Hi @jbrowngs,

 

Have you tried using zero touch provisioning instead of assisted provisioning? 

 

All certified Yealink T5 series models support zero touch provisioning (which provides a simplified provisioning process that requires a factory reset). More information on this process: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360033223411-Getting-started-guide-for-provisioning-desk-phones
