I'm hoping the community can help with a problem we are experiencing in what is an unusual work space. We have a Zoom Room system and a Teams Room system both sharing the same calendar. The aim was to be able to use native Teams or Native Zoom to join any meeting request sent to the room rather than using the guest join inter-op that currently exists for both because the experience using those is not as good as native. When we send a either a Teams or Zoom meeting request to the room only the Teams room shows the meetings on the touch panel. The Zoom Room touch panel remains blank though, as if it has received nothing. How do we stop this from happening and allow either room to be able to join a received meeting request? Thanks in advance!

I'm a little confused about zoom rooms. I have an upcoming meeting with 12 guests and I want to break them into groups of 6. Do I have to buy two rooms or can I buy just one? I can't tell if your original account is classified as one of the rooms. Thanks

We have several Zoom Rooms running on the Poly Studio x50 platform. We cannot get the Smart Gallery function to work, even though it shows as an option on the room controller.All rooms have been fully updated to v5.9.4 (controllers are at 5.9.3).What are we missing?

Hello, Our company has grown, and with that growth we need to add more users to our account. Until this point we've used one login for multiple users, and scheduled all meetings inside the single account.  When we started with two concurrent meetings we added more users to our account. We now find ourselves needing more than two meetings at one time, and we need to upgrade, but we can't make head nor tail of the instructions, and we are overwhelmed with options. Does anyone know of a consulting service who would come in and get us set up for a fee? Thank you

Recently whenever a meeting is started in our Zoom Rooms, the screen share starts immediately. I've looked through our options and haven't found where I can disable it. We want to leave the screen share option available, just not automatically start when starting  a meeting. Anyone have any insight to this?

We don't have zoom rooms , just meetings to run our yoga classes, however all of a sudden it is saying can't pair with controller, and we get the blue screen. Any idea how to stop this?

I need to leave one Breakout Room open all day, whilst setting up others for just the morning or just the afternoon at our event.  There is an option to do this:Allow hosts to create, rename, and delete breakout rooms when rooms are open.Note: This option must be enabled by Zoom before it is available and requires 5.9.3 or higher.This option does not appear on our account under .  I have upgraded my client.  How do I get Zoom to enable this option for us?NB All we see are these two options:Allow meeting hosts to pre-assign participants to breakout roomsAllow hosts to broadcast message to participants. 

Hello - We have a Zoom room w/ a Logitech Console connected to a camera w/ two big screens and would like to run Microsoft Teams meetings using the same system.We did everything in the following articles -  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360057044571- Enabling-or-disabling-Microsoft-Teams-Direct-Guest-Join  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203847179,But we are stuck trying to understand next steps.   I know we are supposed to invite the Zoom Room which is a licensed Microsoft 365 user to the Zoom Room and the link should show up on the Logitech console but that is not the case. Does anyone have a clear and easy step-by-step guide for connecting to a Microsoft Teams meeting in a Z

Recently all of our rooms started throwing the error "Host disabled participant screen sharing" when trying to use the Presentation mode. It's confusing because there is no host in Presentation mode as far as I know. We have tried switching "Who can share" in the Zoom Room settings from "Host Only" to "All Participants", but this seems to only effect meetings. Room version: 5.9.4 Controller version: 5.8.3 The Zoom rooms are all Mac Mini/iPad.

Does it work everywhere? If not, how about Germany and England in particular?

Is there any other place that I need to go to assign the button? I have entered the email and hit save in this box and at the main screen. We tested the button and it is still pointing to the email that was previously listed. Strange. Thank you for your help!   

Is there a way to zoom in on my face so that my background in my workspace doesn't show.  I have tried the virtual backgrounds but do not like them, so I ordered a green screen background and that doesn't cover the whole area

We have two offices both using X50's with TC8's. Grid view in Zoom used to work on both fine, but now only works on one. Both are running the latest firmware as of 3/14. Nothing we do seems to make a difference in function. All settings are the same for both. Does anyone have any ideas?
