Audio Issue on Zoom

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem during my meetings on Zoom. I start a meeting with participants, but I cannot hear them, even though it seems they are speaking. However, they can hear me perfectly. I tested it on Google Meet and I can hear very well, so the problem does not come from my hardware.

Yet, on Zoom, I cannot hear the other participants.

I kindly ask for your help, as I primarily work with Zoom.

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème lors de mes réunions sur Zoom. Je démarre une réunion avec des participants, mais je n’entends pas leurs voix, bien qu’il semble qu’ils parlent. En revanche, eux m’entendent parfaitement. J’ai testé sur Google Meet et j’entends très bien, donc le problème ne vient pas de mon matériel.

Pourtant, sur Zoom, je n’entends pas les autres participants.

Je vous prie de m'aider car je travaille principalement avec Zoom.
