How To Manage Subscriptions and Notifications

 

Community subscriptions help you stay up to date on community activity that is of most interest to you. By receiving notifications on community activity, you can stay alert on new posts, replies to posts, and helpful solutions provided. You can subscribe to receive notifications for a specific category or post.

To subscribe to a piece of content:

  • Navigate to the post you want to subscribe to.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the post and click Follow

When you subscribe, you will receive an email notification when there is new reply to a post.

 

To subscribe to a specific location:

  • Navigate to the category you would like to subscribe to.
  • Click Subscribe at the top of the feed.

When you subscribe, you will receive an email notification when there is new content posted within a category.
 

To follow a community user:

  • Navigate to the profile of the community user that you would like to follow.
  • Click Follow Member.

Following a member saves their profile as a personal bookmark, allowing you to easily revisit their profile and view their recent activity. This action does not impact your feed, notifications, or the content you see in the community.

 

To view all subscription notifications:

  • Click your avatar in the top right corner.
  • Select Subscriptions.

 

To view notification settings:

  • Click your avatar in the top right corner.
  • Select Settings > Notifications.
  • Choose your preferences using the toggles on the left side of each setting.
  • When complete, click Save changes.
