Feature Request:I would like to suggest that Zoom enables virtual backgrounds to be included in Cloud recordings, just like they appear during live meetings. Currently, while virtual backgrounds are visible to meeting participants, they do not appear in the Cloud recordings, which can be frustrating when trying to share visually appealing content with others.It would be great if this feature could be added to enhance the overall experience for users who rely on Cloud recordings. Hey,my question: Pressing the keyboard shortcuts to lift ab the hand (alt + y) or to switch to mute (alt + a) always causes a sound.It seems... only in Zoom.If I use "space" to mute the sound...  or do click onto the symbol for mute.. no sound.Does anybody know how to switch it off?It seems only to happen in combination with "alt"Thank youMatthias

Hello, I have a recurring meeting set up 4 meeting occurrences. I'd like to close registration for just one of the meetings or put a cap on attendance for that specific meeting. Is it possible to cap the number of registered guests for that occurrence and not put a limit on the whole series? Or am I able to close registration for that session? 

Hi!  I give music lessons (classical flute) on Zoom, which works really well when both the student and I use external microphones to the computer.However, when using the mobile phone for Zoom, this is causing problems. We tried to connect a Zoom H5 handy recorder to an Iphone, but there are severe problems with latency and it "cut offs" the register on the instrument.  Is there a way to solve this, with a handy recorder + Iphone? 🙂 Ann

My company has a horizontal log. No matter what I do, I can't fit my company logo in the profile picture. Since it nees a square profile image, it always cuts off the left and right sides of the logo, and there are no controls to allow me to shrink the logo to fit. Hi!  I recorded a meeting on the cloud, then shared a link with the passcode with the participants, and they were able to view it online, but they also wanted to download the files of the recording, but the download started and stalled at 1% before timing out. This was an issue both for the meeting participants and myself, if viewing it through the link. Any idea what might be causing this? I checked the recording sharing settings on my Zoom account and it is enabled for downloading for anyone viewing the recording.  I was later able to download the files from the Recordings section on my account and share the files in a different way, but this is obviously not ideal, as it requires the use of WeTransfer or a shared folder I can access. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks! 

Hello - trying to see if this is a capability. We have a student who joins our calls live and has an ASL interpreter join every call. We spotlight the interpreters, but they do not show up in the recording when our instructor is sharing their screen. They don't speak, so they obviously don't show up in speaker view, and they don't show up in gallery view either when I download the replay. Is this a capability in Zoom to be able to see both spotlighted participants when someone is sharing their screen through the replay? 

How can I control camera brightness?  Are there better quality cameras that have brightness and zoom-in controls?  I constantly have over brightness problems.

Hi!!I just tried to share my video but the Optimize for Viedeo sharing button is deaktivated that I cannot turn it on.; I have tried also in another Meeting from another account, and this button was activated... What is just happening with my account? And is there anyone who can solve this problem?

I cannot find where to implement my quizzes or polls in  my meeting that is currently in progress.  The AI bot was less than helpful.  I have three quizzes created.  Please help.  

I am an alternative host on a pro account.  When I am in a meeting created by the host I am unable to create or access polls. There is no poll option.  The account owner has granted me polling permission. Help please. 

A few weeks ago, I decided to host a virtual dinner party with some close friends. We planned everything—everyone cooked their favorite dish, we set up our cameras at just the right angles, and we even tried to sync our meals to feel like we were in the same room. I love the "new" multi-speaker view in typical Q&A type meeting. Except for the fact that the speaker lingers on screen long after they're done and they're often unaware that they are still on screen.  It would be great if Zoom had a "remove" person from multi-view feature that Hosts and co-hosts could use to remove them rather than waiting on the Zoom timeout ...

I have set the setting Host and Participant Video to be off, in the personal room setting under Meeting Setting.However, when someone join my zoom room, especially those join through the invite link, their video were turn on automatically when they join my zoom room. And after that, I checked my setting again, it seems they override my setting and both video for Host and Participant are turn to "on" automatically. Because I may have some new people joining my zoom room via link, and how can I keep them that their video is off when they join my zoom?

I have been so thankful for Zoom and helping my students and tutoring them at night from home.  However, there seems to be a change in the ZOOM, maybe a weird update, but now I cannot connect with video at all. I cannot see them and they cannot see me and it says we are both in a meeting that apparently no one can see or chat with each other.  When I start a meeting the video does not launch. It says I am in a meeting but I cannot talk or see my student and vice versa. Please HELP.  I called the support center on the website says they cannot find my profile or account!  I have one, been using it since COVID lockdown.  Please help. 

Hi everyone,We've been using the  Zoom for lightning app in Salesforce, and it works well for syncing meetings. However, we encountered an issue when enabling registration required for Zoom meetings—Those zoom meetings  are not syncing with Salesforce as an event. is this a limitation?

So I only realized recently if as host I type something into the chat box and other participants enter the room AFTER I have typed in the chatbox, that the new participants cannot see it. Is there a way that I can type something into chat and anyone can see if whether they were in the chat room or not WHEN it was typed into the chat board?? I'm leaving simple instructions to follow for those participating and if there's late comers, I don't want to have to re-type or repost those instructions. thanks

Hi all - I'm trying to join a recurring meeting that I've been involved with for years. I access zoom via Firefox. As of recently, the email I click to join sends me to a page that asks for a code. The code is sent to my inbox, and I add the code to the page, but after I enter the code, I am returned to the same page asking for a code. Do you have any idea why the codes don't work?

So I did a test record in a meeting to see if it was working, and checked back after transcoding. Went to do the main recording(same meeting), hit record("recording in progress" announced), and discovered after finishing it had not recorded! Did a few tests and googled it. Turns out your second attempt won't be recording! It's a ghost recording....So now I have to gather everyone back(at my expense and their inconvenience) to re record. Can I suggest a warning or maybe disable this so you can't fall into this trap. Why have the audio "recording in progress" when it clearly ISN'T....Not cloud subsciption btw. This shouldn't matter.. Feature or Bug? You decide...

I updated to Sequoia 15.2 this morning and after a meeting I noticed a pop dialog in the background where zoon.us was requesting permission to bypass the system private window picker and directly access my screen and audio.  I believe this is a new permission/restriction in Macos but I wanted to see if anybody has run into this and what they selected?
