When I am using a second monitor in the extending mode, for some reason, the screen share on the second monitor keep dropping back to my main monitor after the sharing. And then I have to keep dragging the screen back to the second monitor. Help! Its driving me NUTS! 

I teach online dance classes from my home , but as soon as it gets dark outside my video call becomes blurry, and if I turn on the light it still is blurry. Any ideas on what I can do? I use my labtop. Thank you

オーディオ切断をマイクに戻すことができません。クリックすると画面全体がグレーになって、どこを触っても反応しなくなります。

全画面にしなければ、普通に映像がでるのに全画面にすると画面が真っ黒になります。チャットツールなどを横に出せば全画面にしても真っ黒にはならないのですが 全画面のみにすると真っ黒になります。PCはサーフェスの11世代で、先日までは全く問題なかったのですが本日から急に上記の現象がでました。対応策を誰かお教えくださいませ。

hello, i use an ethernet connection. I also use a mixer to get music and a mic through to the meetings with good sound and minimal latency. I am noticing when I am watching the recordings, the mic sound gets quiet towards the end of the meeting?? I thought I fixed it by turning off 'automatically adjust microphone' but after the last update, a day or 2 ago, the problem is back? Did audio settings change? What should be selected? And deselected so my mic is the same throughout?  Thanks!

Hi there. I'm a music teacher who is very interested in using Zoom and it's sound sharing ability.Previously I had the Zoom Audio Driver (can't remember exactly what it's called) present in both my Audio/MIDI setup, but also available in my system as audio selections.I did a reformat of my computer and reinstalled zoom (have uninstalled and reinstalled several times), but no Zoom Audio Driver is present. Is this something that needs to be installed separately? Where would I find it and I guess more importantly why did it not install in my system this time around? My understanding was that it is installed with the Zoom desktop app. Thanks for any help! Current OS is Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1  Stef

When you click "Copy your invitation" a dialogue box pops up and the two options are "Copy to Clipboard" and "Cancel." First, the use of "Cancel" in this is simply contextually wrong. This should be "Close," because you are closing the dialogue box, not canceling copying the invite. Secondly, why do you need this second operation at all? Shouldn't your original "Copy to Clipboard" be enough? Why should users go through this second step at all. I can't think of any other program I use that has this redundancy. Seems pointless to me. I have a paid plan, but not an "Enterprise" plan, so I don't get live support. If you agree with me, please send this to Zoom's support to make a change, preferably to eliminate the secondary operation, or at least change Cancel to Close. Thank you for your consideration!

I have a mac book pro which is connected to external display. I usually keep the lid of the macbook closed.During a zoom meeting when the power to external display is lost, zoom automatically closes and kicks me out of the meeting.This doesn't happen on windows machine. On windows, i am still in the meeting when power to external display is lost.is there a way i can fix this for mac ?

Hi there, I've been having issues on my new work laptop. I initially installed Zoom and joined a meeting within the app and it worked fine. The next meeting I tried to join, I oddly was unable to. The app believed I was still in a meeting. I checked my task manager and it does believe I'm constantly in one, but there are no windows that prove I'm actually there. Even if I clear my cache, or uninstall/reinstall the app, i still have this problem. I've tried to look it up online and there doesn't seem to be anyone else with this problem. Might be a computer issue rather than an app issue, but regardless I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts. 

I'm trying to pre-assign people to their breakouts with their emails before my meeting starts but when I test launch the zoom meeting, no one is assigned to their groups, the rooms are empty. Do people need to be zoom users? or have registered for the meeting? How do i pre-assign people and make them stick? Thanks! (I will have a mix of external zoom users and non-zoom users when i actually go live with the meeting)

First, I have to say, trying to reach Zoom support is a complete nightmare. The worst I have ever encountered with any company. The chat support says my account doesn't have live chat support. But I have the Pro plan which is supposed to. I tried phone support and they said my account doesn't include live phone support and to use chat support. Just going in circles. It's horrible! Anyway, the problem I'm having is just this. I would like to share media - photos and videos from my Photos app - during a meeting. There is no problem doing this on my Mac. But on my iPad I can't find the videos. It's not listed as one of the media types to share. Is there a solution for this? And if somebody from Zoom support wants to contact me about how hard it is to get support I would also appreciate that. Thank you.

I am scheduling a zoom meeting and has about 500 participants registered. I would like to bull export all their unique meeting links so that our customer service team can send their unique meeting links personally through whatsapp. I would like to avoid sending them the unique zoom links using email bcz checking email is just not a things in my country… (do not recommend me salepager) thanks  btw, this question has been asked in the forum since 2021 and i couldnt find any solution in 2024 yet. 

I’ve seen a few posts about this issue.-Tried and checked settings for all Zoom troubleshooting steps, nope all in order.  -Re-installed latest app. Also re-started several times after. Re-re-installed and re-started. Dead mike continues! No recommended fixes working so far. Can anyone else help with other Apple mobile fix experiences?!  Hugely impacting on my work! 

Hello,I paid the Zoom translation addon and have some trouble using it. If I am hosting a meeting, it seems to work but whenever I join a meeting, the translation settings aren't available. Is it possible to enable caption translation without being the host of the meeting?Thank you, 

Hello, we have a friend, who ist in austria and later in rumania. We gave her the zoom telephone numbers for both countries, so that she is able to join our video-zoom-meeting, placed in germany.My question is: how much does it cost for her?  She has a german mobile provider and is dialing into zoom by +40 for rumania and e.g. +43 for austria. Thanks for any kind of help or orientation!Stefan from Cologne Germany Europe

Apologies if this is redundant, but I can't seem ti find a definitive answer.Does Zoom block people from recording meetings using QuickTime? I was a participant in a meeting that I did not own/initiate. I tried to record a meeting via QuickTime on my Macbook Pro to reference later.It started recording, then stopped at least once. I stopped paying attention.Anything that I recorded was not saved, unlike other QuickTime recordings.  When I do a "test meeting" with just myself and initiate it, I can record it, but that's just with myself.

Hello! Could you please tell me why the recording quality is 360? The MacOS system version is higher than 13 and the quality in Zoom app video settings is set to HD. I also have PRO account.    

I am doing interviews for a research project, and my university requires a special procedure for video recordings.  Is there a way to have video on during the interviews but have nothing but audio saved? I know I can just delete the file with video, but I'm afraid they'll give me grief on that.  Thank you in advance for your help. 

I have purchased both zoom rooms and cloud room connectors. I have installed the API. Since group 500 doesn't natively support zoom, i still get the same screen as before. I have tried to manually call personal meeting ID, i have tried to use hash tag and add the meeting key etc. but nothing works.  When i check room management > Cisco/Polycom Rooms my status is connected and IP address is local IP. Provision status is Provisioned and SIP status is Registered(zoom). Everything seems to be ok. I can not start a meeting neither i can receive a call. Only thing I haven't set up yet is the calendar because we are using yandex and it is not on the list.  Do you have any documentation or suggestion that i can follow?Thank you.

Zoom Workplace version 6.1.1.11 (39163) Sonoma 14.4.1 When sharing by clicking on "Share" icon - the user options interface ( Screens Documents Advanced ) appears.The default location apparently follows the last location of the zoom controls bar. However when a replacing share - the default user interface options - appear in the center of the laptop display. This tends to overlaps existing windows which are open. It causes a problem if the overlap is within the border of an existing "Portion of Screen" sharing.  Being centrally located, it does not matter where the affected window is shifted on the display as it will overlap somehow.  is it possible when have the user options interface appear at the location of the zoom controls bar or be defined by user? Do so will allow arrangements of open windows such that the user interface option overlap can bee avoided.&

Can alternate hosts for a meeting (that is scheduled and used for a series of meetings) - go into Zoom settings and change the "Auto Record to Cloud" toggle button? I was certain I had set the meeting to NOT automatically record...and yet I just went in and looked and it was checked. So I'm curious if it was done after the fact or if I simply just missed it.
