Hello all!  Is there a way I can retrieve the Meeting History from over a year ago? My company needs this information as proof of evidence for the attendance of some clients between May and July 2021.  Thank you!

Hi guys I am aware that you cannot SEND stereo audio while in the zoom mobile app. just wondering if you can RECEIVE stereo audio while in the mobile app. 

How can I reorder the polls in the poll question list? My colleague and I have multiple polls for a three-day training and it's difficult to scroll the list for the correct poll. I have tried to drag and drop but that function does not work. Any ideas appreciated, Diana 

Hello everyone,  I just recorded my zoom meeting, the first test recording is showing in the folder and I was able to convert it, but the actual video which was approximately 5 minutes long is not showing in the folder, I can see a 185MB .zoom (video) file along with a 2.4MB .zoom (audio) file and the file name is double_click_to_convert_01 and 02 but for some reason when i double click it doesn't show anything. Please help!

I turned on the "Allow invitees to access recordings without the passcode" under the recording settings to restrict access to my recordings, but it's not working as I expected. The invitees are still prompted for a passcode, and I also double checked that this setting was checked within the share settings of the individual recordings. I want to restrict access to the recordings to only the invitees and not have to give out a passcode which they may pass around. Does this feature work differently than I expected, or is there another setting that may be interfering with it? Any insight is appreciated!

Hello,  Every time I start a meeting the Outplay notetaker joins and I have to remove it. I've never enabled this integration nor do I see how to disable it. Can someone tell me how to remove the Outplay notetaker? I am also being taken to a splash page that says "meetings by outplay" - usually when I use my personal meeting space. Any guidance is appreciated!Carlos

My student has expressed a concern about my classes being recorded.  Not because she's afraid of being recorded.  No.  She's worrying that recording a meeting "uses a lot of extra energy".   She says she can't enjoy the class anymore because she's an environmentalist and she's very worried about it. Does recording a meeting make a real difference?  I'm not using the cloud, the videos are saved on my computer. To save bandwidth, we already have everyone's mic and camera off, except mine.  Do I need to stop recording?

Zoom installed on new HP  / Windows 10.In Zoom Share Screen video is received by participants but not the computer audio.Have checked for Zoom and Computer audio setting with no success.Everything works fine on old HP PC.Any suggestion for where to look for the issue would be gratefully received.Thank you.

Hi everyoneI run a health care clinic and I'd like to add a zoom link to a form. ex: When a client books a virtual appoint. they will receive forms to fill out prior to their appoint. I would like to add a zoom link to the form, so that when the time comes they just need to click the link.Im not sure how to do this,??  granted i am still in the trail platform for zoom. so maybe that's why I don't see how to do it ??

Hi, As an educator I want to suggest the following feature to be added to Zoom's polling / quizzes in order to enhance the user experience as well as the ability to check for understanding: 1) reordering sentences / words so that they are in the correct order (Microsoft forms has this function) It would really help and avoid me having to create forms via other websites.

I've used Zoom for years.I use the filter (the first one) every meeting, b/c it keeps me from having to mess with my settings on my camera.  That filter does most of what I would do. But... about 2 months ago, it was just... Gone.  (The option for filters at all, was gone.) I've updated to the newest version.I've uninstalled and reinstalledI've gone into settings to make sure they are turned on. Nothing. help. Thanks

I just purchased a new iPad Pro, and even after deleting the Zoom app and reinstalling, ensuring that it has the most recent updates from Zoom. My zoom room has the prior interface with all the control functions at the top rather than at the bottom. I have sent in a zoom support report and I have contacted Apple support and have not found any resolution. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions, please!

I am wanting to select an external microphone for a zoom meeting on my iPad mini but it just automatically goes links to the iPad mic and does not give option to change it. Help!

There is a weird split second delay where my audio and video are not in sync.  This is for both my laptop and my phone, so it's not an issue with a device.  It's a zoom issue.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  If so, how did you resolve it?

I have a Logitech c920s webcam running on a Windows 11 laptop. I was using Logitech Capture software to take advantage of picture adjustments, but it's obsolete and has been replaced by LogiTune.    Here's the problem: I can start LogiTune and see the video feed from the camera, but LogiTune shuts down or crashes when I start Zoom. If I start Zoom first and then run LogiTune, the LogiTune software says that the camera is in use with another application (i.e., Zoom).    Is there some way to get LogiTune to work with Zoom? If no one has a solution, I'll have to go back to Logitech Capture.

When I connect my computer up with an HDMI cord to my TV, I can't get the sound to come through the TV, but only the computer. I do this when watching movies and have no problems, but with Zoom, I can't get the sound to the TV.Please advise.Tha
