Needing to change 40 Auto Receptionists and have already created and tested the template.  When I try to apply the template, the checkbox is greyed out at Auto Receptionist. These are all (Main Auto Receptionist) for the sites.I am the phone admin.Also tried with account owner login. Is there setting I need to change or go about this a different way?

I bought a 20 USD package which includes unlimited calls to any region but I am only able to call the USA and I needed this for calling UK numbers but the system doesn't let me call them What should I do

Has anyone found a way to customize reports for Zoom Phone? Such as the User performance report under analytics & reports. The usage report does go down to 1 call for the time range set, we are looking for users that may have 0 calls during the time period set as well.  

I really like the convenience of texting from the Zoom phone app on either the desktop or cell phone app.  However, I cannot find a way to cleanly export SMS messages other than doing screenshots with third-party apps.  It does not appear from other threads that anyone has found a work around for this issue, but I wanted to tap the knowledge base of the audience to see whether anyone has solved this issue.  Likewise -- IF ANY DEVELOPMENT GURUS ARE FOLLOWING THE THREAD, please incorporate a feature to export SMS messages and their contents (i.e. attachments) into the next major software upgrade for Zoom!  

Is it possible to order multiple phone numbers from different countries?  I can see in the pricing pages obvious options for adding additional numbers in different area codes in the US for example, but the specific use-case we are looking for is:- Normally making calls from Australia, but occasionally, the US, South Africa, Canada and Europe- Need an Australian mobile (+61 4xx) number, but also US and New Zealand numbers ideally- The ability to add additional European numbers in future would be very useful

Hello, I am able to receive calls, however, I receive an error message when making outbound calls:  "my plan does not support this service"   I am calling local numbers.    I hope you can helpThank you. 

I cannot change settings because I keep getting a message tell mew that I need to have a US Metered call plan. This is my call plan: Zoom Phone US & Canada Metered CallingI am logged in.I am the sole owner/ user. How do I fix this!!!??

I just set up my zoom plan (US/CA) Unlimited and finally figured out how to receive incoming calls to my desktop and zoom app on iphone.  Unfortunately, I'm unable to make outbound calls.  The same prompt is received from both the app and desktop attempts "sorry, we cannot complet your call.  Your service plan does not allow calls to destination".  Anyone have any idea what I did wrong? 

I am not able to make outbound calls.  I am in the US with an unlimited calling plan and a toll free number.  There is no error code and the call log shows the call as successful.   Does anyone know how to help?

I am a super Admin for the account and we have a sites using Zoom Phone with two Poly Edge e350 desktop phones. The users at the site have reported that when these devices are on an active call, there is no external audible ring to indicate a second incoming call. Other than the beep that is heard in the handset only, which is not sufficient to alert nearby team members. Our goal is to configure the devices so that a second incoming call triggers an audible ring from the phone’s speaker, ideally at a volume loud enough for another team member to hear and respond by picking up a different phone in the area. Does anyone know if there’s a configuration or solution that would make this possible? If so, could you please share what steps would be needed to implement it? Thanks!

Is there a way to use the First Name and Last Name fields for sorting and look-up in company contacts?  Right now, it is using the display name field and folks are modifying the display name by adding in titles and company name so that they are more identifiable in meetings with participants outside the company.  This throws off the search by name when a queue operator needs to forward a call to someone.

HiIs there anyway to route an incoming call to a different queue, user, anything other than default based on the caller ID number? RegardsDamien

Voicemails that I receive automatically get forwarded as attachments to Email, why do received faxes not do the same, or am I missing a setting?

We have Yealink T54W for our users that require a physical desk phone. I have added contacts to the Yealink's local directory and remote phonebook. When a call is connected, I've noticed the caller ID name change from what I have set in the local directory or remote phonebook. Is Zoom performing a SIP update when a call is connected? I'm assuming whatever is happening causes at least the caller name to change. In the provided example, the caller name was being reverted to how my cell phone carrier displays my name. The avatar/logo from what I set in the local directory remained too, which seems odd, as I would think it would 1) drop the entire local directory contact that was matched or 2) not allow a local contact name to be changed if matched. In my testing, it seems to occur mainly for inbound calls. Outbound calls seem to stick better. 

Hi I'm in process of developing a tool to capture and record zoom phone calls as they happen. I don't want to use the recordings available after call ends as provided by zoom. I want to record them while they happen. Is there livestreaming phone data available like zoom provides for meetings?

We have one manager that works out of multiple branches. Is there a way to tie several extensions to one user, so they are able to answer calls at each branch from each local desk phone? We have multi-sites configured. 

I switched to Zoom phone from Nextiva.  I was able to send text messages without a problem or challenge.All my texts message are personal directed and I am not using them as a marketing tool. I am NOT running a marketing campaign and I NEVER send a text to multiple people at the same time.Yesterday, Zoom changed my texts messages to include the following words after my texts: "For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP."That is not fair!!!!! As it makes my texts look like I am sending generic mass marketing text, which I am not.HOW DO I STOP THAT!!!! Did I make a mistake about adding a campaign, to my account?If I delete the campaign, will I still be able to send individual text messages to my friends and business clients?If anyone has a solution for me please me get back to ASAP and let me know how I can stop these words ""For help, reply HELP. I’m having an issue when phone registered Avaya J179 phones with Zoom Phone. Everything seems to provision correctly in the admin portal and I’ve assigned the proper licenses, but every time the phone boots it displays: The phone is not licensed in zoom This message persists until the “OK” button is pressed. After that, the phone behaves normally. It doesn't affect calls or features immediately after, but it's persistent and disruptive to users.Questions:Is there a known prerequisite or license type (e.g. Avaya license, Zoom “device license” vs Zoom Phone user license) that might be missing?Has anyone resolved this “not licensed” boot message for Avaya desk phones?Thanks in advance!

Hi, can anyone direct me to how to setup single phone numbers. I've bought one number but the setup has assigned it to a company line that needs extension numbers. Pulling my hair out, I'm sure it does not need to be this complicated. Thanks in advance for any guidance 

Is there a way to add a key on a Yealink desk phone to monitor the status of a queue voicemail box? Like a BLF speed dial but that speed dial transfers to the voicemail box of the queue for each user. And monitors whether or not the queue has an unread voicemail.

I was able to modify the help and support page on my E550 under menu, help and support, and contact support. I have our support services business hours, phone number, and logo working. However, I cannot figure out how to also add an email address or additional phone number. Anyone else do this? I followed the link below but it doesn't show an email example. I added the below parameters to a test Zoom Phone Template and assigned it to my E550 only. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. When a call comes in or I manke an outgoing call using the Zoom app, the call is automatically connected to my watch. Each time, as soon as the call engages, I have to push the bluetooth button and toggle to handset. This does not happen ever if I am just using my phone in a non-Zoom capacity.I've looked and searched. How can I adjust the bluetooth settings? thanks,
