For a new user, it is difficult for me to find an intuitive way to configure our only phone number. When a help document says go to Settings, I can't figure out how to get to a screen for phone settings.We are a small nonprofit with a single phone number where our callers will be prompted to leave a message that we hope will be transcribed and sent to a designated email address. So here is what I am looking for:1- An easy way to get to phone management interface as this is the primary Zoom service we will start out with.2- Upload a greeting recording audio file,3- Configure incoming voice messages to be transcribed automatically4- Enter an email address where the transcriptions are emailed by default. Once the above is done, I need to find out a way to give our receptionist access to the phone interface so they can login and make & receive phone calls.Please

Hi,I have an auto-receptionist that routes calls to a call queue with five agents. I also have a toll-free number. I would like customers to be able to text the toll-free number, which would follow the auto-receptionist path, allowing the agents in the call queue to receive and reply to customer SMS messages.However, I receive a message stating that my users need a Zoom Power Pack. I do not want them to have admin access—I only want them to be able to reply to SMS messages. We are a canadian non-profit organization, and I cannot afford to purchase five Zoom Power Packs for my agents.Is there a way to enable this functionality without requiring each agent to have a Power Pack?Thank you!

Hello, I cant seem to set up my zoom phone, I cant set up my direct number nor receive or send sms. How can I set it up?

The phone tab is not on my Zoom dashboard. I have the phone license and use my cell regularly to make and receive calls, but my phone account can't be used on my desktop since the tab is not coming up. How do I get the tab on my dashboard (signing out and back in does not help). 

I am getting very confused with the various options on how incoming calls can be routed. We have a Zoom desk phone that is assigned to a user. During office hours, incoming calls go to that user's mobile device, but does not ring the desk phone. My goal is to have the user be able to answer calls on mobile if they are at an outside meeting, but also have the desk phone ring if there are other staff in the office. However, I am getting very confused about whether I need to change call handling, set up a common area, create a call queue, etc.

I've been having an ongoing issue that's slowly been getting worse. My phone won't ring at all, either on my headset or the speakers I have set to ring simultaneously. If I disable the setting to ring simultaneously, my headset rings fine. But I cannot wear that every minute of the day. It also shuts off automatically, so if a long enough time passes between calls, I won't get a ring. I've attempted to contact Zoom support, but it's terrible, I can't speak to technical support through any means. I've attempted a reinstall and an update. and I've checked, all my audio drivers are up to date. 

We use the transcripts of our phone conversations, by pasting them into ChatGPT and creating custom responses for our cases. We need the transcripts in order to have GPT create these responses. I didn't see ZOOM being able to provide these transcripts.

I need to answer SMS messages I receive. I am the only one on the account thus the Administrator. How the heck do I respond to texts?When I try it responds 'Message could not be sent'.

I keep asking the chatbot how to see all my personal telephone numbers in the dial pad screen of Zoom Desktop app. But it keeps telling me to log into my online Zoom account to see these numbers and edit/add them. You can't see your telephone contacts without logging into online Zoom? I wan to see them in the Desktop app without opening a browser and logging into Zoom. Is this possible? As it is I have to start typing in a name in the dial pad screen and it pops up sugestions. No way to see the entire list?

I have an LG Android phone with the Zoom app installed to be able to answer work calls.  For awhile it worked, but now every time I try to log in, I get this message: "Login Failed. Failed to connect to Zoom." I have updated the app, removed some apps from my phone, restarted my phone...Nothing works.

I am an assistant to someone who currently has about 800 "unread" voicemails in his Zoom voicemail box. Our voicemails also go to our email inboxes, so that's how the person I assist reads/listens to his voicemails. I've logged into the web Zoom app and can see where I can select all voicemails a month at a time, but I can't find any option available to mark everything as "read." I can only find options to delete them all or to mark them all as "unread." Seems weird that I can easily delete everything, but not just mark everything as "read." Thank you for any help you can offer!

The ZVA seems to often provide "imaginary" answers.  Can someone please tell me where to find this " phone icon next to a recorded call"? I am trying to listen to a recorded call, but could not find where to play it.  This is very frustrating.  Thank you!  

When I signed up for a Zoom Phone plan with unlimited calls, I assumed there would be no concerns about minute usage. Additionally, when I subscribed to the $5 per month toll-free number linked to my Zoom Phone, there was no indication that the toll-free number had a minute usage limit.I only became aware of this when I received a separate email stating that 95% of the allotted minutes had been used. However, I was never informed of how many minutes were included or what this 95% usage was based on. Without prior notice, my credit card was automatically charged.Now, when I try to check my toll-free usage summary by asking the Zoom bot for help, it instructs me to "locate the toll-free licenses section to view the available toll-free minutes." However, I cannot find this section, nor does the bot provide clear directions on where to check my usage.Can someone please assist me? I feel like I’m being charged for something without any clear breakdown of what I’m pay

I have a bit of a weird situation. My companies receptionist is retiring. We will have three different people rotating and answering phones. Trying to think of the best way to handle it. Our main line goes to an Auto Receptionist that directs phone calls during business hours to the receptionist that is retiring. If our receptionist doesn't answer, it goes to three members of our support team in round robin. Now that the three support members will be sitting at the reception desk, we want the one currently at the desk to answer first, and then it overflow to the other two.  My main question is what is a good way to allow whoever is at the front to be the main person without me changing the call routing every time it changes? My solution for now will be to have support log out of their account and into the receptionist account whenever they sit at the reception desk. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Good morning! We are experiencing some of our Poly Edge phones losing the BLF and Speed dial positions assigned by Zoom user settings. It seems to be temporarily resolved by a phone power cycle. Any thoughts one what could be causing this?

Hi all, I’m having an issue with BLF not updating on my Cisco 8841 phones with Zoom Phone. The BLF keys aren’t reflecting presence changes, but they work fine on the 3 Yealink T58A devices in the same setup.Here’s what I’ve tried: Verified BLF key configuration in Zoom Phone.Ensured the Cisco 8841 has the latest firmware.Checked provisioning files, restarted both the phone and Zoom system.Double-checked network settings and reviewed device logs (no BLF-related errors).BLF works on Yealink T58A devices, but not on Cisco 8841.Any suggestions or similar experiences? I need some help setting up our Zoom phone system. We are a clinic and we currently have (and only need) one phone number. When a patient calls that number, I need it to ring to 4 different phones. What is the best way to set this up? If one person answers, can another person also be on the phone making their own outgoing call, etc?

The process of using Zoom.us to update a personal voice mail greeting feels unnecessarily cumbersome.  Once logged in to the site the user has to remember if they are supposed to update Greeting & Menu: Connect to operator or leave voicemail  or are they supposed to update Leave voicemail instruction? Once in the correct section it's 7 additional clicks to get to the point they can re-record their greeting.  I'll ignore the fact that I can't prevent users from using the Zoom text to speech feature or at least eliminate the terribly unprofessional voice options. It's too much for some users.  To that end I've considered having them use *86 to simply record over their previous greeting.  Doing so mimics traditional phone systems.  Without having to remember *86 or use the Zoom.us process, how can a user gain access to their mailbox setup?  I can't create a contact since

HiThis problem is somewhat intermittent but is more often a problem than not. When using Zoom phone on the desktop app, I can neither hear nor be heard. The desktop app works fine for meetings and using the 'test microphone' and 'test speaker' options works successfully. I have deleted and reinstalled Zoom. (And rebooted multiple times).  Using Windows 11. The Zoom app on my cell phone works fine. Thanks for your helpMitch

I have downloaded the csv file to be used as an import for configuring keys and positions on a phone.We have Polycom VVX 350s and I would like to reuse this csv file across a few dozen people. I tried to just upload a file with keys 2 thru 6 because key one is already configured.That was not acceptable, it wants Key 1. How do I code the csv so it will not overwrite everyone's phone with my extension?Is that possible, or do I need some other csv that will have everyone's phone on it and I have to configure every column for everyone before uploading? I hope this makes sense.Thank you!

I have 1 user at my company where their voicemails do not show up in the Zoom Workplace app.  Has anyone every encountered this before?  The app shows that she has however many unread voicemails, but she cannot see them. I setup a desk phone for her for the time being so that she can clear them out. Thank you!

I'm looking for information concerning the process for ordering new Zoom phone service using Zoom's Partner Exchange Program in Uganda. Any information will be helpful.
