How can i change the custom live streaming serrvice?

Why when am  I in a meeting my name  doesn't appear ? Appear the name of my computer...In my Perfil does appear my name. Thanks

Whenever I have a scheduled meeting in Zoom (for my Company's zoom instance, not my personal one), Zoom on my iphone starts to ring. I cannot see a setting to disable this. I do not want to disable notifications for phone calls or if someone calls me in Zoom.  Can I somehow turn just this scheduled meeting notification off? This only seemed to start when I started at a new company that uses Zoom for meetings. I did not experience this in my personal Zoom scheduled meetings. Thanks

I’ve had pretty good success recording presentations using PowerPoint share with presenter in a window. It can be a little challenging fumbling with the keyboard though and I’d like to try something a little different. I was hoping to just video tape my oral presentation by itself, and then use video software to switch back and forth between the full screen video of me presenting and pictures of my slideshow with my video presentation in an embedded window similar to zoom share (was hoping to make the window a little larger than the default size in zoom). Just wondering if anyone could suggest software options for doing this?  

A few days a go I bought a new laptop and whenever I try and join a zoom meeting, it gives me an error stating "UnauthorizedSorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again, 401"  But when I try joining the same call with the same account on a different computer it works fine. I tried to google the problem and I tired to flush my DNS, logging off and back on, deleting zoom, clearing cache, deleting history but nothing seemed to fix the problem. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem? 

Whenever I open a meeting my background is green and so is my face. How do I correct that?

Hi , as a corporate user I handle many tools that are constantly updated and I wish to be able to update Zoom in some automated way.With that I could make system attempt that on system's start or shutdown, or other arbitrary moment. Now , on Windows 11,  I need to press Right Mouse button on app icon  >> click option "Check for updates"  , which I do not especially keep in mind due to other multiple tasks. I tried to run the Windows 11 - zoom v 6.5.0 (6118) (EDIT - I launched manually update to this version)- the  program Zoom\bin\zUpdater.exe  but it does not perform update when clickedI have the option `Update app automatically` to ON but I still need to do it manually.I searched for some command line interface to write script but did not find any.Please, add a possibility to automate updating app or , if already existing, tell the way how to do this.Be

I'm using Zoom on Android and found there's no way to temporarily mute the meeting sound.  I DON'T MEAN MUTING THE MICROPHONE. The physical audio buttons won't let me reduce the volume to 0, turning the screen off does not mute it, nothing mutes it.  The only way to turn off the sound is to "disconnect from audio".  But guess what, there's no way to RECONNECT to audio.  The only way to get audio back is to leave the meeting and rejoin. How did anyone at Zoom think this was okay?  What ridiculous justification will they give for this?  Or will they just reply to say that the feature is not currently available?  This is absolutely dumb and many people have complained about it.

Hello, i've faced an issue today when i tried to have an meeting on zoomcouple of months before i have the same setting for the meeting, i could fit in 4 people with the same distance between our seat and the camera, but when i tried to setup today, it can only fit in 3 barely, may be only 2 and a half peoplemay i know if there are any change of the zoom's video protocol about it?? coz if it has changed may affect many of my settingsthanks

With the last couple of versions of the Linux Zoom desktop client, I find that some menus (including the main menu and the audio/video selection menu) don't work: they appear for a fraction of a second and then disappear again. The last version that worked is 5.17.5. Versions 5.17.10 and 5.17.11 show this problem, which makes the desktop client unusable in practice. One of the institutions that host meetings that I attend has a very strict policy on using up-to-date versions of the client, so using version 5.17.5 may not be a usable workaround for much longer. I am using Gnome/Wayland on openSUSE 15.5. This looks similar to a problem reported on the Fedora forums at https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/zoom-menus-dont-show/82677/1 but openSUSE 15.5 uses an older version of mutter (41.9) than that reported there.

I cannot copy and paste anything from the chat, even using the Control P&V and Command P&V.  Does anyone know how to remove this setting?

For the love of God I cannot determine why - on the Zoom Desktop App - there just isn't a GIANT, OBVIOUS, LARGE button that has "Start your scheduled meeting" at the Home Screen.  Digging through calendars, having to find the meeting ID...all of that is garbage.  Simple: just a giant, huge button that says "Start your scheduled meeting."  That's it.  Why is this so difficult?   

When poll results are shared during a meeting, the results are provided as a summary of the percentages of each choice.  The current poll result reports that I can find provide the individual responses for each participant.  Is there a way to obtain the summary of the percentages of each choice after the meeting?

When installed, the Zoom desktop app (v. 5.17.0) will not launch. No desktop icon appears after installing (though the app items appear in the "Apps" list and in the "Apps" control panel). When attempting to launch, no item appears in the Windows Task Manager; the Windows "donut of eternal contemplation' appears for a few seconds; then it disappears. I have two computers that are both running Ubuntu 24.04 with Zoom 6.4.13 (2309) installed from the .deb. On one computer I am able to share the screen, but on the other, I cannot for some unknown reason. When I select "share" at the bottom of the zoom meeting window, it opens up the "Select a window or application that you want to share dialog", but when I select what I want to share and hit the "share" button at the bottom, nothing happens. The same procedure on the other computer then opens up a second system dialog asking me what screen to share and then it shares the screen, but on this computer, nothing happens. What is the problem and how might I go about diagnosing it? Thanks,David

This started about 2 weeks ago.  I have to run through speaker and microphone settings every meeting.  I end up back where it was set after testing.  It doesn't matter if I don't change machines or have been on another video conference program before joining Zoom.  Same machine, last meeting is Zoom and I still have to test.  Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks!

We are looking to host 4-8 confidential Zoom meetings at any given time (e.g., 4-8 different participants in separate Zoom rooms all at the same time) to be accessed by the same Zoom link. We investigated break-out rooms as an option, with pre-assigning and automatically assigning, with the plan being to admit one participant at a time and assign them before admitting another. A potential issue with this is human error - accidentally clicking admit twice and admitting two participants into the same main room could happen in this scenario and that will disrupt participant confidentiality. Are there other options to allow multiple different rooms in a Zoom meeting from the same Zoom link with absolute confidentiality? Or would staff NEED personalized Zoom links?

Warning about Logitech Webcam driver software. I had Zoom working OK off-line, lost video when joining a call. I installed the latest app for my Logitech C130 webcam. Then I tested - all working offline. The moment I joined a call (test call even) I lost all audio, left call it was OK again.Solved with a work-around. Open the Logitech app and uninstall everything except the basic driver. Open Zoom, unplug the webcam. Join call, re-plug the webcam. Works, but not ideal.The problem lies with the tiny microphone in the webcam. The moment your call accesses the video, the Logitech audio driver kills all other audio. Note that the Zoom test call locks up if you have the Logitech app connected, you get a pop-up saying no audio device detected, thern a test menu. That is frozen, can't close, can't cancel, have to close Zoom or wait for time-out on the test call. Someone should test the Logitech latest download and check if incom

I am a Zoom Premium user. On my other Zoom account, I was able to see and use Breakout Rooms, but on this paid account, the Breakout Rooms option is not visible. This feature is very important for me, and I have already made the payment.Could you please help me understand why it's not showing and how I can enable it?Thank you in advance.
