We dropped our Verizon OneTalk for Zoom Workplace and I am having some issues reprovisioning the YeaLink t54W phones we got from Verizon. I can get it online and activate the webservice on the phone, and upload the package to it, but once I reboot and let it connect to the network, its reloading the old Verizon ROM. Tried factory resets to no avail. My Implementation specialist from Zoom has been very little help in this. (her schedule is at least a week out from when I try to schedule an appointment) Anyone know if a process to get these phones online??

Hello All: We are setting up Zoom Phone with four physical desk phones. We are dumping older Polycom VVX series phones.  So we can select from Poly Edge phones or Yealink phones. Both have all the options to fit the bill.  But I wonder if Yealing has more built-in features in the Zoom Phone environment that make them more user-friendly. Thanks for any comments!

Hi All, I have read the documents, and connecting Zoom Phone to Hubspot CRM is straightforward. Is there anything I am missing?   I have read mixed reviews on the app, but it is improving. I am coming to tomZoom from the Dialpad environment.  That was also an app plug-and-play integration.

Hi. I get a "message could not be sent" when trying to send an SMS text message. Screenshot attached. Any idea? Thank you. 

The users are already under the Users & Room section but their extension numbers are incorrect, no DIDs are assigned to the user and no calling packages are assigned to the user as well. I created a CSV file and when I try to import it, I get a message "Fail to parse number on". I added the DID as '+xxxxxxxxxx but does not work. 

I cannot get the remote answer/hang-up center button on the Poly Focus 2 headset to work to answer a call. I'm using the headset with the BT700 usb Adapter.  Would you know if there is a log to look at that would be helpful?  If you have a working Poly Focus 2 could you post what your working combo is for software versions? if using Poly lens and what versionBT700 software versionHeadset versionZoom windows app version

I need to update some of my Android Applications to Pause processing when Zoom Phone app is in a Call. Does the Zoom Phone App update the device Phone State? Meaning:  If I listen for this action android.intent.action.PHONE_STATEAnd check the Audio Service, will I know if Zoom is in a Call? AudioManager manager = (AudioManager) context.getSystemService(Context.AUDIO_SERVICE); boolean isInCall = manager.getMode() == AudioManager.MODE_IN_CALL || manager.getMode() == AudioManager.MODE_IN_COMMUNICATION || manager.getMode() == AudioManager.MODE_RINGTONE;  If Zoom App does not update the Phone State within Android, is there another Broadcast INTENT that I can listen for that gives me information about the Zoom call state? 

I have had to reassign a Zoom DID to a Zoom Users (Pro License) twice in the past four weeks. The DID seems to disassociate from the user. All the system parameters are the same as the other users in this group and have been double-checked. Any suggestion of why this user is dropping the assigned DID and a possible solution would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,   Is it possible to generate an SMS after a call is unanswered via an IVR process? It seems like you cannot, using flows, redirect the process to SMS to complete this task. We are trying to send a message "Sorry we missed your call. we are happy to assist you via text or we will call you back shortly." Anyone in the community seen this done?

Hi. I hope you are doing well. I am zoom phone user only (not workspace). I have USA/Canada unlimited phone plan that cost me $15 a month. Currently i am using one Local 10 digital long code phone number (747-2**-7*7*). I want to Add one more phone number that simultaneously work with my 10 digit long code  number on my same subscription. My second number that i want is should be a Toll Free number. Currently in my zoom account > phone management system > Phone numbers if i click ADD number (below the option of Main company number) i get the Notification / note that "you need more phone number Licenses." So my question are  How to get a new license to use a toll free number on my same subscription without spending extra bucks.How to add a new toll free number in my current subscription after getting license. Can i use both numbers  on my same Mobile app / desktop on which i am already using zoom pho

I currently have nine phone users, five with the unlimited plan and 4 four metered plans. I purchased an additional Metered plan successfully, but when I try to assign it to a users the drop down states the I have 0 (Zero) available. I started a service ticket days ago but they are not responding. Does anyone have advice for how I can get the plan assigned to a user?   

Hey, I work for a school district and we have just recently switch to zoom phone system. I have researched that a single user cannot have multiple extensions. I am looking for a work around if possible. Some of the staff have multiple offices in different schools. I am wondering if there is a way to have the one user call from the different phone with the different extension? This is for example, dealing with an emergency call to 911 that they would be able to see the different extension and know exactly with building it is being called from, instead of whichever one has been chosen as their default. Hopefully that makes sense? Thank you all for any advice!

 Zoom Phone becomes dialer option and takes over default dialer option. Permissions for Zoom have not been enabled, but any tap-to-Dial number is redirected to Zoom Phone. How do I remove this feature?

My zoom phone (desktop app) says yuor account is inactive, contact the admin.  It is a new account , not working even on mobile phone. Set up was done by support. I contacted to support for couple of times and i still have the same problem , even support cant help me to solve this problem. Any1 can hel ?

Hi Team,  How to Configure cisco 8845 phone with zoom, and which licenses i need to purchase??. 

We've been reviewing Poly Edge 220 and 350 phone models.  The directory search feature is clunky.  You have to click Directories, then choose a directory and then type in part of a name and then click submit. Are there any ways to streamline that process?  It would be ideal if we could have it default to the Corporate Directory.  Secondly, is there a way to enable predictive text technology so a person searching for Tom could just type 766 and it would interpret that as TOM.  Lastly, is there a way to display search results live rather than having to press Submit.   Are these improvements Poly would need to make or would Zoom be making those changes; or is it a combination of both.  We're still new to the Zoom platform so trying to navigate the landscape.

Is there any way to see what local numbers are available for the Zoom Phone in my area without first signing up for for Zoom Phone? I'm in Melbourne, Australia so I just want to see if there are numbers avaialble starting with +61 3 9.... Thanks!

Is there a way to set up an auto reply for Zoom sms? I am going on vacation and want to sent up an out of office auto-reply for any texts I receive. 

We use the Zoom phone system where I work.  One of the lines I access is (I believe) just a voicemail.  We receive quite a bit of anonymous calls, and I'm wondering if there's a way to block these callers from getting through. I've worked with phone systems that allow lines to be set up so that anonymous callers receive a message that says "the number you are calling doesn't accept blocked calls. Please try again by dialing *82, followed by the number you are trying to call. Thanks (click)." Is this possible?  If so, how?  Greatly appreciate it!   Thanks  

Hey all, Relatively new to IP phones here. I setting several Cisco 8865's for our small office for use with Zoom Phone. I purchased a few refurbished models, all of which have 2015 firmware (the old blue interface). When following Zoom's provisioning guide, it instructed me to provision the phone via the local IP web interface. The interface did not match any of the documentation, and there was no admin settings section. I attempted to update the firmware to the current version via tftp on tftpd32 thinking that would solve the issue. The firmware seemed to update successfully, but anytime the phone is disconnected from the network or TFTP is disabled, it reverts back to the 2015 firmware. Does anyone know why this may be? Or perhaps this is irrelevant and I am taking the incorrect approach entirely. I feel like there should be a setting for this but i cannot find it. Scenario.Manager has Yealink desk phone.He is on the phone. Usually on speaker phone.Someone else in the office (all Yealink), uses the PAGE button that pages the "paging group".The managers call, without warning, goes on HOLD. he then hears the page.He has to hit resume to get the caller back on the line with him. Desired behavior:If phone is engaged, do not page to it. User is already engaged with a customer and cannot act on the page anyway. Manager reported it also happens if he isn't on speakerphone. Any ideas where to look?

Zoom Phone is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get.  What would cause Zoom to randomly and automatically send everybody at my company two emails with two different extension numbers? Has anyone else encountered this?

I have a Call Queue setup so when someone dials Reception, it also rings on 2 other phones in case she is in one of those spaces instead of sitting at the front desk.  That works great when somebody dials the 10 digit number from outside the company. But if someone dials her 4 digit extention from withing the company, it only rings at the reception desk.  I also setup a Shared Line Group with the three phones and it still only works for the 10 digit number.   Shouldn't the internal extention work as well as the 10 digit number?

As the topic describes;   Does anyone have a parameter guide document for Yealink MP series phones?Looking to build device provisioning templates for these phones.  However, there doesn't seem to be any documentation out there.   The Yealink T-series has a guide,  but the parameters given in that doc are not working.For example,  looking to enable the Web Admin GUI, by default,   for MP-series devices. Thanks in advance.
