Is there a place to sign up for email notifications from Zoom whenever there is a Desktop app update for Apple silicon Macs? 

Does Zoom set up meetings based on standard time or daylight savings time? I am in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST) and we are currently on daylight savings time (EDT). My goal is to have a meeting at 4 pm local time on April 2nd. So do I schedule the meeting for 4 pm, or do I schedule it for 3 pm to account for daylight savings time?

I have started using my iPad Pro for Zoom meetings. I certainly love the center stage feature with the camera. I would love to find a way to move the participant window screen to the top or the side when a presenter is in screen share mode.I've looked in the upper right 9 square grid, meeting settings, and still can't find an option to move it to the top or side. I would like to be able to glance up to see hands raised or other reactions while the presenter is sharing screen.@screenshare @ipadpro

Hi everyone, I know this theme has been addressed in the past but it seems that mine is a little bit different, I just have a new Macbook M2 Air and already disabled the airplay receiver on the system, all of the systems are updated in both devices, both devices are in the same WiFi, but whenever I want to airplay from the iPad to the Mac via Zoom it says that it is impossible to connect. I've tried with other iPads and does the same, I successfully connected to AppleTV's so it seems that the problem is either the Macbook (but I can also successfully airplay with the internal feature of airplay receiver) or something with Zoom. I remember that in the past, whenever I wanted to Airplay I received a message about installing some pluggins. I no longer see that message anymore. Hope someone can help me.

I have a strange case.  A student of mine has an up to date chrome browser on a full windows computer yet when she tries to enter my zoom with a direct link, she get's the "zoom sign in" screen.  Normally, this type of thing occurs when students/people are using an Android device like ChromeBook and they need to go to chrome settings and toggle the "request desktop site" to fix this.   But she is definitely using a windows computer and thus full version of Chrome browser which doesn't even have the option of "request desktop site".  (Which is not the issue I assume). What should I try to do to make the direct link for work her?

Setting up a new audio-visual system and having trouble getting video from a Vaddio AV Bridge to be recognized by the Zoom account.  We have set the video/camera source in the device hosting the Zoom meeting to be the Vaddio AV Bridge. We have a camera feed coming through the Bridge to participants in the meeting nicely. A separate feed of slides, including video components, is not showing up in the meeting. The host device just shows up as a black box to meeting participants. The audio is coming through clearly to the participant devices - but no video is shown. Video feed to other peripherals not on Zoom have both audio and video portions.  We thought it might be some sort of copyright protection blocking - but this is happening with text slides in addition to video slides with audio components. Current Zoom Client 5.9.026 frames per second video output640x360 resolution video outputupl

I am a therapist and have been using Zoom for about three years. I have had many issues since the platform changed to Workplace with its overwhelming amount of features (many of which are not required for professional private therapy sessions). I do not have the time to keep watching videos on troubleshooting. The worst issue is that my new clients are getting very frustrated with persistent login problems, they are not able to simply click on the embedded link anymore. I have had to add on extra time at the end of the session due to the ten-minute struggle to connect easily. Unless I can sort this out soon, I will have to find a different video call platform. Any advice would be welcome, please!

I was recording [well I think I was] a Conference today - 5hrs & I am unsure if I clicked Cloud or Local for the recording. It didn't ask me what folder or place to put the recording & didn't really think much of it [I haven't recorded before]. How do I find the recording? All help would be appreciated as this recording is supposed to go our World Wide... HELP!!!!!

I'm using a meeting template to invite people to an upcoming event.  This is NOT a Google calendar invitation, rather a templated meeting from "My Meetings" in Zoom.I'd like to include a hyperlink to an external survey in the meeting invitation, but the template does not give me editing options to include a hyperlink (i.e. I can include the text in the template, but it is nothing but text).Is there a way to embed hyperlinks?

I am having a repeating problem that recently started: When a certain meeting begins, a user called "Murderbot" joins and posts in the chat the same message: "I'm Murderbot, ready to take notes for Archie Lacey. To start the notetaking and recording, the meeting host needs to approve the recording pop-up message." When I claim host, Murderbot posts the following message before : "Recording permission was denied, leaving the meeting." Has anyone had this issue, and how do I make it stop happening? Thanks.

Hi!We have a company Zoom Workplace Pro subscription. When we host calls from Ukraine, time is not limited. But when our curator hosts the call from Ireland, it ends in 40 minutes. The same happened when I was in Germany.Can I fix it? 

Hello,I'm frustrated- I'm looking for a solution that will allow me to create a meeting that only a pre-defined list of people can attend.I have a pro account.I tried pre-registration, but this doesn't block people that got my meeting's link from trying to enter it. Help! I've set up a meeting and registration is required. I register a person and now it keeps that person's information in the fields when anyone else gets the link to register so now we have multiple registrations with this person. How do you clear this up.

I have a  zoom account that I use for a variety of different meetings outside of my work email.  I just got an email 20 minutes ago saying that account is now suspended....No warning just straight up suspension????  I'm not even sure what I did, it was so vague.... "Hello,We've detected an issue with your Zoom account that violates the Sensitive Content section of Zoom's Acceptable Use Guidelines. Zoom keeps freezing, and basically not working on continuity camera since latest OS update, I have the latest Zoom update on Mac Desktop.  The camera will keep cutting out zooming in and out and freezing. When I serve as host for a meeting in my Pro account, and run the Zoom app on Linux or Windows 10P, I am unable to turn video on or off for participants in the participants window. When I move my cursor over a participant's video icon, the icon is obscured by a "Mute" bubble. The bubble blocks any attempt to turn the participant's video on or off, all I can do it turn the participant's microphone on or off. I see this problem in the latest version of Zoom running on Windows 10 and on Linux Mint 22. 

Hi, Can anyone help? I can't seem to play a YT video via my zoom. I can hear it but no one else can! I like to play background music but for some reason it won't work. Any support would be much appreciated.  Thanks MJ

When I log in to my Zoom account and click "Meetings" or "Webinars," the events I created do not show up in the right-hand pane. I only get blank pages. This started approximately August 18, 2024. If I use Google Chrome, events show when I select these menu items.

Can someone tell me how to add specific dates of meetings to include on the invitations?

I have a Calendly meeting type that I want to attach Zoom to so they will not have to receive another email for the zoom link. How can I do that for a meeting that is reoccurring and may a different date or time?

I am a speech therapist and I just attempted to register for Zoom for Healthcare. My confirmation said that I have Zoom Workplace Pro. Is this considered the same thing? Also, It said that I need to establish a BBA agreement to enable HIPPA compliance which I need. I looked this up and was given the option to click "Subscribe". Is there more to do to establish this agreement?
