Good day, I would like to make some questions, I searched and it seems that there is no Korean customer center, so instead I am sending you this e-mail.   I work in a Korean university. Late fees are accruing from an account that a school teacher used to have but he unsubscribed from. When I try to log in with said account, it says that the verification code has been sent by email, but we cannot check that email address.<Questions>1. Can I pay the late fees paid in the before mentioned account  from another account?2. After paying the late fee, will there be no more charges generated from that account?3. Can I recover the unsubscribed account?

I received this message and it pops up each time I log in. Naturally I have gone into my recordings lists and deleted most of my recordings. Plus I have cloud recordings set to auto delete after 30 days. However, I am still getting the message. It seems even deleting the recordings is not solving the problem even though that is the solution that came with the message. Full message below: "Because your account has used up all available cloud recording storage, cloud recording will be disabled on Jan 18, 2023. Click the button below to purchase additional storage space or delete some of your current files"   I have deleted all 21. Still this message is at the top message bar on my account. What am I missing?

Old email unable to access, kindly help to update to new email  address *********** never receive any confirmation for the above change on new account. 

I signed up for the 'Pro' plan and paid, but it doesn't apply.   I paid by card on October 6, 2022.   Previous ID is  [ pceduon /  @  / naver. / com ]    After payment, I changed my email address and ID to [gusfjq86 / @ / naver. / com]   I had no choice but to change it by deleting my old email address.   After the change, it has not been reflected in the rate plan until now. Please check.

I have discontinued the email address in which my current paid zoom account is in. The problem is, the billing is still going off and I cannot get into the account because I no longer have the password or email address.   Can anybody help me?

Hello, everyone   Please help me know why the recording is no longer available in icloud but to my computer only? To increase the storage why does am I charged for 10 licenses (ten license $1999.00 annually) while I am the one controlling zoom meeting? It does not make any sense. 

Hello,   Our team recently came across an odd issue when trying to have new clients sign into their Zoom accounts. We use Single-Sign-On for everyone.  Our issue is that a few users are not able to continue after entering our domain "abcdefghi.zoom.us." When the user tries to click continue, nothing happens and there is no link coming up from their browser to let the sign in go through.   Any reasons for this?    - All clients use Win 10, 11th gen Intel i7. - Our users are all on version 5.12 or 5.13.  We tried new installs for both versions (no luck) - No Networking issues are present for any other application. - The users are able to sign in online to zoom.us and use zoom that way with no issue. (but it is not ideal).   

Hi all,  We have a zoom account on which we record classes and store them in the cloud. We got a message saying we needed to upgrade as we are out of recording space and zoom will delete what is there now. However it does not tell us to upgrade to what. Can we 'buy' more recording space? We have contacted the contact centre over a week ago and do not receive a response. Zoom says they will action this on the 11th (US time??) and we are starting to panic.  PS When having to choose a subject location or topic we have no idea what to choose!  Thanks so much for your quick responses and tips on how to prevent losing all our recordings of 3 years.  Kind regards, Peter

Hi. How do I contact zoom.us customer service? I have a problem with the pro account returning to basic before the subscription period expires. I'm having trouble filing a complaint about a problem with my Zoom account.  

I am so annoyed right now.  Trying to change email address and I can enter and it sends email to old address but all in code and a NO REPLY email so you cannot do anything about it.  i have a paid account but it says that I do not have an account that can get support.  What the heck does that mean?  I have to pay more to get help.  There has to be other resourses to get help.  Also I was only able to use Google before and now can only use Microsoft Edge and all the email for zoom meetings that I do or get are with Google.  You would think they would have it more together. ZOOM if you are checking these you need to get it together if you want people to do this.  We need someone smarter to develop a NEW zoom kind of site I would totally try it. I am paying monthly for something that does not offer support. WHY! Rant over for now

Hello - we currently have a Pro Zoom One plan. For one month only, we will need to run maybe 5 or 6 simultaneous meetings. Is it possible to upgrade to the Business plan for one month only (10 licenses) and then downgrade back to the Pro plan the next month?  Or is there another option to having more than one license for one month.  Thanks!

Several of my members are having trouble logging into their zoom account. Why is this happening?

  Hopefully someone has seen this.  I am trying to change the email address on one of our accounts.  When I change the email it comes back with a message saying the email is already in use.  I have been through the list of users and there is nothing with that email address.  Has anyone encountered this before?

Hello, I have a zoom account which was set up in the UK and is used regularly via phone and laptop.However, I am now trying to access my account on a new laptop. It keeps going to zoom.us (not sure if this is an issue as I am still logging in with the same credentials). But I cannot see my chat or contacts. It says I have no chats or contacts but I do. Please help.

How to cancel a automatic billing when you have a free account (basic)? My credit card is billed .. and there's nobody I can join to resolve this case.  I made research on my mails etc .to see if I haevn't created a paid account but no trace of that ...   Thanks for you help    

I use my Zoom on a daily basis and pay monthly. I had a meeting last night and could not log in. Every time I try, I am told the account does not exist. I have an invoice of my payment. I ended up creating another account only free and of course I got dropped out after 45 minutes and had to restart that meeting.I have spent hours trying to get help through Zoom but they only recognize the free account.  I have meetings coming up and need this resolved PLEASE!!!!I do not want to pay for a second account without talking to someone from Zoom. How do I get to talk to someone?When I call, they will not talk to me because I have a free account but I do have a paid one and they will not recognize it. HELP!!!!!!!  

hello, as soon as I downloaded Zoom on my computer a day later this zoom pop up notification would come up every five minutes and says"unable to establish secure connection to zoom" . And then below it says "open your browser to check your internet connection.This may happen if you have to login to your network, or you are using public WI-FI." but i don't use public wi-fi and my internet connection is good. I will really appreciate some help because i have no idea what to do!
