Zoom Pro Single License

Hi, 

My current plan is a single license Zoom One Pro. 

My role is the owner but the license status is basic so since I have a Zoom One Pro licensed, I am trying to edit /change it to Licensed but it always says, " I can't add more licensed user" where in fact its' still a "basic" licensed type.

Hi @lorieR ,

Have you been able to check if in the user administration section, users, you have any other user added to the account? Or can you edit your user and assign the license?
