HI Folks,   Can we have better plans for zoom cloud recordings ?

I found two places where to download the installer.Here on this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362033Zoom desktop client for Windows or macOS (36mb) And on this page: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meetingZoom Desktop Client (Version 5.16.2 (23409)) (107mb - Apple Silicon) What is the difference here ? Is the first installer only the required prerequisites? Does the second installer include the prerequisites as well ?Thank you!

Hi. I'm an English teacher from Brazil and have just been downgraded to the simple version of Zoom, which will enable me to classes that'll last no more than 40 minutes. However much I think it's fair that Zoom will charge for longer periods, I must say the company has been overlooking important facts. I subscribed to "Zoom One" last year due to the sound discount I received. Even though, the amount I paid already corresponded to roughly 50% of the minimum wage in Brazil. Yes, that's true. What Zoom charges from clients in Brazil (US$ 175.00) is close to the current minimum wage of the country. The question that arises from this is: shouldn't Zoom Communications be aware of this and offer more affordable prices for clients in third world countries? Anyway, I would like to clarify that my classes (not meetings) using Zoom consist of one-to-one events, that will last around an hour, five to ten times a day (weekdays only). I will be taking a 2-day training course that an outside company is holding over Zoom (not a course that is offered by Zoom). Each day will consist of a live 7-hour training "meeting". Since the meetings will be more than 40 minutes, do I need to sign up for a paid Zoom plan in order to take the course? I don't want to be kicked off after 40 minutes.

The cost of the Zoom Pro plan is $149.90 per user per year. If I add a new user to my Zoom account using the API (https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/userCreate), will I be billed an additional $149.90 annually for this user? And when will this charge occur?

Hello I am payoing monthly subscriptions. Recently, I have changed my billing to Swiss Francs and now in the. invoice history, I can't see my invoices from the earlier month in Euros. I need to print tehm for my accountant. How do I see them again? 

I paid 185$ for the PRO version and til now I still have the BASIC version. I have proof of payment and they even emailed me a PDF to say I bought the PRO version and it will be from Aug 2023 - Aug 2024. I feel cheated that it cost me so much money and ZOOM has not fixed this issue. I tried to email them, and tried other ways to open a ticket with Zoom and til now I  have received ZERO help at all.

Hi Folks,   I have a few a few different Zoom accounts. I have slowly been merging them into my main Business account.   I have one account that is being a problem.   It is a standalone login that was originally a Zoom Rooms account, for which the license itself has expired – but which I want to retain the login for.   The email domain for that account is a domain now integrated into by Business account, but the problematic login still remains as a standalone account.   When I login to the standalone I, as expected, get the Consolidate into Account prompt.   When I select Consolidate, I get this message:   "Accounts with Zoom Rooms licenses cannot be merged because you will lose your Zoom Rooms data. If you wish to proceed and merge the accounts, please remove your Zoom Rooms licenses. After the Zoom Rooms licenses have been removed you may proceed to

I have a Pro account, and I want to purchase additional licences. For some reason, I am not able to edit my plan (the edit button is not working), so I am not able to buy more licences.  Could you please help?

I pay for a year today with my company credit card. but it will be only for a year. I do not want to use this card for next year what shall I do? 

I'm wondering if it's possible to move a meeting from a free account to a paid account.

Paying for monthly for Zoom 1 pro (quoted as £12.99pm) but payments are steadily going up. Confused as I haven't changed anything in terms of what I'm using. Started at £7.15 for intro offer, in November 2022 went up to :£14.39 for 4 months, in March 23 went up to £15.59 for 2 months, then in MAY 23 to now its £17.80. I'm confused! Does how you pay (credit/debit cards) make a difference to how much they charge? Any advice would be great.

A previous manager of our company has left, I am the licensee, but I need to delete here account and swap it with another managers email, but I don't have access to the old staff members account. How can I make this happen?Tks 

Hi, I just ordered yesterday the Pro Zoom. There have been trouble by the payment. The windows disapeared for finishing. So I logged in in my Onlinebanking and finished the payment. Today I have got an Email, that the payment was rejected.So how can I do now, because I payed the account.If I start the transaction one more time I would  pay double. 

I recently subscribed to zoom pro.  How do i switch from BASIC ACCOUNT TO A ZOOM pro account?  I've paid and I have been charged already but my account still shows 40 minute basic plan.

I am currently President of our local woman’s club and last year I set up a personal Zoom account to hold board of director meetings. In gmail, I created a gmail account like this: la***************. As the owner of the Zoom account, I used that new gmail address and thus I am the sole administrator of the account. Billing for the account comes to my personal email address. I have added 2 other club members as users only, not admins, so they can hold their own meetings but thus with a time limit on the meetings. As of Nov 1, I will no longer be President and want to know how to proceed to transfer the account to the new President. The new President will be one of the other members currently on the account. In addition, the new President will want the billing to be to a club email rather than her own personal email. This whole transfer is confusing to us and would like some guidance. Thank you in advance. 

When trying to select the start and end date for the payment and invoice history, the always the same date appears for both. So no time frame can be selected, only just ONE day.If you click on the start date and then on the end date ("to") the start date will change to the end date. Not very useful. 

Where do I find my invoices so I can download them?  I was told by support that I can find them on the portal.  What am I missing? :0

I'm just now learning my pro subscription does not include live or chat support. When did this happen? Can I pay to talk to someone just once? The "online" resources are not helpful to my issue. I'm trying to do what a couple of my associates have done in the past by speaking to a Zoom tech advisor on the phone. How do I speak to a human at Zoom? What level of subscription do I need?

Why is it that if you reassign a license to another user, then this license is blocked and not assigned to anyone? There was no problem with this before.

My zoom account ***********was locked. I don’t know why I cannot login to the class meeting . Pls unlock it for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
