Account is disabled. Please contact support. (Need to cancel subscription)

Hello,

My account was disabled 2 years ago.  I am the admin and all I'm trying to do is to cancel the subscription but I cannot login to do so because my account is disabled.   Will someone PLEASE help with this issue?
