Employees at one of our sites find that their receptionist lines have been set to Do Not Disturb every morning when they arrive.  I can't find a setting that would cause this.  Any ideas?

    Hey @clarkwilkinson, according to our KB article, Inbound call notifications, you will not receive call notifications if you manually set your presence status to Do not disturb.

     

    You will not see a presence status for external contacts if your admin disabled presence status from displaying to external contracts.
