We have some accounts are registered by using company email address and they are paying via credit card. The head quarter has joined the enterprise plan and make the SSO authentication. Since the SSO is enabled and we are not able to login those accounts now before transferring them to enterprise plan. We would like to know whether the credit card payment will be cancelled automatically if we transfer those accounts to the enterprise plan?

I was associated with another account and now cannot access past recordings. They told me to do this:Unfortunately we do not have this Zoom Enterprise Plan anymore. We were not giving any notice. We email everyone and also share on social media. Here are steps to get your video recordings from Zoom. Please note that this steps is NOT connected with HNP in anyway. Just passing along to make sure you get your video recordings. 1. Log onto your account on Zoom.us2. Click on account profile3. Click on "Unassociate and create your account"4. From here, select the plan you want Hope this helps you get your recordings.Will I be able to get my recordings by doing this since it will be a new account?

Hello, I tried to delete my zoom account but I can't find the pin to continue the deletion and I've used up all four attempts to enter the pin correctly. How can I delete my zoom account quickly and easily? Best wishes, Ben

I am a Zoom Workplace subscriber and the only person on my account, yet I cannot do administrative settings. Why? Who else would be the administrator? I need certain settings and should be allowed to do so.

I'd like a scheduled report for Zoom phone which includes usage as well as Charge. I see you can create scheduled reports in Account Management, Subscription Center however I cannot get it to include the Cost Center and Charge, how can In schedule a report that includes this info?

In my zoom account I activated the setting:  "Allow participants to join before hostAllow participants to join the meeting before the host arrives" and the instructions are clear this is exactly what it will do. But after doing this I have the same problem, users have to wait for the host. Why is this? Does this thing actually work and have others found a problem with it too?

Hi All brilliant community I would like some upgrade adviceI am running an online therapy website were clients book a session to see a therapist via zoomWhen they book they get a zoom link the free plan in zoom only allows for 40 minutes so that is a bustthe current plan I am on is the pro plan and what I understand is that it will allow my therapist unlimited meeting time however it seems they must share a zoom account. I would assume that if 2 people book the same time with 2 different therapists that's going to be a problem .Am i correct in my thinking and then what is the next level up. Currently I only have 6 therapists so don't need 100 additional user account. Please would you help me  understand better and suggest a way to accomplish this

Just signed up with a new business accout and also paid for account of a year. But after signing out and trying to sign in again the emailadress with which I signed up is not recognized. What to do now? How will I ever get back into my business account??

Hi community,  I just purchased zoom Pro plan. In the plan description it says i can add 1-9 licensed users, but when i move to user management it says, "To add licensed users to your account, please purchase more license." I have 0 license available, and I don't know why? Please help me, thank you so much!

I just received a notice from Zoom billing that my credit card refused the automatic payment request. Notice indicated that the card expired 04/21. This is confusing as my current card has been billed by Zoom and has paid invoices for the last 6 months (as shown on card records) or longer. How did Zoom suddenly start billing to an expired card when the invoices have been submitted and paid on the same card which is currently expiring in 2025? Do I update the card info and continue what has already been an automatic process, or let the invoice go past due and lose my access. OR, was this some kind of scam using Zoom content. This is one reason I hate automatic billing, things going on in the bowels of a computer without human oversight. Anyone else have a similar issue with Zoom?

I have several chat channels with external users. Is there a way to batch-delete deactivated external users from a single or multiple chat channel? I've looked at the current documentation, and any sort of batch deletion is for internal users associated with your tenant and only applies to user management.

I needed to purchase an additional Zoom line for our company. We purchased an additional license for it. It shows on the Management -Users. It will not show up linked to our account with the other 3 licenses on the drop down areas.

i dont understand why, i cannot assign my license, i can unassign, but after that i cannot assign again, is there something wrong?my license is still more then 10, but i cannot assign to mw account, now, i cannot assign the license, and all my account turn to basic, and zoom want me to buy more lisence for me to can assign? im still missing the point here,

I accidentally enabled AI assistance for my meeting tonight. I just received an email with a summary of the meeting. INCREDIBLE! Spot on perfect and so helpful in drafting meeting minutes. It even spelled my name right. I'm so impressed. Thank you Zoom! This is a great tool for my business.
