I am having an issue joining recurring meetings. If I try to join it tells me the meeting was scheduled for [original date] and does not let me in when the host arrives. When this happens, I try joining directly from the Zoom app, from the link in the Outlook invite, and from the Slack integration, all with the same result. Eventually, it will let me join from the browser, but even that is not immediate. Is this a known issue? Other attendees do not seem to be dealing with this, despite joining through the same link/avenues, being under the same org, and having the same apps. How can I get Zoom to recognize a recurring invite to let me join?

I am the owner and IT Admin for a Zoom account. I'm interested in utilizing the custom disclaimer feature but require more granular control over its visibility. Currently, the option to configure the disclaimer seems limited. Can the custom disclaimer be displayed selectively based on user roles or meeting participants? For example, could the disclaimer appear only for external guests joining the meeting and not for internal team members?

On windows 10, it works for Google, Microsoft... This is a real blocker. 

I had seen a few other posts about this, but none had the solution I ended up finding. In the new outlook, I had added the Zoom Add-In.When I would create a meeting and click the Zoom button at the top and click "Add Zoom Meeting" in the drop down menu, it would always create two meeting invites with different meeting ID's.  SOLUTION: Instead of clicking "Add Zoom Meeting" Right there, I now click "Settings" and then "Add Zoom Meeting" from the settings menu. For some reason, this works and creates only one meeting ID! I assume it must be some sort of bug in the functionality of the Add-In. I had previously tried uninstalling the old plug-in so that I only had the Add-In within new outlook, but this was the only solution I have found that works and I have tested it numerous times now. I am not sure if this is a bug on outlook's side or Zoom. Hope this helps someone else!! 

we are needing to connect zoom to 'youcanbookme' to enable scheduling meetings, and connecting calendars. We need to do this for 2 team members. The calendars need to be able to be connected to zoom, and both need to be able to zoom at the same time. How can we do this

We have a paid Zoom account, the latest version.  We start our meetings by clicking on a link and then one person Claims Host.  Until recently, the host had a choice of Record to Cloud or Record to Computer.  Now the same host has only the option Record to Cloud.  Our Zoom settings allow Record to Computer.  How can the "claimed" host Record to Computer?

Hi, I will have join the meeting for about 3,5hrs. I have no information yet is it gonna be 1to1 or 1toMultiple, where I'm not he host, I'll be only participant in it. Will I have buy a plan to not to be disconnected after 40mins, or the basic one will be enough?Thanks. P.

I’m writing to formally request guidance on the possibility of changing our default meeting recording location from Zoom Cloud to Vimeo exclusively. As our team already uses Vimeo as our primary platform for video storage, distribution, and post‑production, we would like to bypass Zoom’s cloud storage entirely and have all recordings saved directly to our Vimeo account. Our goals are: To discontinue the use of Zoom Cloud for recording storage. To have all meeting recordings stored solely on Vimeo moving forward. To understand if it is technically possible to set Vimeo as the direct destination for recordings—without first saving them on Zoom Cloud. Hi,I attended a meeting and recorded it without logging into ZOOMworkspace on my PC. When I saved the recording, I selected my desktop as the destination folder. However, I later found that the recording was saved both on my desktop and in Zoom’s default folder (Documents/Zoom). Is this expected behavior, or could it be a bug?

I had a cohost pause and unpause the recording of a zoom meeting (recorded to the cloud). This was intentional in order to create separate files. There is 1 "file" missing. I'm wondering if you can tell me when the recording was paused and for how long during the session if you have the meeting ID and date/time. I'm hoping to confirm that the recording was not started at a specific time in the meeting.

I've just upgraded to the business account, so that I could put my company logo on the zoom invite link, but I can't see how I can do this? Does anyone know if there is any difference from Pro or Business, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it. Any help would be great.

Hi! I hosted a meeting and need to compile a list of meeting attendees. When I go to "Usage Reports," I am able to pull a list of Zoom users that attended the meeting. However, there were some people that called into the meeting (without being logged into a Zoom account), and I don't see their phone numbers on the attendance report. How do I see the phone numbers that called in?Thanks!

I was on a webinar when the host shared his screen. I could only see it for a minute, then all I saw was the host. Through chat, I was told that others could see his screen share, even when I could not. I am unsure whether the host was using Meetings or Webinars.

A few weeks ago I started having major issues with zoom to the point where it makes it hard to attend online classes as a student. Whenever I am sent to a breakout room it takes multiple minutes to load if at all. During this time I will close the meeting/app manually and via task manager but when I attempt to rejoin it still registers me as in the meeting. It also has occasionally been happening when turning off or on my camera in which I can still see the audio/visually totally normal but the program will freeze. I have done everything I can think to do, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in and out multiple times, ensured both my laptop (lenovo, IdeaPad Slim3) and zoom are fully updated and none has helped. PLEASE help me I am so frustrated. 

Hello, I use Zoom in my place of worship, so people who can't physically attend are able to watch the service. I have noticed that when I use Zoom, the others in the meeting (people watching from home) can't hear the service from my device. I don't know why that is. I use a Samsung Galaxy A15, and I use its mobile data for connection. The meeting isn't hosted by me and I don't use my own Zoom account to join meetings, I join without an account by just entering the meeting ID. However, when I use another android device, Samsung Galaxy A13, and connect using mobile hotspot from the Samsung Galaxy A15, people can hear the audio from the service from home. The only difference is that when I use the Samsung Galaxy A13, I use an account to join the Zoom meting and that account is also used to host the meetings (where people on home join from). Does that explain why the audio can be heard by others in the meetings when using the Samsung Galaxy A13? Also a lot of people a

I have a user who no longer needs her paid Zoom license and wants to switch to free Basic Zoom account.  Will her recordings and meeting history still be accessible?  She previously ran training sessions and has shared out her recordings.

Hi Folks I have a strange issue with Zoom Meetings, where my video stops every few seconds. I can click the "Start Video" button and it comes right back on, every single time. I tested Zoom a few nights ago with just 1 meeting, just for me open, and only my video feed in the meeting.so, the loneliest meeting in the world, but just for the purposes of testing the webcam to see if it would cut out when in a zoom meeting on my own. I left this meeting open with my webcam on for several hours, playing around with the whiteboards and other zoom bits and not once did the webcam cut-out. It all worked perfectly. The camera only cuts out every few seconds when anybody else is in the meeting. Any zoom meeting with 1 or more other people in the meeting and the camera feed keeps stopping. There are no app crashes, no pop ups, no security restrictions. When the Zoom meeting host uses the recording feature to record the session, how can they avoid capturing all participants' video feeds when a participant (not the host) is sharing their screen? After the meeting ends, the recorded video shows that the participants’ video windows overlap and block part of the shared screen.

Hi, I've scheduled a meeting for June. It is limited to 40 minutes because I'm having a free account.Before my meeting will start next month, I'm going to upgrade because on this meeting I will host many people for much longer than 40 minutes. Will the link (meeting link) I've created today will work then longer than 40 minutes?Thx
