Our meeting had an uninvited, offensive intruder. I have their email address. Is there a way to block this email?

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to block an email address on Gmail and Office 365 as they commonly used:

Gmail:

1. Log in to your Gmail account.
2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select "See all settings."
4. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
5. Click on "Create a new filter."
6. Enter the email address you want to block in the "From" field.
7. Click on "Create filter."
8. Select "Delete it" as the action.
9. Click on "Also apply filter to matching conversations."
10. Click on "Create filter."

Office 365:

1. Log in to your Office 365 account.
2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select "Mail."
4. Click on "Junk email."
5. Click on "Blocked senders."
6. Click on "Add."
7. Enter the email address you want to block.
8. Click on "Add."
9. Click on "Save."

@LucindaP If you click on the green shield icon when in a meeting, it will have a red "Report" flag.  If you click on that, you can report the participant during the meeting and kick them out.  You can also report a user after the fact here.

Thank you - this was a zoom bombing situation - someone used the white board, which I disabled, but I found their email after the fact.
