Zoom Phone Additional License

Hi everyone!

I am a new Zoom admin and here is my situation:

We have our Zoom Phone account set up including main number

US/CA unlimited calling plans are assigned to users with their own numbers.

We are in need to add more US/CA Unlimited Calling plans but when I go to the Billing section there is no option for me to buy more plans, just a grayed-out Cancel option.

How can I add/purchase more US/CA Unlimited Calling Plans?

@SonnyBlanco Do you know your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager at Zoom? They are your best allies to purchase additional Zoom Phone calling plan licenses.
