downgraded plan

Our plan was downgraded to basic because we missed our payment date. But even after paying, the plan still says basic. Do we have to 'manually' upgrade the account?

The same thing happened to us, did you find any solutions?

Were you able to fix it?

It's so annoying zoom doesn't have any real customer support 

Any answer would be greatly appreciated

Same thing happened to me today, we missed a payment for 20 days and the switch our 102 accounts to basic

Please check in your Zoom account info in admin settings if license plan is active. If it is, then probably all you need to do is re-enabling licenses on users accounts for all users that need it.

It can be done in batch by selecting multiple users at once 😉
