I am trying to update the below for prompts for call recording and the below is grayed out. Is anyone able to assist?  

When we send the link of the webinar recordings to the participants we have the problem that many are only able to view the page with the video on their smartphones but the "button" to be able to download is missing. We have personally found this happens not with all devices / accounts and therefore we are unable to offer a solution to the problem.

 I am going to be recommending  to my company some ZOOM hard phones with a connect DECT wireless headset. Particularly these 2 models Model 1: Yealink WH62 Dual DECT WirelessModel 2: Plantronics Savi 8220 Dual Headset Some questions1 - Has anyone used these models and do you have anything good or bad to say about them2- Does this combination of ZOOM phone and headset support the followinga. Ring notification - a tone you hear telling you the phone is ringing in your headsetb. Call pickup using JUST the headsetc.Call disconnect using JUST the headset Does anyone have a GOTO model of PHONE and conencted  WIRELESS DECT headset that  they know works very well ?  

I am using my phone while joining my class, sometimes I am unable to join.Every other student in my class join successfully. Help me out I am student and learning PC case design.

Hello, recently upgraded to NZ/AU Regional Unli Calling and I can't seem to make phone calls still to Melbourne. It says it's not available in my plan. Also, I have attached a screenshot here, there is no assigned number yet, can this be the cause of the issue? Not also sure if I have completed the setup on my end. Pls advise

We want to download the phone usage data from the Zoom Phone area of the Dashboard. Meetings has an Export to CSV option in the meetings list. Is there an option for exporting the phone data? It looks like it captures some really useful data but to really make use of it we need to be able to sort, filter, massage the data to provide relevant information. I hope there is a way to do this and I am just missing it. Thanks.Dave

Since when did the Polycom built in web interface get disabled when the phone is provisioned to Zoom?  I can't even access the advanced settings in the phone to turn it on!  The advanced settings have been removed as well!

The difference is very noticeable.The TTS prompts are about 1/2 the volume of the default Zoom prompts. Anyone else notice this ?  is there  a Fix ? My AR has a TTS prompt, its good quality but pretty quietWhen caller presses 2 and gets transferred to Q, the initial greeting prompt is jarring and very loud compared to the AR prompt 

We have deployed a number of Poly VVX 500 and VVX450 phones.  It has come to my attention that a user can program the line keys for speed dials, but when the phone is rebooted they no longer show up.   I assume that we need to apply a provisioning template, but I have been searching for hours now and can not find any details on what should be in the template. Anyone have any suggestions?  Directions for me to look?

The Zoom app update 5.8.3 for Zoom Phone Appliance stopped showing the External Contacts on Yealink Zoom Phone Appliance VP59 devices (HaaS). These contacts were setup on the Zoom portal under Phone System Management > Company Info > Account Settings > External Contacts and appeared correctly under version 5.8.0.

I purchased Zoom United, three licenses. Ported an existing phone number and got two new numbers. Worked well for several days. On Friday we were not able to access "phone" it is no longer an option under ADMIN, nor in any of our three profiles. Issued a ticket on Friday, I tried several of the techs' suggestions and nothing has resolved the issue. We've been without phones for four days and I can't get anyone to respond to me. I waited for two hours on a live chat for a phone call from Tier 2 tech. Finally ended chat. No call, no solution. Suggestions?

I was curious how many updates Zoom has had in the past month. I recently had some connection issues, so I updated the app on my iPhone. Not long after, I had an issue whereby someone was unable to call me via Zoom; it came through as a ‘Notification’ only, not as an actual call with a ringtone. My technical support person told me I needed to update Zoom on my phone again. Just curious how many updates there have been lately, and how often I should simply update on a regular basis?

Hello,  This may seem like a silly question but I can't seem to find an answer for this: how do I forward a voicemail in the desktop app and phone? Our receptionist reviews the voicemails but can't forward them onto the intended recipient.  In the Zoom application I am able to view/play/delete the voicemail but can't seem to forward it other than by downloading and sending the file.  In the Zoom phone app I am able to forward using a litany of apps installed on my phone but unable to share it with Zoom. I click "Share with Zoom" and it asks if I want to start a meeting, odd!  Any suggestions? or Can I make a request for a new feature?  Thanks in advance.

I have 3 new Trio 8800's that are doing the same thing. We configured them for use with Zoom. Every morning when we come it has a prompt on the display to set the admin password. This will also happen if I unplug the phone and have it reboot. Same behavior if I issue a software update from the screen. I think what is happening is that every night the phone is checking for software updates and then reverts to the reset password screen. It is running the latest firmware that Zoom supports 7.0.1.1144. If I try to update to the latest firmware from the Poly site it reverts back to the Zoom level.Any ideas?

Buenas Noches, primero que nada felicitar a ZOOM por una gran plataforma pero ahora yo tengo inconvenientes HE COMPRADO UN PLAN POR UN AÑO EL 21 DE JUNIO AHORA NO TENGO MI PLAN, como se puede hacer para solucionar este tema, el AUTORESPONDEDOR no ayuda en este tema por favor si alguien sabe como comunicarnos con ZOOM para solucionar este problema 

Does anyone else have a single line zoom number? I have so many questions. All the training and videos is geared toward multiline/users. I would love to connect with someone and figure out how this all works. Thanks in advance.

Hi is anyone using Zoom Phone and Cisco 8800 series successfully with a Cisco series headset? I have a Cisco 561 connected and paired but there is no audio. I believe that the Aux port needs to be enabled by Zoom on the backend.

Hey there,  Is there any way to see if there is a possible update that will allow you to search for previous texts and see the threads without having to type the persons name/number and start a new message only to see older threads. Scrolling takes too long to find the thread and scrolling lags so much its insane how slow it is just to scroll back 2+ days. Thank you in advance!

Hi We’re porting across our numbers this month and finishing configuring the system this week. Most users will have their own voicemails as well as access to at least one call queue and it’s respective voicemail.  I can foresee an issue where somebody will read a voicemail not meant for them, and it would be preferable if they can mark that voicemail as unread.  Is it possible, and if not, how do we submit a feature request? Thanks

I have a VVX 411 paired to a VVX D60 DECT handset.  When I first provisioned it to Zoom the D60 would ring and take calls.  Now it doesn't ring and when I dial on it there is nothing but silence.  The handset can see the number of messages on the 411 and appears to be paired just fine otherwise.  Likewise on the 411 the paired icon shows in the upper right corner.  Something with Zoom provisioning config has broken this.  Is anyone else using a D60 paired to a VVX?

Hi,Does everybody know if there is a way to import contacts from Iphone to Zoom? I use Zoom Phone via my Mac and it doesn't have my contacts unless i use the app via my Iphone.I wanted to import my whole Iphone contact list into Zoom but cant seem to figure out how?Thanks 

I'm an admin for a company whom is new to using Zoom Phone.We have several licenses amongst employees. Half or so of the employees here have local phone numbers for calling out of the office to the US/Canada using the unlimited US/Canada license within Zoom Phone. The other half just have extensions from the main company line (a toll-free number) and only have a basic Zoom Phone license. How would the second half of employees go about dialing out from the main line? Is that possible with a basic Zoom Phone license?

Hi there. I ordered 300 zoom phone numbers but I thought I asked for a block of 300 DIDs. We are in discussion with our reps with what they actually provided us. I like to have a block of contiguous numbers but I don't see it. Anyone know anything about this? thanks!
