Hello,zoom continues to choice the language of the communication it sends mefor example, the last "Zoom Newsletter - Juli 2023" is in German.All German communication are for bin as 99% of it it's spam.Nobody understand german here. And no way to change this.My profile is set in 'French'. I do not see any other language possibilities.Zoom contact system doesn't provide any possibility to communicate this kind of problem. Only choice is to unsubscribe from newsletters...Anybody living in a multilanguage country ?

I have an account that have licence, and then i will add user (invite) to that master account. So it will be sub-account from that master account. But it doesn't have license. If i want to pay new license, should I take 1 or 2 license on payment page? Because my master account already have license.
Hi therewe have an active account, which we just upgraded but we were not able to access the original email address so I changed the email address but stuffed up the email address and now we cannot get back into our active upgraded account. Can someone please help us to access our account, we can't get chat support as it doesn't recognise that we have an account??
sir, We want a subscription plan on our business account for a minimum batch of 500 members. We searched for a plan but there are sufficient plans for 300 members. So, please send us detailed information about the plans meeting our above requirements ASAP. Secondly, if we purchase a plan for 300 members at this juncture, can we modify the purchased plan to 500 members ?Thirdly, On 1 license how many no. of devices can be connected simultaneously ? do let us know ASAP...

Hello, I recently changed emails and got rid of my old email which I am no longer receiving emails. However, on my old email account I was on a Basic Pro plan for Zoom that unfortunately did not transfer to my new email. I don't know how I can transfer without needing to login to the old email (it no longer is active). or could I just upgrade with my new email and not get double charged? Thanks
Our HOA has a Pro Zoom account. The prior treasurer transferred ownership to me. The prior meeting ID and PassCode that she setup do not work. She cannot log into Zoom with her prior credentials. I cannot schedule a meeting greater than 40 minutes. Zoom says that I am on the Pro plan. I had a free Zoom plan before the prior treasurer transferred the HOA Pro plan to me. How do I access the Pro Zoom plan features? It appears that I am on the free plan.

Until your new email address is you can still sign in with your previous one. All notifications will still be sent to this email address. If you cannot access your previous email, contact Zoom Support.. which I've tried, but no success. Getting this confirmed e-mail isn't working.Please help.!
I cannot change my currency in my billing information from USD to any other currency (I am in Germany).I see the dropdown menu in my billing settings ,but it cannot be changed. Do you know why and how I change it to another (Euro) currency? Thank you for helping me out!

I went to cancel my account and got a price drop, which I accepted. However, while there's a "coupon" in my account, I still have not received my money back. This feels very scammy and I want to cancel my account. However, since now it's beyond the time allowed to cancel, I've still paid full price. This is a fraudulent activity. Please someone, cancel my account now if you're not going to honor the discount.
A zoom invitation was sent to my members for an upcoming meeting at our regular time, but I did not create that meeting. Then my members received an e-mail saying that meeting was canceled. I would normally send my invitations out on a Saturday for an upcoming Monday meeting. Have I been hacked? What must I do to check to see if I was hacked, and how do I correct the situation and secure my account?
I've got a basic/free account and when I'm trying to join a meeting I get a message telling me I need to update before I can join and I have to contact my admin. This is my personal computer, and I'm the admin/only/ user....I don't understand how to get past this to update my client version. Any ideas?
