Payment not going through
Hello,
Can someone please tell me if Zoom is experiencing any problems with accepting payment from EU countries bank accounts? I have tried 3 separate cards today to pay for an invoice, and each time my payment was rejected. The original card linked to the Zoom account, that I have used for months was rejected and i recieved the following message:
was unable to process successfully ( Error: Transaction declined.402 - [card_error/card_declined/transaction_not_allowed] Your card does not support this type of purchase. ).
I have also spoken to my bank, and they seem to suggest that the rejection might have something to do with EU regulations. Does anyone have any knowledge/similar experience? Don't know what else to do/who to ask 😞
