Good morning, I took a uzmeet subscription for 1 year (€95.99) valid until December 9, 2023. But I haven't been able to log in since December. And I don't see my payment in my billings. Thank you for helping me to be able to take advantage of my subscription.        

Hi can anyone help me.  I have a business account, which was about to expire on 19th Feb 2023 and I have informed our new partner about the expiry and had done the payment for the renewal. My partner, however renewed the licenses from 15th Feb 2023 onward other than renewing the licenses on actual date.    

I started having problems with my camera when I was using Zoom Client so I deleted the software and downloaded it again. My camera now works fine, however, since then my Zoom profile and Zoom Client say that I only have a basic account and end my meetings after 40 minutes. I have a Pro account and when I look at the support page, it also stated that I have Pro account. How can I solve this?

I’m paying monthly for my account but now its limited and there is an invoice for this month also so why its limited now?

I have a Zoom One Pro account (one license) that I pay yearly (as of last June).   I want to add one licensed user, but that person will only work here for one month.   I don't want to change my account to monthly. I've already paid annually, and it's still active.   The Basic plan is not an option because that person needs to host meetings longer than 40 minutes, and I need to add them as a cohost to initiate current reoccurring meetings on my account as well.   How do I add a single user for one month to my plan?   There doesn't seem to be an add-on option for this.

I can't login to my account because I can't access my e-mail. They ask for a verification code when I try to login.Please help me i have been struggling for days

How  to  open  a  zoom  account

I participated in a masterclass, which was organized via the Zoom platform. As far as I know, using the Zoom platform is free, while my operator charged me PLN 328 for international calls, just in connection with calls made via zoom (connection hours coincide with the hours of watching the live webinar). As far as I know, none of the other users of this event had a similar problem. I would like to add that I was making a call from Poland and the host also hosted the event from Poland. What can cause such a situation? What can I do at this point? My operator (play) has informed me that I need to contact zoom.

HI, Zoom automatically logs me in different account. When I used "X" email to login but after login it shows "Y" email in Sign-In-Email. How do i fixed it? Do i have to consult with Tech support? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated... Thanks

we are a non-profit association that will organize a webinar or online conference on December 9th and we already have onepro license we need to expand the subscription because at the moment 200 participants have registered How can I activate this subscription at a low cost? Because from what I understand if we upgrade with zoom one business it seems to me that we are forced to purchase 10 licenses with a monthly cost of 189.90 but this will be charged to the card every month? or only for the month of December? thank you

Hi, I have 2fa setup for the admin/host account login. When someone logs in to the admin account it send my phone a code. I need to turn this off for the day. How do I do this?

I have received an email from Zoom saying that I have changed my password but when I try to use it it is not accepted. What can I do ?

I changed my email but did not get any confirmation email on my old email to approve that  

I would like to add monthly licenses to my annual Zoom One Pro account. But I am not finding a way to do that. Does anyone know if I am able to do this?

Hi, I have changed my sign in email but when I sign out and try to sign in again the system reverts to the old email and because I don't own that email we can't access our account.     Help   Thanks, Debbie

I am the owner/admin of our account with about 15 users.  I have a licensed account but hardly use it.  As the owner/admin, can i drop down to a basic account and give someone else my licensed account?  thank you!

I  get signed  in automatically but with old email  and password. How do I change it? 

How do I contact someone at Zoom?   I pay for a Pro account monthly and have since June.  My meetings go well over the 40 minutes of a Basic plan but It says I have only Basic.     Can someone suggest how to directly contact Zoom about this problem?  Many, many thanks.  

I have just paid monthly plan. but I got message that auto pay facility has been activated successfully.. I want to canceel auto upgrade facility. Please remove it.

I pay £7.19 every month, but this month I got charged double the fees; £14.39! I can't contact Zoom team. What should I do. Shall I cancel the subscription before the renewal date or what?
