Help - I no longer have access to my original login email but

Hi.
I am trying to change my login email and the email Zoom notifies me with.  The problem is, I no longer have access to the original login email, but when I go to try to change my login email to the new one, Zoom says to confirm the change by checking an email they send to the old one.  Since I can't access it I can't confirm.

You probably already know, but I just found out that if you have a free account you are not able to get it fixed and they suggest just creating a new free account.
