 I set up a Common Area phone and assigned it to a Yealink T54W. I'm able to use the desk phone with no issues, however the status of the "Common Area" phone appears as offline to the Zoom application. The desk phone itself shows online in the account settings. So, why is it showing as offline and how do I fix it? Seeing it as offline makes it seem as if the extension/phone is not available which isn't the case. 

I have an employee who is unable to Press numbers in a menu..... if she's calling and they say press 1 for this - it doesn't allow her to do that. I'm not sure how to even go about checking what the issue might be. 

Hello! I use the Zoom phone app on my personal iPhone SE as my work phone. I have not found a way to add work contacts without them syncing to my iPhone contact list. I would like to keep my work contacts and personal contacts separate. Is there a way to do this?When I try adding contacts to to my Zoom desktop account, they do not sync to the phone app. I just want to be able to see who is calling me, while keeping a wall between my work and personal contacts. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Hello, i have this problem where if i try to call in a meeting after i dial my meeting id i receive the message that the number i have dialed is not supported. i have all the correct options enabled to my knowledge but i can figure out what's going on. im in italy if it makes any dirìfference 😊

We currently use the Crestron MX50 and MX70 with the Mitel phone system as SIP devices.  We are looking to upgrade to the Zoom phone system and are curious if we can use these devices on Zoom.  I have seen in the past I can connect a Polycom IP6000 device to Zoom and use the phone's features.  I would like to have that same functionality with the Crestron MX50 and 70 devices.  

Good morning,I would like to have the Call Queue Historical Reports automatically in PDF format every Monday by email. For this I went to account management, subscription center, add and I configured like the screenshot below.Screen configurationI received the email with an attachment to the report but it is in CSV format and therefore illegible. Having a power pack license, in the analytics & reports, zoom phone analytics, call queue historical reports menu, export to PDF format is possible. Hi everyone, I need your advice around hoteling and common areas with physical phones. My specific question is in context of Zoom licensing and features. The use case is this: work areas which are NOT assigned to a specific person and need physical phones. The first thing that comes to mind is "common area" phones; but I'm looking for a way to find a more efficient allocation of Zoom licensing. You see, some times the hoteling areas won't be used by a human for months and common area phones require a license whether someone is using the phone or not. Is there a better way to solve this? For example, and I'm only mentioning this to spark ideas, I'm not looking for such setup pre se -- in the Cisco UC world there was this thing called "extension mobility"  - basically one has a fleet of empty shell phones where a human logs-in (using the keypad) and then the phone becomes "theirs". Hello, I have installed two different headsets for our receptionist.  A Yealink WH62 UC and a Poly Voyager 4310 UC and I have the same problem with both, the button that should be used to answer incoming calls does not work.  On the Yealink, it just made a beep when pressed and does nothing.  On the Poly, it will answer a call once, then any subsequent attempts to answer a call do not work.  On subsequent attempts, when the headset button is pressed to answer an incoming call, it sends the caller to voicemail.   I've tried both of these headsets using the regular Windows Zoom client and they work as expected so I know that it isn't the hardware.  The Yealink headset worked fine for around two years then suddenly, it stopped.  Assuming it was a hardware problem, I recently ordered the Poly I mentioned earlier and it doesn't work either.  That tells me that this is most likely a problem with Zoom. 

I have a user running Zoom client ver. 5.17.11 that is getting a delay answering calls from a queue. A call will come into the queue and she clicks the icon to answer, however there is a long enough delay that it allow someone else in the queue to pick it up.  From what I can tell she's the only user having this issue. I have also tried to reinstall the client with no difference. Any advice is appreciated. 

Hi;I need help, whenever I attempt using Zoom on my android phone, it will display the following message:"Your device appears to be rooted , this may result in private data loss, crashes, or other errors, we do not recommend using zoom with your rooted device"  What is the meaning of the message? and what is the solution to it?  Thank you.

I realize there is a 4 call limit on a zoom phone line. Is there any way to increase this limit with a configuration change, upgrade or add-on. In my business, I typically have a surge of calls when a new shipment is posted and easily surpass the limit, sending many people to voicemail.

Hi Experts,I got an error when I tried to create a new provisioning template for AudioCodes 445HD.Parameter isprovisioning/firmware/url= I am sure existing template which contains this parameter does work fine. But it is rejected as reserved parameter when create a template. Has anyone known this is limitation ware recently added?Regards.

I set up the phone and the phone number has been activated; however, I tried to make calls to external numbers I got this message from the system "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan". What does that mean? Does that mean I cannot make calls to outside numbers? Can someone, please help?Thank you!

I'm just curious of what is it that one would normally want to set via a template in the most general case, nothing like the other posts for custom ring tones or anything like that. Hopefully someone can help!  I'm making calls with Zoom and my headset, and people continue to tell me that I'm breaking up very badly.  I can hear them just fine.  Another related issue is when I'm making calls with zoom on the computer, rings sound muffled or not at all.  When someone picks up, then I can hear them.  I also don't hear a beep when calling someone's voicemail.  It's just silence, and I have to assume that the beep already happened.   I bought a new computer(Asus vivobook I9 if that matters).  I downloaded zoom, and have been making calls with Zoom and my Jabra evolve 2 75 headset.  The headset is connected to the computer via usb c dongle.  I've used the same headset with my previous computer without issue.  I don't think the headset is the issue, as I've made calls using Zoom on my phone with the headset, and no issues.  I've tried using my headset with my old com

I have a basic phone system for my office. I use Audiocodes MP-202 as my ATA. Will this model work and be supported by Zoom if I sign up for Zoom Phone service?

I have a user that has two separate direct dial numbers.   Is it possible to have different ringtones depending on what number the outside caller uses?   

We have yealink set up at our receptionist desk with the expansion module attached. We have all extensions all set up and they have been working great! Our phones are T43U's. My question is how can we see if when someone is on the line when we try to transfer to their extension? (so have the line lit up when that extension is in use)

We recently added Zoom Phone to our account. Searching for a name this morning in the desktop client (I was searching for specific Team Chat message that mentioned a person's name), I noticed that thousands of contacts from Google Contacts are now showing as Cloud Contacts in Zoom.   It's possible these were there before adding Zoom Phone, but I don't ever recall seeing them before.How do I manage this connection? I do not want my Google Contacts to be in Zoom.

Upon completion of setting up my new Zoom Phone number online and on my mobile app- it appears I can make calls and texts no problem. My inbound calls, however, do not ring to my cell phone. Call forwarding is off, my cell phone volume is loud, and I have the correct time zone. Did I miss where I'm supposed to enter in my actual cell phone somewhere in set up? Why won't it ring to my phone so I know I'm getting a call? I have 1 Zoom Phone number license for the $15/mo. 

Incoming calls to the Zoom app on my iPhone sometimes lock up when I try to answer them. Sometimes it works fine, but other times I am unable to answer them.   When I try to slide the answer button over, it just does not react. Its frozen and I cant access the call. The phone continues to ring as if I ignored it. This is happening in and out of the office on network and wi-fi as well. I am a delegate for another user in our enterprise system. This is not a call que or any other complex application.Hopefully someone can assist, thanks.
