virtual receptionist - not calling who the button is assigned to

Is there any other place that I need to go to assign the button? I have entered the email and hit save in this box and at the main screen. We tested the button and it is still pointing to the email that was previously listed. Strange. Thank you for your help!

    @Lkinney Please try signing out or rebooting the Kiosk by clicking the cog icon (top right).
