troubel logging in

I have problem signing in. System says there was security issue it will send me a code. after sending a code i copy it and put it on the zoom request and it wont give me option to verify

i tried it many times.

i dont know how to post my question here !!!

    Hey @biababa welcome to the community! First, if enabled, I would disable the OTP so you can just enter your password to log in.
     
    To check:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an account owner or admin.
    2. In the navigation menu, click Advanced then Security https://zoom.us/account/setting/security.
    3. In the Security section, click the One-Time Passcode Authentication toggle to disable it (if enabled).
    4. If a verification dialog appears, click Disable to verify the change.
