Remote Control Stops working in Sierra Chart I am an application developer. I do remote support, training, and configuration for clients using the Sierra Chart trading platform. Screen sharing with Remote Control is the number one reason I use Zoom, however it only works some of the time. I can control Windows, and other windows applications, but if the application is SierraChart_64.exe, I often can move the mouse but not click or type if in the app. I have seen times where it works if the user is already running the app when I connect. However, once the app is restarted, the remote control is lost. Sometimes, ending remote control from my end and requesting it helps, other times it does not. Is there something I need to do, or the client, when this happens? Is it a version issue? How do we check and update before or during the call?
