Pink dots appear on the screen when the other person enters my meeting. I tried to rebut the laptop, uninstall zoom, run a virus scan. The camera works perfectly with Facebook. It used to work fine with zoom up to recently. Laptop is Asus Windows 8.1 . Has anyone ever experienced this? 

I keep having to go into my settings and turn off live streaming for each meeting, but each meeting still streams live. I don't want live streaming. Why won't the setting save (though it initially appears to, but then does not)? How do I just permanently disable this feature?

My use of Zoom is as a group meeting with occasional individual meetings with attendees. The number of attendees is less than 10. The meetings are set up as recurring meetings. I do not need to use the break out rooms at each meeting, or with each person. Can the breakout rooms be used one at a time? I have set up break out rooms for each person for all meetings, but don't know if I can meet individually, one at a time. Is this possible? Thanks.

I am trying to remote in to my office and I am unable to answer incoming calls with the zoom assistant. I have tried several ways of adding it and the only way it lets me answer is by minimizing my work session and going to my home computer currently.

Hello!  I was doing a PowerPoint presentation and when I went to screenshare and toggle back and forth between screens, the participants disappeared. I could no longer see them, but they could still see my screen.  What can I do to see them again? Gabby

I am trying to connect zoom to my new Go High Level account with leadconnecter but it keeps saying that the account already exists and can't connect. The problem is I have already disconnected from everything and it sill won't let me past that point. What should I do?

How to set-up Hybrid meeting in order for in-person attendees and zoom attendees to hear each other clearly.

I recently had my computer fixed and the audio works perfectly when i'm playing something for myself, but with multiple meeting apps - zoom, google meets, etc, the people I'm meeting with can't hear me. any suggestion on how to remedy this? thanks!

I have discovered about four times now that previous meeting links (that I keep and reuse with clients, and are therefore 'active' and used again within 30 or 365 days) sometimes suddenly disappear off my previous meetings list. It has just happened again today. There are no 'deleted meetings' listed, as I have not deleted them.It is challenging when I'm just about to open a previous meeting, to discover I can't find it, and then have to create a new meeting and email this to the client right when we're meant to be starting.Can anyone help me with this? I had zoom but needed to do an upgrade on the program. When trying to install onto Win11 and downloading  ,Version 6.1.11 (45504) I get an error message that says reslib.dll is missing.  Search for reslib.dll using dir reslib.dll /s no files. tried dir reslib.* /s no files.I am not sure which app this dll would have been installed with in the first place. The Zoom installer stops right away saying that is missing. Any help would be great!-Stephen  

Hi Zoom Community! I need your help and collective wisdom, I'm running into some troubles with sharing my powerpoint presentations and viewing my presenter notes at the same time (I would like it visible just for me and not participants). I use a MacBook Air laptop.  1) When I do do Presenter View on PPT slide show options, everyone can see my presenter notes on the side panel. What can I do to block their view to just viewing the main slides?  2) When I do Basic Screen Share of my PPT, I cannot see my presenter notes on the side. So when I select Advanced Share Screen - and do portion of the screen, it comes up as blurry quality resolution for most participants - both laptop users and computer users, but not for others (1 person who signed in with their phone said it looks fine). I am hoping that someone might be able to shine a light on an issue one of our users has with Zoom with Starting or Joining a meeting. Currently we have a user having an issue with Zoom taking upwards of two minutes to either Join or Create a new meeting at best it takes a few minutes but at worst it can take closer to 15minutes for this user device to connect to a Zoom meeting link they have been sent or even start a New meeting themselves. Currently they are on Zoom (64bit) Version 6.1.10 and their device is running Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 (Build 22631.4037).The hardware is a Lenovo ThinkPad 16s Pro Gen2 with a AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 7480, 32Gb Ram and a 512Gb SSD. We have tried the following:1. Un-installed Zoom, restarted device and then downloaded and re-installed.2. Un-installed Zoom using the "Zoom Full Uninstaller" tool as per your website and re-started device, re-installed Zoom after re-downloading

I need to add an ICS file with the Zoom links I create for our organization. I tried to follow the steps in settings, but the option is not available. These are the steps I took: Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.Click the Meeting tab.Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Send ICS calendar attachment along with webinar invitation/reminder emails toggle to enable or disable it. What I put in red doesn't work as there is nothing that says - Send ICS calendar... What am I doing wrong? Or why wouldn't my Pro Business Account have this option?  Members in our organization are requesting that an ICS file or a way to add the meeting to their calendar is available. Please help! 

I have a camera on my laptop for labs and audience views and I want that to be the share going out in Zoom. Is there a seamless way to switch from camera to slides without a bunch Zoom manipulation in between?

Hi all, I would like to enquire relating to the zoom background. I have 2 issues with regards to this. I want our company's zoom call to be able to showcase our company's/zoom's default virtual backgrounds as well as to show everyone's faces in the meeting room via 1 externally plugged in camera. However, the limitation lies with everyone not being able to be seen inside the screen once the virtual background is being set. Is there any way to showcase everyone's face with a virtual background though? Does the problem lie with the camera not being 4K and higher or is that just a limitation from zoom? I've contacted zoom support before on this and they suggested putting a greenscreen as the backdrop to cater to this. The price isn't an issue, but more of whether it will work or not? I require a firm/certain solution to this subject of matter.  Another thing we have tried is the immersive view but it requires everyone to bring in their laptops to the meetin

Greetings, This problem existed with the old client which I figured was the start of deprecation requiring updates. So, I finally updated to the latestZoom but this problem persists. I launch the client, I get a spinning circle as if it's trying to load my meeting and eventually stops with nothing. I wait, reload, click on other tabs, try other features (settings, chat msgs, etc) and then go back and usually still nothing, but sporadically surprise!...my meetings show up. Additionally, when I simply try to *JOIN* my own meeting the client timeout with an error.  Seriously, WTH?  It's a paid, registered account which I can chat with colleagues, but when it comes to just listing meeting...nada.  Then I'm asked if I want to join from the browser...WHY????  Why should I launch Zoom's web site, log in, navigate to my meetings, click START, just for it to launch the client which is already open

I schedule meetings in outlook and have a Zoom add-on to attach a Zoom link to the meeting. For roughly 50% of the meetings I schedule, the date/time in Outlook will be correct, while the date/time in Zoom is wrong (usually shows the meeting being for an earlier date and time). How can I fix this?Thanks!

Hello,I need to change default meeting configuration so that every new meeting I create will have registration mandatory (registration tick checked).I need this because I do create meetings through a third party integration therefore it's impossible for me to go into every scheduled meeting created and make that change one by one.How can I do that as a default setting?Thanks

Morning - I was able to generate the report a couple weeks ago when I had 65 registrations for the meeting. Now I am trying to update to see the now 77 registrations and when I 'generate' and 'export' it is only showing 65 registrations. Is there a way to update for the new data? Using google chrome (Dell laptop)

My Zoom recordings were working just fine and then I enabled AI and now it is not recording the presenters / speakers when I am screen sharing and someone is sharing slides. You can't see our heads now. I disabled the AI and it's still a problem. I have checked all the normal places and all the checkboxes are correct. Any thoughts? It works fine if not screensharing or sharing slides.

I keep getting zoom meeting invites, and the admin has hundreds of emails in TO field.  Two issues, now hundreds of people have my email address, and people on cell phones have the REPLY ALL as default.  I asked the admin to send the email invites in the BCC field only and she said she is unaware of how to do this. HELP  !!!!!!!
