I want to create an "Admin lite" role for our receptionist that will allow them to export everyone's DID and Extension for a printable phone list. This should be View only. They will also be the one responsible for entering company holiday hours and possibly recording voice menus and greetings. Obviously they will need Edit rights for those things. Which Role settings need to be checked for this?

Several of my users continue to report that inbound callers keep getting an error that says that the call cannot be completed because the number is disconnected or invalid. When I look at the logs, the number does not even appear as an inbound call. The user's line works just fine (We've tested it from cell phones, etc.). Sometimes it seems like it happens when people from different area codes try to call. Zoom support can't assist because I cannot provide a log of the call since it does not show up. This has happened with several of my users over the last year or so. Is this a known issue? Do I need to have my IT group get involved? Thanks for any help!

Hi everyone! II use the iPad 9th generation to teach online. But now, when I share my screen my camera turns off. I don’t know what to do, instead of just share the screen it’s seems that the app is recording just like google meet. I was using Zoom because of the possibility of sharing while the camera was opening, now, this doesn’t work anymore. I hope someone could help me.  

Hi All, I would like to create accounts in bulk before a go-live date, without them being enabled.We've turned off email notifications, but if they restart the app the icon will appear and some will try to use it before cut-over.  How can we create without enabling? Thank you! 

Good afternoon,We recently switched to Zoom Phones and some of my users aren't happy with the quality of it. Some of my users have been reporting that there is an audio delay when picking up calls from their mobile devices via regular wi-fi and mobile data connection. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks!

Hi Evolve2 65 headset with usb jabra Bluetooth, on windows 10 zoom desktop app. The headsets say they are zoom certified. Manual says the calls can be answered by moving down the boom or tapping the button on the outside of the earpiece. Jabra connect app has the correct settings, and latest firmware. Unfortunately this doesn’t work … no call control …. maybe there is jabra support but any helps or comments appreciated! otherwise it’s a warning that zoom certified doesn’t mean call control 😞 

For the last week, my phone is not connecting on my desktop. I have a "Not connected. Attempting to reconnect...try now" window that opens. When I click the try now, it spins for a bit and then nothing changes. The phone rings on the app installed on my phone and I receive SMS messages. No issues with meetings. Only connecting by phone. 

Were having issues where people listening to our incoming line voicemail from a handset it doesn't tell us when the call came in, we can however get that info from in the zoom app. Any ideas on how you can hear when it came through?

Hi, Perhaps an unusual scenario requiring creative thinking! we would like to turn down the volume of the incoming calls at the front desk. but we would also like to hear the ringtone from another room. this means we need two different ringing devices. The second one can literally just be speaker because we would actually walk to the front desk to answer the call because that’s where the computer and client info  is! so I was thinking of getting a desk phone for the back room to hear any incoming calls to call queue calls. But the concern is that the desktop phone would presumably keep ringing after we have toggled out of the call queue at the front desk (for a break) … rather than go to answerphone. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a Jabra Pro 9450 Headset that I receive zoom video calls on with no issue. I do have an issue with the zoom phone calls, I can be heard but I can't hear the call recipient. We have uninstalled and reinstalled and checked all settings. A work colleague with the same Jabra headset tested his on my laptop and his worked fine. Any feedback would be appreciated. 

I answer calls on a radio station. i am on a call when another call comes in. i need to put the incoming call on hold and continue my current call. right now i answer the incoming call, puts the current call on hold and answers incoming, i have to put the incoming call on hold and reconnect the previous current call...no bueno...

hi- i have deleted all prior meetings- made a brand new recurring bi-weekly meeting.clients are unable to join, they are getting message "unable to join, host is in another meeting".i am not in another meeting.i am in the meeting waiting for them to join.  when they do not join i send a link from the meeting where i am waiting and they can then join.  super annoying, this is the 3rd time it has happened- anyone have a solution? thanks!

We have used call queues to route incoming calls successfully for months. Two months ago I made some small  changes to the setup, and tested it, and it worked. We were running fine for about 6 weeks. About 2 weeks ago team members reported not getting calls routed their cell phones, as one off events.  Today we had a customer report a call that was not recorded in the queue logs in the Zoom interface, and I cannot find his voicemail message although he left one. When I tested to try to troubleshoot the problem, no one's cell phone rang. I can see that Zoom shows it routed to our us, but our Zoom and cell phones didn't ring. I left a voicemail and it's not shown in the system. Is anyone else seeing issues with phone queues lately? 

I have three people in my call queue. If all of them are busy, I would like for the call to go to an external contact (it's a separate answering service) instead of the generic 'this person is not available' message and then hang up. I can route overflow or after hour calls to this number, but not calls that happen during business hours but all three people are unable to answer. Thanks for any ideas!

Hi Zoom support team,  I recently changed my phone to iPhone 13 Pro from XR. From my old phone using the same USIM, the outbound or internal calls work well on both LTE and WiFi. However, it doesn't work on the new phone while using LTE mode. It displays an error code 3302488.  So far I have tried following:- check data enabling on the cellular network - re-installed USIM - restarted the phone - turned on and off the airplane mode - reset the network - re-installed Zoom App None of them works so far. I cannot even find the error code 3302488. (refer to attached image)

We have 10 people scattered accross a about 20 acres that we are trying to find a way to schedule a 10am phone call, that instead of them needing to remember to call into that at 10am it just calls all 10 of us so we can connect for a quick morning meeting. Is there any way to do that, or another way to set up that same thing through meetings or rooms or?

Hi Zoom Community! I am helping a family member who runs non-profit raise money for her cause. She is looking at streaming her event, which is not the problem, and of course, there will be an option to have patrons donate online. But she also wanted people to be able to call in and give testimonials on the show or donate over the phone as well for those who don't want to do it online (yes. there are people that do this..... 🙂 )    Then, my friend who is looking at starting a live stream for his hobby asked me a similar thing, where he would be streaming and have callers call in to talk about the hobby. We are having issues with call monitoring.  The monitor is set up to monitor users (not the call queue).  He is only able to listen in on inbound calls but unable to tap into outbound calls.  Anyone else have this issue and solved it?

Is there a way to be on a zoom phone call and attend a zoom meeting at the same time? I have found it frustrating to have to choose one over the other. I am on a call to get information and but also attend team meetings, even if its just listen and get notes. Thank you in advance.

Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to have all new users default caller ID to set to the company main number. Right now it it appears that by default users caller ID is their assigned number, then each user can change if desired. I would rather have it reversed. 

Has anyone every set up a VOIP clean room (flush mounted) phone with their zoom account? 

I am having issues setting up my phone number for my small business. I get to where they what you to plug in an emergency address. I complete all the steps but once I try to submit it, it will give me an error message every time. Please help
