Does anyone know if there is a way to alert the recipient of a warm transfer that the transfer is complete? Our previous system had a tone alert once the call was connected so the user knew they could begin speaking.

Zoom phone set up with package assigned to users.  On Zoom phone app, when trying to place a test call, get message that the service plan does not support calls to the destination. Calling US number. This is VERY frustrating. 

I host weekly a free Zoom session among a few friends using my Windows 10 PC and the Zoom App. One user uses an Android cell phone to connect. He often fails to connect or connects but can't turn on his audio or video - even though he tries his best. He just can't work his cell phone. I am thinking that maybe I could help him by putting a link on his phone's desktop that would connect him to my Zoom session (the url link never changes and contains the embedded password.) My zoom session is set to allow users on automatically as soon as they reach the address. It would be best to assure the video and audio is on. Is that approach possible and how would I do it?

Hi there, I recently setup a Zoom account to enable VoIP phone calls. I assigned myself a number and when setting it up also had to choose an extension that is now registered as my business number. So when I know call the phone number I want to use for my business, it can only be connected if the caller knows the correct extension. Is there any way to get rid of this extension requirement? Is it possible for an external caller to just call the number and be put through without having to add an extension? I have a large group of elderly people who will access my business, and the requirement for extensions etc is very confusing for them.  Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.  Cheers, Oliver

If I acquire a zoom line to make phone calls, can I also use sms and text messages? I am planning on getting a plan but this is important to know before taking the next step.

Hi I am trying to teach fitness classes using my iPhone. when I start the meeting, I enable original sound and the participants can hear the music which is being played through my phone and they can hear me but I can't really hear the music at all and I am making sure that the speaker icon is working in zoom. Has anybody else had this issue? I need to hear the music in order to teach

I am trying to give my managers (non-owner or admin users) access to Zoom Phone reporting.  I have purchased the Powerpack license and applied it to a non-admin user and they can still not see any reporting.   How can I give non-admin users access to the most basic KPI's?

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to currently transfer a Zoom Video call to a phone number.  For instance, Zoom account holder is in a meeting with Client A. Client A needs to schedule a follow up appointment with the scheduling department who is only available via telephone. Instead of Zoom account holder hanging up with Client A and having them call, is there a way the Zoom account holder can "Transfer" Client A to a telephone line? 

How do you SMS text to an overseas #.  I have an international plan but cannot sms to any overseas #.Thank you

Hello,  We have a call queue setup with an associated call queue voicemail audio file.  If we try to transfer a caller directly to the call queue voicemail, we encounter the system default voicemail (I can tell it is system default based upon the voice and scripting). I would've expected it to go to the call queue voicemail that we've setup.  To add to the confusion, if a voicemail is left, it does show up under the call queue. The issue is that we need the voicemail they encounter to be the same one that is associated to the call queue and cannot figure out how to solve this.  Does anybody know?

I cannot log into my zoom app.  Every time I log in whether from my phone or laptop I get logged off immediately and get the below message

I was given the first set files that did not work, but I had another support assistance sent me the correct files. Apparently, there are more than several different recovery files located on the internet, all of them failed for me. I received error messages "Failed -1" or "Network Failed 3,2,1". Wondering if anybody has any expertise on Zoom Phone features for someone who is a delegate for a professional and thus, manages his incoming calls.  Is there a way to MERGE two calls on someone else's lines?   Example:1. Caller 1 calls Person A and is on the line with that caller2. Caller 2 calls Person A's line and Assistant answers the call on his line.  Caller 2 wants to be merged into the first call.Is there away for Assistant to merge Caller 2 into the existing call between Caller 1 and Person A?  We know how to merge calls coming into our own lines.  This question is specifically for managing someone else's lines through delegation/monitoring. Thank you.

A few weeks ago, I changed the answering machine message for our office phones to a temporary answering machine message.  Now, I would like to change the answering machine message again as the previous one was meant to be temporary. However,  (1) I can't remember exactly how I changed it the first time and (2) I'm not seeing the personalized message I created the first time showing up in any current fields anywhere. This means I don't know where I'm looking. It's important to note that I  did not change the answering machine for an individual phone, but for the entire office. I think I did it with the following process, but I'm not 100% certain: admin>phone system management>company info>account settings>audio prompt>default audio prompt>[I think I changed one of these things]

I have a meeting where everyone calling in will be speaking Spanish.Is there a way for me to change the default language so the dial-in instructions (enter meeting id followed by pound, etc) would be presented in another language?

We have VVX250's and 450's.  I set them to audio intercom and set up the users to intercom with.  However, when I try to intercom from one of them to another it just rings and never goes to the speaker.  Any suggestions?

We have recently set up a zoom office number/landline and are really happy about the many features we have available.The only issue is, when I accept a zoom call and are talking on my mobile using the zoom app and then receive a mobile call in addition, the zoom call gets interrupted. Is there any way I can set up that incoming mobile calls are stopped when I'm already on a zoom call - these zoom calls are NOT scheduled zoom calls, they come in randomly over the day and I need a setting which stops incoming mobile calls the second I accept a zoom call.Thanks for any advice in advance!
