Hi  I have a separate paid account (***********) which we are unable to access because we no longer have access to the email associated with it for the OTP. We would like to update the email address to a new email for that account but we are unable to login to the account to raise a support ticket due to the OTP being sent to the old account. Can you advise how i can rectify the issue as there is no way of raising a support ticket without logging in first. Any ideas?thanks

I've fully paid my subscription for the current year of annual Zoom One Pro Subscriptions but my plan is still basic. I've been waiting for hours for it to change from basic to Zoom One Pro but it still haven't change yet despite I fully paid the subscription. Do you guys know how to solve this problem? I feel like I got scammed 😭

Hey, folks, I keep being locked out of my account after I log into a meeting via my laptop instead of my desktop, at least until I change my password.  This has happened about 5 times in the last year.  Getting tired of it.  Don't qualify for chatbox help or phone help.  Any suggestions for how to deal with this?  Thanks, everone.

Hello, my name is Sarah D and I recently added a payment subscription to my account for the yearly plan. I wanted to know how to delete the payment information from the payment history. Is there a way to do that? How would I do that? How do I get rid of a card on my billing info that I no longer want to use? I don't want to have the subscription anymore and want to delete it from my payment history.

一年間有料プランを購入し、サインインしようとしたところ、登録したはずのメールアドレスに認証コードが届きませんでした。 どうやら、私のタイプミスで酷似した他人のGmailアドレスを登録先にしてしまったようです。 Gmailにて、その方にお詫びと受信ボックスの確認、返信のお願いをしていますが、現在は返信がない状況です。 また、わたしは日本語の文章しか書けないため、相手の方が日本語が読めない方だった場合、メールの内容を理解していただけない可能性もあります。 100%私の不手際のせいなのですが、このような場合、相手の方から認証コードを含めたメールの返信を待つか、最初に購入したアカウントと費用をあきらめて、新しいアカウントを作って別の支払い方法で再度購入するしかないのでしょうか。  

On top it says I have a license available but when I tried to assign that license to the user its' giving me an error that account does not have any license availableGetting the  following error:

People are not receiving my contact invitation email nor do receive theirsi have deleted and downloaded app. its up to date. logged out and in. several weeks ago it was working as it should. i also dont receive friends contact requests. yes, i checked spam and all folders and they have tooplease help. thanks
