cloud recordings

The cloud video recording took place during a paid subscription period. I was unable to save the cloud recording before the end of the paid subscription period and it is now missing.

How can I access this cloud recording? Do I need to renew my paid subscription to get access to my previous cloud record or are there other options?

Hi @Аnna ! If you renew your subscription, your previous recordings should be listed in your Zoom web portal in the Recordings tab.
