Hi Folks,This issue appeared recently but not sure exactly when.While I am testing Zoom phone with BYOC, I am having this issue where sometime incoming call from PSTN is not arrived at zoom client on windows10, but is arrived at zoom client on iPhone even these devices are under the same wifi AP. I am using the same zoom account on these devices.I checked with our IT team if firewall software would block incoming call, but any firewall software is not running on the laptop. I also tried client on iphone where not under wifi but connects mobile network directly, the result is the same unfortunately.Incoming call arrives after zoom client made a call, however suddenly the issue is back again.Of course, I have already checked a syslog of SBC, there is no issue on the SBC.Has anyone seen similar issue?

The local numbers have changed and I don't see San Jose as an option anymore. Will the number still work on meetings previously scheduled? 

I would really like a feature so that our Account Managers who are all on a call queue can mark a missed call when they have called the customer back. We have been having some situations where multiple Account Managers will call a customer back because there isn't a central place to mark that the call has been returned. I have tried having the Account Managers delete the missed call from there view in the app but it only applies to their personal account and not the call queue, so this will not work as a solution to my problem. Does anyone else have ideas or share this issue? Best,  Amira

Hello How do i divert my number from existing provider to my zoom number while awaiting porting to be completed.

The auto-receptionist cannot be deleted on my setup for some reason. She picks up all the calls and doesn't let them ring to my phone. I've followed the setup directions on how to remove the auto-receptionist but the notes don't tie up to what is actually showing on my screen. Any ideas on how to get rid of her?

Is there any chance, that application for Apple Watch with basic call controls will be developed?  Bad usage scenario example (now): I am on call with headphones. My phone is in pocket. Each time when I need to mute or unmute I have to get phone out from pocket. Good usage scenario: I have mute/unmute button on Apple Watch. 

How can we integrate, making phone call from zoom in react js. i have implemented zoom meetings in react but i need make outgoing call from zoom api 

I can not believe it is so difficult to give Zoom more money. I get invited to join a Zoom Phone Webinar which I attend, and I am trying to subscribe to the service that was advertised. I was told to fill in a sales contact form which I have done, but the so called sales consultant now is asking me what I want and all the additional info I have already given the sales contact form.Do we really need to jump through hoops and have the Spanish inquisition before we are able to subscribe to a service that Zoom invited me to attend ?

I am unable to port a number to my zoom phone - I get the error that i do have enough licenses. I just purchased the licensed and was advised that after I purchase I will be able to port.

I don't like physical mail as I got some stolen before. Does Zoom send you US Mail whenever I make a purchase or when something changes? Also I'm using Zoom Phone and it wants me to enter emergency address. Will it send a mail about that too?
