We're interested in integrating incoming Zoom calls into our CUCM workflow for our call center. I see some Zoom/CUCM integration steps (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005484406-Setting-Up-Cisco-Unified-Communications-Manager-CUCM-with-Zoom), but there isn't an explanation about what the outcome or workflow of such integration is.  Does anyone know, or can you point to a resource? Thanks,Sean

Hello,We are working with the webhooks API to build some reporting for Zoom Phones. It's going well, with the exception that are not getting webhook events for our common room phone. I have been through the application feature list and checked all Zoom Phone events. Does anyone have any ideas here please?   Thanks,  Callum 

Guten Tag, Meine Rufnummer wird beim Import meiner Kontakte als ,ungültige Rufnummer, anerkannt. Ich wohne in Deutschland und das ist meine einzige Handynummer die ich besitze, ich komme nicht drum herum mit meinen Kontakten per Zoom in Verbindung zu treten ohne eine gültige Telefonnummer anzugeben. Was allerdings nicht möglich ist, weil mir die App sagt das meine Rufnummer nicht existiert. Ich würde mich über eine Rückmeldung freuen. Mfg 

Just signed up for Zoom phone. I can't seem to locate the dashboard that has the dial pad, voice mail, etc. I tried calling my new number just to see what would happen and there was no ring. Any suggestions?

Ich habe mit meinem Windows 11-Laptop folgendes Problem: In Meetings werden häufig Videos und Musikfilme übertragen. Ich habe keine Probleme mit der Übertragung von Ton und Bildern, allerdings kommt Musik nur sehr abgehackt. Auch bei dem Lautsprechertest habe ich nur abgehackten Ton. Dieses Problem tritt nur mit Zoom auf, ansonsten funktionieren die Lautsprecher einwandfrei (auch beim Streamen). Ich habe bisher bei den Einstellungen keine Lösung gefunden. Vielleicht weiß von euch jemand Rat.

When I call Park using my POLY VVX250 I get an AUDIBLE notification of my parking spot. "Your call is parked at *815" for example.Is there a way to configure ZOOM so that instead of an AUDIO notification I get an ON-SCREEN notification. Similar to the SCREEN notification I get of where my call is parked when I use the ZOOM PC APP.

I notice that there are 2 places to administrate devicesAdmin>Device Management>Device List>DevicesAdmin>Phone System Management>Phones & DevicesI am interested in uploading a list of 20 devices to be used in phone system, I presume that I should use the second option, however I am interested to know what the difference is between the 2 sections and if it is possible to move from 1 section to the other?

How can I get report for firmware releases of all phones registered to my Zoom account? 

Hello, We recently converted to Zoom Phone. We acquired three different types of desktop phone through HaaS (Yealink T54W, Yealink T58A, and Yealink VP59 Zoom Phone Appliance).  When transferring a call from the T54W or T58A, the incoming caller is automatically placed on hold and the audio recording that we selected for Hold Music is played - as one would expect. When transferring from the Zoom desktop app for Mac, the Zoom iOS app, or the Yealink VP59 Zoom Phone Appliance (hardphone that runs the Zoom app under Android), pressing Transfer does not automatically place the user on hold. The caller can hear what you are doing until you dial the transfer-to number and complete the transfer. This is obviously not ideal. I have figured out that I can place the call on hold first and then tap transfer which does work.  Has anyone come across this too, or know if an enhancement request has been submitted.

On my office wifi network, the Zoom Desktop and android phone app can connect to the phone service.  However, I cannot connect on my home wifi network on both my android an laptop.  Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?

Hello everybody, We recently switched to Zoom Phone in our company. All in all it works great but one issue I noticed is that company-wide contacts only seem to be recognized by the app (i.e., the name only shows up) the moment a call goes out or comes in. As soon as a call enters the history, only its number is displayed and the name is lost. This is a pity especially for our reception desk who have a lot of missed calls and would like to know who they are going to call back. Since the names are correctly displayed when the call comes in, this seems more like a bug than a feature request to me. Or am I doing something wrong? Does anybody else have similar experiences? I'm attaching a screenshot which shows how one contact shows with the name when I dial it (an incoming call would look the same) but only appears as a number in the history on the left (second from top). I would like my users to see all parked calls in their site when they go to Phone > Lines in the Zoom app.The purpose of a parking lot is to quickly answer calls and park them in the parking lot so someone else in the site can pick it up and help the customer. Currently, you can only see your own parked calls which is very limiting. If users can see all parked calls for their site they can see how long all callers have been parked and pick up the customer that's been parked the longest. This provides a lot of value for customers with high call volume where a receptionist fields most of the calls and parks them for the sales team to pick up. Does anyone know of a way to see all parked calls for your site?  If not, would you find value in this feature if you use the parking lot feature?

I need confirmation or assistance that our paid zoomphone numbers should or should not come across as spam numbers at the individual phone number level for inbound caller ID on a phone?  In addition, our auto attendant number (company number) comes across to an end users ID as location only and not our identified company name on the end users phone number ID.  Thanks for any assistance.

When we send the link of the webinar recordings to the participants we have the problem that many are only able to view the page with the video on their smartphones but the "button" to be able to download is missing. We have personally found this happens not with all devices / accounts and therefore we are unable to offer a solution to the problem.

Hello, recently upgraded to NZ/AU Regional Unli Calling and I can't seem to make phone calls still to Melbourne. It says it's not available in my plan. Also, I have attached a screenshot here, there is no assigned number yet, can this be the cause of the issue? Not also sure if I have completed the setup on my end. Pls advise
