Hello,Started recording a meeting locally (to computer) - then internet went out.  When back online I started recording again - no problem.  The segment recorded after the outage showed up as usual.  The segment recorded before the outage, however, was the bulk of the meeting, and does not appear on my desktop; in the 'recordings' section of my desktop client, it *looks* like a file is there but when I go to convert it says the recording file is empty.   Thanks in advance for any thoughts on how to recover the lost file - I think I understand that recording to the cloud would preserve recordings in a case like this, so looking to find out if there's a way to recover the lost recording files in this case. Jeff

Jedoch wird der Termin in Zoom von Benutzer "A" angelegt und ist damit der Host. Hi there, is there a way to see during or after a Zoom Meeting how many of the meeting participants chose to make use of the language interpretation feature? Hallo Ihr Lieben, und: HALLO @support: ich mache hier  das Thema nochmal auf:die Hintergrudnmusik des Host wird auf meinem Gerät Asus vivobook Win 11 nicht wiedergegben, auch der tontest über die Audioeinstellungen wird nicht wiedergegeben (wird aber über das kontextmenü des Meetings direkt der audiotest gestartet, so wird der ton wiedergeben - das muß also mit geräuschunterdrückung inenrhalb von Zoom zu tun haben).Auf einem älteren Gerät funktioneirt die Wiedergabe desselben streams problemlos.Ich habe alle Audio "enhancements" soweit erreichbar ausgeschaltet, Hintergrundunterdrückung steht auf minimal.Trotzdem wird die Musik nicht wiedergegeben Was kann ich noch tun?Vielen Dank im VorausAndreas

I want to see the attendance across a session delivered. I'd like to know if the usage report still shows the attendance of participants in break-out rooms or whether Zoom doesn't support this and thus miscounts the number of attendees while they are in break-out rooms.Similarly, I'd like to know if the chat file also records the chat of break-out rooms.

How does one go about recording only themselves in a therapy session on zoom? The client's voice still needs to be heard in the video but their face must remain out of the recording. 

Lately I’ve noticed a worrying trend of live streamers on the platform kick.com logging into random AA meetings they find on Google and live broadcasting the zoom meetings to thousands of viewers. They do not ask for consent and do not tell people that they are broadcasting. Is there anything zoom can do or is there any action at all that can be taken to stop this terrible new trend.

How to set Zoom screen share View Options to always be "Fit to Window" so I don't need to manually change it in every meeting from "Original Size"? I've attached a screenshot as reference. Thanks! 

I used 'automatic recording' on a meeting using a Basic account BUT USED A CHROMEBOOK DEVICE. I have read that Chromebooks don't record to the device, only to the cloud, but I can not access the cloud recording because I used a basic account. I can not find the recording listed on the 'recordings' section of my account page, but it does have a button that says "Get Cloud Recording" and when I click that, it offers me an upgrade purchase to a Pro plan. My question is: If I upgrade my Basic account to Pro, will I be able to access the cloud recording that was made from the Basic account before the upgrade?

I am trying to save a template for ad hoc meetings of a project team, but I cannot save the list of invitees as part of the template.  I go through the process of defining the meeting - including the invitees - and SAVE.  Then I save as a template.  When I call the template up in a new scheduling attempt, there are no invitees included.  That seems to be a gross oversight - so I assume there is some trick to it.  Can anyone help me?  I have been using the Zoom portal. I have had my zoom pro account for over a yeaer but have never had to use the meeting registration functionality. Now I do need to set a meeting up with registrations and I don't have a registration tab in my meeting scheduler - is there something I need to do in my settings first?

In a Zoom meeting today I activated Screen Sharing, and selected the format that would put my picture (the pic from my camera) at the bottom left of the shared screen.  Then I shared my Powerpoint set.In the recording that Zoom sent me, my picture appears at the top right of the shared screen -- blocking out some content that I had intended to be visible -- instead of appearing where I specified I wanted it to.DURING the meeting my picture was where I specified, but in the recording, it moved arbitrarily.   Is this a known bug?

Everything I have looked at says I should have a "Personal Link" option under my "Profile" but it is NOT there. The only thing there is "Personal Meeting ID" and "Host Key". It is my understanding if I have a paid account I should have this option.  How can I change my Personal Meeting Link?

Does anyone know how to remove the black border in the  Zoom call? When I go to full view there is a black border on the call and it doesn't expand all the way out.

Since a recent upgrade, visitors to my meeting room are not announced on the zoom screen.  For a while  I received an email saying that they were in waiting room and could admit them that way.  Now there is no email and people trying to enter are told there is another meeting in progress--even when I do have zoom open.  What's up?

I got automatically upgraded to zoom workplace. I used to be able to share audio sound only in the old version on desktop but now I can’t seem to share audio on its own without the screen. The advanced button to share audio is gone. How can I share just an audio in the background? Or can I go back to the old version? It’s beginning to be problematic in my meetings. thanks 

I am trying to customize Waiting Room on my Zoom Pro account.  I have two Pro accounts and on one option visible to edit.  The other account options are greyed out and option for j.peg not even shown.  They are the same level account. I had Waiting Room customized and suddenly went to default after being customized for several months.I am going to Admin, Account Management, Account Settings, Waiting Room options, customize Waiting room.
