***********  I need help streaming church services to Youtube.  We have an account and stream to FB but I want to add Youtube  

I am a teacher who records many of my classes on Zoom. I’m facing an issue where students share the link and password with others, which causes me to lose paying clients. I have tried sending the link directly to the registered students' emails, but I tested forwarding this email to another account, and it still allows access to the class. How can I prevent this from happening? Thanks!!

We run multiple track meetings, so it is important for us to be able to create multiple breakout rooms and then be able to conduct polls within those breakout rooms. Right now, we have a main lobby, then we create 3 separate breakout rooms for the 3 separate tracks for the meeting, but we cannot do a poll in those breakout rooms, only the main lobby? Is it possible to do this now? If so, how? If not, it would be nice for Zoom to build this in.  So far, it seems like we can only create a poll within the main room and then create separate breakout rooms based on the polls.  Can anyone help?

I have used zoom for many meetings over the last 15 months.  All of a sudden, zoom invitations I send to an upcoming meeting go into all of  the recipients spam folder.  If I send an email without a zoom invitation to the same address, it does not go into spam folder.  Any help would be appreciated

Loud static being detected by my microphone after 15 minutes This happens randomly on calls with no apparent reason. I have to switch to another microphone (I have two monitors with built in webcam) and then switch back and it is fine. The noise is in the recording but I do not hear it but I can see the microphone level in the zoom call is bouncing around at the max level. Other callers hear wildly loud static (not as regular as white noise). *Additionally, this does not happen in Microsoft Teams meetings. I see there is a long history of this happening in Zoom calls. Meetings are the core function of my work but the pro plan does not include support. Please, any ideas are welcome!

How can I ensure that when I change the date or time of a meeting that the meeting ID and passcode remain the same?

Set up: I currently have Zoom Workplace ProCurrent status: I have an existing invite for recurring weekly meetings for my membership with members already added to the meeting. What I'm trying to do:  I want to edit that existing weekly meeting to add a registration link for potential new members to join one time for free.  I can edit the current recurring series to make it required to register.  But I don't want my existing members to have to register.  Since they already have the invite on their calendars with the zoom link to join the meeting, they will not have to register for the event each week.  Is that correct?  I want to provide the registration link to new people so that they receive the email and are able to add the session to their calendars.  Is my thought process correct?  Please advise.  ThanksRosie  

Problem1. Recently had hard drive scrubbed after a suspected hack. All pwords etc lost.2. Open Zoom app.3. I don't know my password, need a new one. Click forgot password.3. Zoom has changed, some gastly web page opens.4. No option to change password unless you know your password...I can no longer use Zoom on my work PC. In case anyone from Zoom reads this, the virtual assistant sucks as does the web browser stuff!andWhat was a simple little app that was great now looks like a bloated monster.I may have to stop using Zoom alltogether and switch to Teams even though it is rubbish compared to original Zoom it is still better than the new Zoom by light years.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to have the call with my group of students, but instead of sending them to breakout rooms, I could keep everyone within the main call, and I could create private voice channels between students and groups, which I can easily switch between or even listen and talk to all at once, or per group?

I was a happy user of zoom on linux for past years. However with some recent update zoom no longer collaborates with pipewire/wireplumber to allow the automated switch of my headset mode from A2DP to HFP. Instead of opening the recording stream and letting the linux sound server do its magic of switching the profile, zoom tries to enumerate the available mic devices (and finds none,  as the headset is still in the A2DP mode - i.e. no mic in the configuration) and zoom seems never to open the input stream (I can't see any Source Output in pactl list).I tested this with 2 my headsets (Sony WH-1000XM4 and OpenComm by Shokz) and got identical results.Other videoconf solutions (including the browser-based) work w/o issues. I do have "ZOOM VoiceEngine" in the pipewire bluetooth policy exception list:bluetooth_policy.policy = {-- Whether to store st

I need to retrieve data on participants and other details from previous Zoom meetings. Using Zoom reports, we can only access data from the past month. Is it possible to retrieve data older than a month through API integration, or is there another way to get this information?

I have encountered an issue with participant registration for my upcoming event. Although I did not select the option to require participants to provide their last name, Zoom automatically requests this information during registration.As the event organizer, I do not need this information, and my participants should not be obligated to provide their last name. Could you please explain why Zoom is enforcing this requirement and how I can disable or remove this field from the registration form?

I CANT SEEM to remove my avatar and just have normal video though i have latest version(6.2.2) ..Can anyone Help?PS: i have a Macbook 

So i have the zoom meetings app downloaded on my macbook, but there is no blur background option. I have checked and i meet all the system requirements, and i have the latest version (6.2.2). I have tried uninstalling the app and re-installing the app, but that just brought more problems. It now says my device can't run avatars, yet it did before i deleted it. Please help.

Since I am not the host of the zoom meeting, I want to see what I look before it starts. I am very camera shy.

I created a 10 polls/quizzes for our members to use for voting purposes.  For some reason the polls/quiz results never saved, even though if I created a survey, it saves no problem.  And it also doesn't show up under polls/quizzes/surveys under account management, but it does show up under past meetings. Also, for surveys/polls/quizzes when you see the results, you were able to see at some point how people voted.  Has this changed because I would like to also use this feature.  Thanks!

When I sign in on the website I am unable to check the box, "stay signed in". There is a pop up message telling me to fix functional cookies, but this is not an option in firefox settings.

Hi all,I administrate a Zoom account at my workplace and a user has contacted me regarding a cloud recording for her meeting. The meeting is over two hours long and there are no chat messages saved before the 46 minute mark in the meeting. This is the case both with the chat displayed next to the recording and with the downloadable .txt file of the chat. I saw that there was a glitch last year with chat messages being deleted when users return from a breakout room, but this meeting did not have any breakouts.

Hello,Zoom Workspace desktop version 6.1.1 x64 or x32 not working with integrated camera on Dell 5550 laptop with windows 10 Pro version 22H2, Build 19045.4780. However, it works on all other computers (laptops and desktops) in our organization running the same version of Windows 10 Pro and setup. - Teams and other apps that use the integrated camera also work.- I checked Windows Defender and did not see any issues with Zoom.- Zoom video settings just shows a gray screen with not errors.- When joining a meeting i do get the following error..."Cannot start VID Failed to start camera.  Please select another camera in settings"Yet other apps including Teams work with the integrated camera.- i plugged in a portable USB webcam and that also works.- we have 6 new Dell 5550 laptops, and none work with Zoom 6.1.1 while on Windows 10 Pro. When we upgraded the same model laptop to WIndows 1
