Does zoom work on safari (when launching zoom on browser)? What version of safari is needed to launch zoom on the Safari browser on iphone? 

I have Outlook 2019 installed on a couple of laptops.  One has the plugin installed and it works fine. The other has the addin installed and it gives an error and says it cannot login to the zoom account. As you recommend we move from the plugin to the addin how do I get the addin to work? Thanks 🙂

Hello! I have a recurring Zoom meeting set and have designated some people on my team to be alternate hosts since we rotate responsibility over the meeting. In the meeting settings, I have designated all of them to be alternate hosts. However, today, two people from my team joined and were not given hosting abilities, even though they are designated alternate hosts in the meeting settings.  Why aren't they assigned as hosts? Is there something I am doing wrong? 

When i am in a Zoom meeting my wireless mouse behaves erratically. Windows 10I have uninstalled and re-installed ZeeomI have replaced the batteries in the Mouse Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance

Good afternoon everyone, I spent nearly all day yesterday recording various meetings yesterday for university.  I now cannot find them.  They are in template form but I cannot find the actual recording to playback or send to university as mp4.  I am panicking as it needs to be submitted by 1400 hours monday, I have tried to call zoom but it said that they could not verify my account despite using host pin and meeting number.  I have also used that awful chatbot who was talking absolute nonsense telling me to access areas which I do not have as I only have the basic package.  All it keeps telling me is to upgrade and I refuse as I will not be using this again after today.  Any help will be appreciated

Hey Zoom family, I am having issues with sharing my screen while being in meetings so my new team can see what I am sharing. I have the latest update, but when I share my screen it constantly say that it's paused.  What should I do?

A locally saved recording cannot be converted.It also does not appear in the list of recordings made.However, there are the recordings in a folder with the temp files.When double-clicking on the two “double_click_to_convert.zoom” files, the only error message that appears is “unknown file type” Copying the files to another folder and tryingfrom there has not brought any improvement.Operating system is Ubuntu. Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I'm currently setting up a touch device (digital whiteboard) in a classroom to create a hybrid teaching experience. The idea is to run Zoom on the device (which uses Windows) and have an extended screen where the teacher can see only the participants' video.So far, things are working well: when the teacher starts the meeting and shares their screen, the content is displayed correctly on the main device, and the participants’ video appears on the secondary screen — without interruptions.However, there is an issue: when a student or participant shares their screen, their content is shown on the secondary screen instead of the main one. This behavior is unexpected and problematic, as we want shared content to always appear on the main display and have the control toolbar always there as well.We found a temporary workaround by connecting

Meu computador é compatível com os requisitos mínimos e ainda assim não consigo usar o aplicativo sem que ele pare de responder e eu seja obrigada a fechá-lo. Hello,when I host a Zoom meeting and start a screen share, the participants always see a black bar at the top. This is the zoom bar for me. Even if a pop-up window appears that another participant wants to join the meeting, the other participants see this as a black box. I've attached an image as an example. I've already looked through all the settings, updated the Zoom client, but I just can't get this to go away. I work on Windows 10 Pro. Can someone help or give a tip here? Thanks!

Been having this problem for two months with no resolution. Computer is hooked up to Dual Monitors and works fine for the day until I join a Zoom Meeting at which point ALL of the computers apps, moving my mouse around the screen, etc. all lags.  AGAIN, computer only lags once I join the Zoom Meeting, even if my mic and camera are off and I'm not screensharing. All apps lag. Mouse movement lags bad which has nothing to do with internet.  About half of the time, I can unplug from the dual monitors and it'll speed up. Sometimes it requires restarting my computer for the computer to stop lagging even after the call.  Hardware & Software: - Dell Latitude 7430 (new in March 2023) / 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1265U 1.80GHz / 32GB Ram / 64-bit, x64-based processor /Windows 11 Enterprise version 22H2- TWO Dell 2422HE monitors with built-in docking station, daisy-chained and plugged

Hi, I don't know how but somehow I have created two tabs while in a meeting where someone else is screensharing. How do I close one of the two tabs? One is titled "meeting" and the other is called "*name of screen sharer*'s screen" please help it's driving me insane.

I want to log into my zoom account and schedule a meeting on my home laptap and invite participants. On the day of the meeting this laptop will not be available, zoom will be logged out and the laptop will be switched off. I will be at another location when the meeting is scheduled to start - can I log into my zoom account from a different laptop at this second location and start and run the scheduled meeting?  

I have a weird issue when it comes to meetings. When I am in a zoom meeting, the person talking would randomly freeze but I can still hear the audio. The interesting thing is, only the person speaking freezes, the others in the call are fine. I confirmed that no one else in the calls have this issue with the main person speaking, so it's isolated to me only. I am not sure what the problem is, but my computer stats are the following: Ryzen 99503xdGTX 509096gb ram1gb down wifi / ethernet cable (happens on both)57" Samsung Ultra Wide at 240hz (DP2.1)Zoom ver: Version: 6.4.12 (64384) Things I've done- Reinstalled Zoom- Reinstalled Video Drivers- Installed most recent AMD chip set drivers - All drivers are up to date on everything When looking at load on cpu/gpu, its quite low, so it can't really be that. Anyone have any ideas

Can i run multiple meetings simultaneously using a single account? Does zoom offer concurrent licensing, if so what are its features?

Hello I have only two, quite separate, organisations which I log in to webinars. Neither of their webinar registration emails arrive, and my email provider confirms they are not blocking zoom in any way. Being a free user, zoom won't talk to me. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Was there a fix? Thank you.

Halo. I have a problem with my zoom installation within samsung tab S9 FE. I cant change the virtual background. Is there any particular reason? 

I have the displays set up in the attached fashion. Starting from Left to Right .During the screen sharing via Zoom.The screen numbers are incorrect .I have reinstall Zoom and it still didn't help the issue.Can someone please suggest how can this be fixed ? Display 1 is shown as Zoom screen 3Display 2 is shown as Zoom screen 1Display 3 is shown as Zoom screen 2 

Hi! I need some help, please. For some reason my floating meeting controls (at the top) when screen sharing is too big and I can not access the button on the most righthand side "the more" button. I am unable to make this floating controls smaller, shrink it a bit, and can not move it side to side,because it just does not fit the screen.Thank you!!

My ZOOM account used to work properly. Now, and I don't know why, it is not working the way it did before. Whenever I set up a meeting ahead of time, then later join the meeting, then ZOOM thinks that I am a PARTICIPANT. It does not recognize me as the owner of the account, so I cannot make someone a co-host and I cannot allow someone to record the meeting. How can I fix this?

Hi, I was wondering if there is an option to see meeting durations or attendees for non logged users (e.g. Joining a Zoom call from browser). Do I have to rely in network logs only?There are some logged fields containing this kind of information? Thanks!JP
