I want to ask a question about annual billing. last year I purchased a pro zoom plan for my office. my credit card info was automatically saved in this account now I don't want to renew the plan and don't have any option to remove my CC info, now a renewal period is coming. is zoom will auto-renew my plan or ask me for renewal? if it makes auto-renewal then how can I remove my CC info from my account to avoid auto-renewal? 

Hello -My account is Basic which means it should be free. My meetings are limited to 40 minutes which makes sense with the Basic plan. However, am paying $16 per month and have been for over a year. Per the pricing, that means it should be a Pro account. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello, I previously was billed annually but had to update my payment preference and it required switching to monthly billing. I have already paid for the calendar year but now am being charged monthly in addition. I am not tech-savvy and have tried calling the Customer Service line for help to have someone fix this issue but I've been put on hold upwards of 45 minutes and then the line has dropped multiple times. If someone could please help me with this issue I would really appreciate it. Thanks

I am getting billed for Zoom eventhough I have a free personal account. Cannot contact Zoom at all for any help resolving this.

I created a Zoom account but Zoom later messaged me that I had an old account, so it won’t accept my new host key.  I don’t have access to this old account information.  I’ve called zoom contact phone number but it keeps asking me for my host key and when I put the latest one in, which is the only one I have, it won’t accept it.  What can I do? My business account was deactivated on the 5th March 2023. Since then I have been getting constant emails telling me my cloud storage is almost full. However, when I access my account my cloud storage is empty.There must have been recordings on my business account, but I cannot access them. Can anyone tell me how to delete them, or how to contact Zoom to delete them for me?Will the emails stop at any point?

Hi. I access a work paid-for account for a company. I can't now access the account and it says there is no account associated with my email address. Consequently I have no access to the company zoom account and the email reset doesn't work. Can anyone help?

We are switching billing/contact information on a paid Zoom account with my contact information.  In the profile, it is not allowing me to update the email: Email '***********' has already been used. My presumption is that it is because I have a free Zoom account under this email.  How can I get this updated?  Do I "delete" my free Zoom account?

I paid to upgrade my account which expires on the 12th May 2023 but today my meeting ended after 40 minutes...any reason why ? and is it possible to actually speak to someone at zoom??

I have a work account which uses my work email to log in to. However whenever external people invite me to meetings they go to my personal gmail address.  I cannot find anything in my work email that is linked to my personal email and I've deactivated my personal zoom account in case that helped but no difference. I'd really like to find a solution as currently I keep missing meeting invites as they go to an email address which i don't regularly check. any thoughts?

Using a former work email address, I personally upgraded my zoom capability from the free usage to the next level up in order to go beyond the 40 min time limit.  Although I used it for work, I also used it for personal meetings.  I was using this account unconditionally (having it renewed each year for the past two years) until I retired and lost access to my work email account in October 2022.  I THOUGHT I changed, in my Zoom profile, my primary email account to my personal one BUT since losing access, when I go to use Zoom, I am able to log in and use my recurring meeting ID and link BUT am limited to only 40 mins (the free account parameters).  Not sure what happened BUT Zoom just renewed my annual payment (via PayPal) earlier this month yet I am unable to go beyond 40 mins.  HELP.  In order to host a family Zoom session last weekend I signed up for the "one free month" of Pro- access with the intent to cancel before getting charged (again, for what

Dear Support team We do not wanted to continue with zoom paid licences for this year. our term should supposedly be terminated on 28th FEb 2023 however USD$ 299 is charged for two licenses which are no more required. A long time ago I noticed that mail accounts from the same domain are treated as they belong to differents companies (unless they are a popular domain like @gmail or @Yahoo. com). Each group member receives list of group contacts other people what can bring to privacy violation. Could you please help me and share your view on this? Is it already fixed at ZOOm side? i am trying to get to the techical support but not able to access it. When to key Personal Meeting ID and Host Key (which i did correctley) the automated messafe is "we dont recognise your account" ... option is to try again which i did or to go back .. i am running in circles here.. Do users of the Basic (free) account have access to the technical support

When signing up earlier, I had to enter my credit card info, and it said I would not be charged. Was this correct because I did so?Then I was instantly messaged by my credit card company that a $39.99 charge was made, and did I authorize it? I said no, and the card was shut down. I was able to find the company that made the charge, Abhelpline.com, and they had customer service bots ready to assist. It told me the the charge was for a streaming service, which I did NOT authorized, and the subscription was canceled. That word, "subscription" grabbed my attention. When I entered the credit card to join Zoom was it was subscription I entered, as well?The whole thing is kind of fishy to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Eric
