Hello! Over the past few weeks I've struggled a couple of times where zoom meetings I have scheduled (in Outlook with the Zoom plug in) have then not allowed me to start the meeting. I have been stuck in a waiting room waiting for the 'host' to start the meeting, along with the other attendees. But I am the host? I have tried logging in to Zoom newly but otherwise not sure what I can do here. This isn't happening with all my zoom meetings but most of them. Any ideas why?  Thanks

Please help me, after the last update, I can't create any meeting. All of them with these errors.I get error code : 4294967295. How to solve this?

Saludos a todos. Siempre he grabado en la nube a 720P, con una resolucion de 1280x  pero de pronto los videos que bajo vienen con una resolucion de 640x360 pixels. La verdad que ha sido una faena porque la grabación se ve con poca resolucion y muy baja calidad cuando desde mis equipos  1.- No he cambiado ninguna variable de HD2.- La reunion del domingo la primera si me grabo a 720P pero cuando paro la grabación y pongo a grabar la segunda en la nube, cuando voy a bajarla me sale recording_640x360.mp4Hago pruebas de ancho de banda y todo bien, con test de subidas y bajadas 400 megas en total.No es por ancho de banda, andemas de una reunion a otra solo paramos 15 minutos, paré la primera grabacion para que se quedara renderizando en la nube, y puse a gabar una segunda a los 15 minutos. Pero esta ultima me bajó la la calidad de mala manera.Alguien mas le ha pasado?&n

Facebook has stopped live-streaming to Facebook Groups from any application as of today.  This includes Zoom's built-in  integration to livestream to Facebook.  Note: You should still be able to livestream to other Facebook endpoints -- just not to Groups. Zoom did not make this change; it was made by Meta/Facebook.  This change was made by the implementation of Version 19.0 of the Facebook Graph API, which was released January 23, 2024, and became effective today, April 22, 2024.   To livestream to a Facebook Group, you must now use the Custom RTMP method of connecting a livestream.  See this Zoom Support article

hi not sure this is the correct board? im trying to set up custom streaming when i click more then live on custom live stream service, i don't get the box to add stream key and rmtp details i get  Invalid input parameters. (2)thanks moo

Hiya All my live streaming settings in account settings is enabled yet when I create a new meeting I don't see the option on the live streaming section of the meeting to add all my Facebook Group live details. I have also added the app inside of zoom but get "You cannot stream to this platform. Check your zoom settings". It's so frustrating. Can anyone help pelase. 

For the last couple of months, my Apple AirPods Pro 2 are having issues. They connect fine. The speaker works and I can hear fine. But every client on my Zoom calls are complaining that my voice is cutting in and out and sounds robotic.I took my AirPods Pro 2 to Apple Genius and they replaced my AirPods. I thought I was good to go, but the issue continued.I then hopped on the same Zoom Call with my iPhone and my AirPods microphone worked great.Therefore, the issue is isolated when I'm using Zoom Workplace on my Macbook Pro. What is the issue?

If I create a Google Calendar event with a Zoom meeting link, but an attendee uses my personal link instead of the one in the Google Calendar invitation, will they still be able to get into the meeting?

Can you only stream spotify whilst in zoom using a desktop laptop/computer? I have a chromebook laptop, and I can't seem to figure out how to play music, so wondering if its because it's not a desktop. I can't find any info about this anywhere. 

All was well until this morning when I was looking for a Recurring Meeting (set to No Fixed Time). In the end, I have to log in to the web to conduct my meeting. Instead of Open Recurring Meetings on my tab, it now has Open Recordings (which is irrelevant for constant use). Did Zoom change the interface? I have tried looking for solutions on the web but found none. I have no need to integrate calendar settings. I hope this can be resolved soon. Thanks. 

When I call out out Zoon, peope see me and my name below me.  When people call me, my assistant name is below me.  This is formerly her computer.  How can I get incoming to be my name.   Is it a setting on the caller's side.  But it happens to all incoming calls.  

As host I have disabled everything but chat and set that to host/cohost.How are they able to draw swastikas on my screenshares

Hello, I would like to recover meeting videos/recordings about 40 days earlier than the latest recoverable items. Is it possible to restore them? what is the procedure to do so?Thanks! @Ray_Harwood   

I am having issues generating a link with embedded passwords.  We have three zoom licenses and two work fine.  On the third, the link that is generated does not include the password information. I have followed the instructions in this support article: Embedding meeting passcode in invite linkhttps://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065979 my profile for this account has the embed passcode in link turned on.  However, I am unable to get the embedded password in the personal meeting space.  Thanks!

My company recently migrated all sister companies under one enterprise Microsoft 365 account. Since then, in the desktop client, I receive the following message: "Your calendar service has been disconnected from your account. Configure Your Settings."When I click on Configure Your Settings, I am taken to the Zoom website with the "Select a Service" pop-up. I choose Office 365 and click Next, then Authorize. Then I get the following message: "Configure calendar successfully. You can go to client to check your upcoming meetings."However, nothing changes. I still see the error in the client.Thanks for any help you can provide!

My account states that there are 2 available pro licenses but when I go to assign them there is an error message telling me I have run out of licenses and need to purchase more  

Not sure how to go about posting this. I sent a ticket through web and they directed me to a "give feedback" area that doesn't exist in my Desktop client. Apologies if this is wrong place!Anyway - I use transcript feature for meetings as I am exclusively over video. I would love to have the date and time embedded in the transcript automatically rather than having to edit it manually. I batch download transcripts and it's cumbersome to cross-reference manually. When I download the file, the timestamp of when I download the file is created in the filename, but not when the actual meeting occurred. This information is redundant because I can already see in my Explorer when the file was downloaded.Secondly, I use the same meeting room and have the waiting room feature for back to back meetings. I have to stop and restart the meeting after each one because a transcript will not be generated for each individual. I see the technical challenges associated with this,

Hi! I have Zoom Pro and would like to set up reminder emails for participants leading up to a meeting I'm hosting. I'd like to plan them out and schedule them in advance. I've looked in settings and meetings but can't seem to find where/how to do this.  Does anyone know?

If I mirror my camera video, I noticed on my recordings the video is not mirrored.  Is that how it's supposed to work, is mirror my video more of just a confidence monitor feature? ThanksKJH

I don't own a car.  Recently I have randomly entered safe driving mode and got entirely stuck.  The only way out was to end the whole meeting and start again.  This is SO frustrating.  Does anyone know if í can entirely disable it?  I tried asking the bot and it just gave me drivel about it being a safety feature.   Well it's not that if it happens randomly and disrupts my meetings.

My friend and I both use Zoom Workplace Pro, running version 6.5.9 (61929). I regularly record meetings (2–10 participants) either locally on my Mac Mini or to the cloud, and the recordings are always high resolution—typically around 1750×1336, and sometimes as high as 2560×1400. My friend records a larger meeting every few months (40–80 participants). Most of the time his recordings are also decent quality, but on two occasions the resolution dropped all the way down to 640×360. Internet bandwidth doesn’t appear to be the issue: my connection can dip as low as 100 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (sometimes up to 600/20), while his is consistently strong at 600+ down and 300+ up. The one difference is that he sometimes joins/records via the web client instead of the desktop app. Question:What steps should my friend take to ensure his large-meeting reco

I am a professor using Zoom.  My students had a final assignment, and other students needed 1:1 support.  I went to breakout rooms and have only the first four submissions sent while I was in the main room.  This is a TERRIBLE flaw.  The owner and host MUST be able to retrieve all content.  Is there a way to do this (for the future)?

Hi,I have been so frustrated! I uploaded some new images into my Zoom settings and changed my background image to a new one. The problem is that even after making this change, the old image is still the one showing up in my background.  Why is this happening? I made the change, why is my change not taking effect, but holding on to the old image? I tried going back into my settings multiple times to make sure I clicked on the new image I wanted, but it is not registering the change whenever I go to a Zoom meeting. I hope someone can help me with this, because I don't know what else to do! This seems like a simple enough change to make, yet it is not working.
