Is anyone else having constant trouble with the app badge icons in the Zoom app for iOS? Previously I was having weird issues where me sending another user a chat via my computer would generate a badge icon on my zoom app on my phone. That is still happening but now I have the added annoying problem of the badge icons not clearing. I have a badge of 1 even if I have read all my chats. I can make it go away by marking a message as unread and then reading it but as soon as I get another message, the badge is back and doesn’t go away. Anyone else having this issue? I think it started around the time I upgraded to iOS 18. Speaking of iOS 18, why in the world hasn’t Zoom updated their app icon to support dark mode like every other app maker has? Really makes it seem like the devs don’t know what they are doing. 

Regularly, people say "BRB" and then have to write "Ok Back", especially if video is off.  Would be helpful to just have a "BRB" status you can flip on that shows in the participants pane and the video window that you can turn off when you are back.  Bonus points for adding a custom message, like "BRB - 5 min" or "BRB - grabbing a glass of water"

Help !!!   I failed to End Meeting after completing a one hour difficult presentation that I was recording on Zoom.   Is there any way to convert this to .MP4 file now.   It shows up in the Document \ Zoom folder local drive;  but the file name shows only "double_click_to_convert_02.zoom"

Dear Zoom Support: Last month, my Pro license expired. Previously, at the end of each meeting, a survey I had prepared for participants would appear automatically. I remember being able to view the responses directly within the Zoom interface, under the "Encuestas" section.Now that I am using the free version, I can no longer access the responses submitted by participants. I would appreciate your help in answering the following questions: What steps do I need to follow in order to access the previous survey responses?Is it necessary to upgrade to the Pro version to create and display a survey at the end of a Zoom meeting?If I renew my Pro subscription, I will recover my last survey I created, and the responses? Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards, 

Screen sharing is broken again. Was just giving a black screen, repeated attempts to share eventually seemed to work. Can only share a app window, not a screen. I also get a error on the version of pipewire installed preventing sharing audio. I have downgraded to V 6.4.6 that previously worked.  I have a personal Zoom account and a company Zoom account as well as a personal and company Google Workspace.  I mistakenly connected my personal Zoom account to my company Google Workspace Calendar.   When scheduling a calendar event in Google calendar, the Meeting host: shows my personal email address and the meeting ID is the one with my free personal Zoom account.  Signing out of all devices in Zoom doesn't do anything.  I cannot remove the Zoom for GSuite add-on, but I did remove the Zoom extension from Chrome. Where can I sign-out of Zoom's "Zoom for GSuite add-on"  and remove that authorization?

I'm trying to have 2 computers logged in and according to this article I can have 2 desktops, 2 phones, 2 tablets logged in concurrently however as soon as I log into one computer I get logged out of the other. And when I try to enable more additional logins that menu doesn't even exist.Has anyone been able to setup concurrent logins?

I recently upgraded to a Pro paid account, and I'd like to know if my existing Zoom meetings scheduled under the Basic plan will automatically convert to the paid plan, allowing for an extended duration. I chose a paid account for this very reason, and I’d love to avoid rescheduling my previously planned meetings to ensure I have that extended duration. 

I am able to receive chats during a meeting and can type a reply but am unable to send it . What am I missing ?

I have been experiencing a toggling/flipping back and forth of the Video camera (the green video icon at the top of Macbook screen also glitches on/off while this happens) when using Zoom App on Macbook. When I "Start a Meeting," the dropdown in video continuously changes between "FaceTime Camera" and the "USB Camera" and nothing I have tried has solved this issue (and I can't seem to find something exactly the same happening online. ANY and all help would be most appreciated!! Thank you 🙂

I've done the pull down profile and everything I can think of-- the only option it is giving me for meetings is GMT with NO LOS ANGELES time at all -- no PST time at all for any city.  Help!

Hello,          I recently experienced an embarrassing situation when joining a Zoom video conference call with an inappropriate virtual background image shown to other zoom session participants. When I tried to change my Video virtual background image to 'None', the inappropriate image still displayed behind my live video. I am running Android Zoom version 5.9.1 (build 3642) on a Galaxy S10 - Sense UI 3.1 and the option to change my Virtual Video background image is under Settings -->  Background and Filters --> Backgrounds. When I chose 'None' for the background image, the image loaded was still the inappropriate image instead of <no image>!Upon further testing, if I chose a new image, this image now becomes the default 'None' image and I can't change the image until I select another image which if I didn't have another appropriate image to choose, would be extremely embarrassing for myself and others

I am having a serious issue regarding the iOS zoom SDK, I am using pushKit to wake up the app via voip notification and then starting CallKit, when the users accepts the call, zoom sdk is initiated and then displays a black screen to the user, but the other side of the call can see the first also when the second party of the call opens the camera the first party also doesn't see the second and this is applied also on the audio so the zoom meeting is not working at all. Can we have a discussion or possible fixes for the sdk ?

Made the mistake and deleted zoom interviews from my computer.Are they captured anywhere? Also - interview not captured - did not saveAgain 

Calendar and schedule does not work on my app, blank screen, doe snot load. I uninstalled and reinstalled app.  It worked on installation, but when I exited and pulled up the app again, does not work.

How do I initiate a call immediately and not scheduled to someone via zoom and not the phone?

Hello I've never had this problem before but my computer seems to have 2 or 3 audio options that I don't fully understand.1. Nvidia2. Realtek I think that one is for the inbuilt speaker in the screen while another one is when I plug in a mic and speaker probably. The third option while in Zoom is system. Anyway, in my Zoom session a couple of minutes ago, a screen kept appearing that the audio output had been changed and the sound kept switching from the speaker in the screen to the headphones every few secondsI tried forcing Zoom to stay with one system  by making a choice in audio options, but this got overridden and the problem started again After a few minutes, only the speakers in the screen worked and the headphones were dead which was hard as I had to take the headphones off and then could not easily use the microphone attached to the headphones

I joined a Zoom meeting today 17.6.2205 with a host who had sent me a link into it. I technically asked her permission via zoom clicks to record it into the could and she gave the permission and (I think) there was the icon that the meeting was being recorded. I`m not sure if I clicked record button though. But after she gave the permission it seemed like it is recording. I saw a text: Meeting is being recorded. And clicked ok. In the end the host ended the meeting before I had clicked stop recording or leave meeting. (Is it necessary that the one who is recording will press stop or leave meeting to get the recording into one`s cloud or computer? ) After the meeting ended like that I could not see recording processing. I checked cloud recordings but did not see any recording there nor a new recording of today in computer recordings. There were only the old ones that have succeeded earlier. I don`t have a paid Zoom account. I used Zoom Workplace.

I had a workaround to double-tap (FINGER TAP, not a mouse click) the buttons, but 6.4.13 has broken even that.Tapping a finger multiples of times will eventually actuate the buttons once. While a finger-tap on the laptop's touchpad (which usually acts as a 'click') does NOT trigger the buttons, if I use my touchpad as a mouse (pressing in the lower-left touchpad corner), a double-click WILL actuate the buttons. Issue was once before solved but 6.4 has broken it again ( https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Menus-don-t-work-with-Linux-client/m-p/234001 )From the discussion there, it seems somehow related to system locale setting, but this has yet to be confirmed

I've read through the previous posts on this and do not see a resolution.  When I create a zoom meeting, it creates 2 of the same meeting and then puts 2 outlook invites into my calendar.  How do I get rid of the duplication? 

Does Zoom have a QSOA feature that supports organizations that operate under 42 CFR Part 2?
