Sorry, two parts:1. How do i cahnge the email address that Zoom has for me?  2. I downloaded the "pro" version but when i try to download onto an additional device, zoom wants me to just provide me with the regular free ware version, rather than the original download version.Sorry if these seem like rather simple questions but just trying to get going with thisthanks in advance for anyone willing to help a newbie

Using the Windows client we are still receiving calls while in a Zoom meeting even though we have the "Hide incoming calls while in a Zoom meeting" box checked.  This is not limited to call queue calls.  What am I missing?

Good afternoon, Does Zoom offer a service where I can schedule conference calls, see the names of the people in attendance, have them raise their hand for questions, put them in break-out groups, record the whole thing and obtain the link  so I can have a copy?

We have had clarity issues with Zoom phone for over a year, has anyone come across the same thing and if so were you able to fix it somehow? We have tried many different things over the yr from trying calls on different Wifi's, different devices etc. but it hasn't helped. There is a tiny bit of a lag too on many calls, its a split second but its enough for my sales team to not want to use it with clients. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have done a factory reset and added the phone to the devices on my Zoom app. But how do I get the actual phone synced up? Don't I need to sign in somewhere on it? Desperately need help PLEASE!!

Our organization is new to Zoom Phone, I'm amending my disaster recovery plan for the organization.  What happens to our phone system if the internet in our local area is down? 

The storage period for call recording files is indefinite, but is there a possibility that this will change in the future?Is there an SLA that commits call recording files to be stored indefinitely?I am afraid that there is a danger of change due to the current situation.

I seem to be receiving 2 emails for the same voicemail left.   With 50 numbers in the call queue and each of them receiving 2 emails for every voicemail left, it can start clogging up the inbox.    Does anyone know how to stop 2 emails coming through.   I am thinking that maybe I have updated a setting for voicemails to be emailed in two different areas but I cannot find where.  Thanks. 

Hi Team, Do we have any policy which we can apply to allow the calls from specific number range (office numbers range) to zoom phone.  We have a request from user, that he wanted to receive call only from office number range  and apart from this no external call should receive to user on zoom phone, do we have any policy which we can apply to allow the calls from specific number range??. 

'Automatically Call feature has not been enabled for this account' error popping up when user tries to end a Zoom call via Salesforce. He can end the call in the Zoom app, but not via Zoom keypad in Salesforce.  Zoom 'Automatically Call' feature is enabled and confirmed by Zoom admin.  If the box is checked, why would the user still be receiving this error? @salesforce @integration @automaticallycall @automaticcall 

Hi,I am trying  to Forward calls to external number when the call is not answered. I want this number to be a 3digits number (I want actually to send the call to the SBC and from then route the call to another analog phone inside the company) .The problem is that I get the message "invalid number"  when trying to enter the 3digit number in the field.i have also created the relative routing rule for this purpose. thank you, 

We have a customer that just migrated all services from Google to Office 365. They are currently using Google as their SSO. What's the best least impactful way to convert them to SSO for O365?  

We have been with Zoom for about 3 years... That being said - this issue just started for one of our Executive Assistants.  She attempts to transfer a call to our managing director and Zoom is saying "transfer successful" but the call doesn't go through to the recipient. I checked all of her settings and she is authorized to transfer calls and he wasn't in a meeting so the settings for DND weren't applicable. Has anyone else experienced this with a user? Any setting suggestions? I haven't changed anything in our system that would cause this. Their apps are both up to date as well. 

Is there a way to bulk assign phone numbers to users in a single spreadsheet? I know have to first import users using a CSV, assign them licensing and build the account. During this process Zoom will auto assign them an extension. Now how to I find these new 100 users that don't have phone numbers? I will need to export them, then put their extension into the "phone number import CSV" that will assign a phone# of my selection to a specific user's extension.  Seems like lots of steps for a product that uses CSV's for import. can't believe there isn't a single template to do this.  would it be faster to create a site called Import-Temp assign all users to that site, then filter them, export/import them as needed then re-assign them to the master correct site?  Thanks

I am not hearing incoming calls to my mobile. It works find on my PC, just not mobile. Could it be an issue with internet connectivity or something else? The incoming call displays on my mobile screen, just no sound to alert me to the incoming call on my mobile. If I ring my mobile from another mobile it rings with sound.

We just went live with the Zoom phone system. I love the back end, very intuitive and easy to use. My users are complaining about the desktop incoming call notifications that cannot be turned off. Is there an easy way to toggle the desktop notifications off and on and the mobile call notifications off and on?  My users are all in call que's that simultaneously ring, when they are typing something and a call comes to the que it takes the typing focus away, so they have to stop. They have physical phones on their desk so they can sign out of the app but then they lose some of the functionality of having it.  Another feature that would be great is to be able to choose what call ques ring your mobile device. My users are not using it because both the call Que's and their own calls go to it and you cannot turn off the call que without turning it off on your desktop phone as well. 

I may not have desktop phones, probably won't, so I am wondering if my laptop is asleep and I get an incoming call, does it 'wake up' the computer?   If you have pros and cons for hardware suggestions, are there benefits to have a desktop phone, I would appreciate hearing this -  

have an end user reporting when going into audio conference, caller on phone can hear the assistant. hitting mute, then unmute sometimes works.   anybody had this complaint before? Sorry that is all the detail I have for now. 

Hey all - appreciate any thoughts in advance. I have had this issue multiple times. We are a small 4 license account that all of us are setup to ring in the support queue simultaneously. I've attached screenshots showing an issue today where the call came in to Service and rings on one line but not the other. 2 of the 4 of us got the call. Is there a setting I am missing because this looks correct.  Four files showing 1) Our settings on the Service queue 2) all 4 of us in the queue 3) Jeremy getting the 10:36AM call for service from Flint, MI and 4) Joy not getting the 10:36AM call for service from Flint.   Has anyone else experienced this?

I cannot sign in to zoom phone on 2 mobile phones using same email, why? but i can sign in on several laptop with thesame accout

Hi there,I can't find the "SMS Campaigns" button under the "Advanced" setting as the zoom admin.See screenshot.Does anyone know if that means our business is not required to register? I wouldn't imagine so but just wondering. 

HelloOur phones in San Jose, when dial 311 it sends us to the Milpitas City Hall services information. Is there any reason its not going to the San Jose services?

So I got the email about our SMS may have issues if we don't create a campaign. I'm not sure how much of this is something Zoom can do. I was trying to create the campaign and the whole thing, 100%, is based off of the 10DLC Compliance assumes everyone that uses an app to sms is a marketer or something that notifies. Our company's employees just use the SMS feature to text volunteers so they don't have to use their personal number. It is really dumb that these will need to have the respond with "STOP" on all the messages?Is their a way to fill out a campaign just for this type of SMS usage. We don't send anything automated out. Everything sent is from a human....it's like "Hey, I'm stopping by to pick up those signs."
