I was making a new account for Zoom for an interview next week but I accidentally pressed educator thinking it was something else, and now I can't go back to fix it. I have sent a support ticket but am unsure what to fill in in terms of "request type" (though I assume it's technical support), "product", and "about". Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

Is there any way to not have this warning appear in the Room Health Dashboard? Digital Signage is not enabled for this room so don't need this warning.

Hi, I had a security problem so I changed the owner of my acount from one of my email addresses to another one. Zoom now says that my email is a "basic" account, when it should be a "Pro" account. I can't have my meetings quit after 40 minutes. How do we get this fixed?

I am a registered host for a group meeting but I also have my own personal account.  When I try to use zoom for my personal account I keep showing up as the host for the group meeting instead.  How to fix?

Nothing has changed. The card is the same and won’t expire for several months. I get one if these emails every 1-2 months for no reason. Each time I log in, check the info, find that nothing has changed.Then I change my password for safety. Can someone offer some insight as to why this keeps happening?

I want to cancel my subscription. I have tried several times using two different methods to cancel my Zoom subscription, but each time I try to do so, I am unable. Either the page needs to reload or the process is not available at the time I am trying to cancel.I find this unacceptable and irregular. Has anyone else experienced this?How do I connect with Customer Service? 

Hi everyone... I'm trying to connect my zoom account to a new GoHighLevel account with a client but it will not let me as it's saying it's connected to an old clients one (see screenshot). Does anyone know how I can remove this integration? The old client has said they no longer use GHL and have access to the account... Is there somewhere inside Zoom where I can see what my account is connected to and remove those connections?  Thanks everyone!

Thanks in advance for the help!  My account billing shows my account is Pro, but my account will only let me set up meetings as if it is a basic account.  I can't get through on the phone because they say my account isn't eligible for phone support, but I can't figure out where to go for help.  Nothing from the chatbot.  Nothing from the knowledgebase.  Nothing from Google.  Has anyone ever experienced this before?  What did you do? 

Our AA group has been dealing with a new problem regarding Zoom bombing. When we try to click on their name on the participant list or their image on the screen to kick them out, they jump around the participant list and the view tiles. We had to wait until the image moved to where the cursor was to grab them. We How do we get their image and name stopped/still so that we can remove them out of a meeting?

Hi, toady I added one more user licence pro to my already existing 2 others.  How can I ad the new userlicence to the calenderfunction on my zoom workplace? In the moment I just get shown the two "old" userlicences underneath the calendar where I plan events. I want to see all of them there. Ive already putted all 3 in the same user group. If I do a Login with the new user emailadress, I just get shown the new license underneath the calendar, than the old ones are missing. Also, I can not change the role of the new user license. There is now role change button on the website. Can anybody help? Thank you,Juli

I've paid for a year Zoom pro at the end of the year and Zoom accepted the payment. But on the 3d of January it made a new invoice with the same sum and my account became basic. When I wrote the Support service, Zoom blocked my account. Now I don't have money and I don't have my account. It's disgusting.

I am desperate.  As a consultant working with some Global brands specifically operating in South Africa, I recommend Zoom for internal & external communication, training and facilitation purposes. In fact, if they want to work with us, they sign a contract that Zoom is the platform we will use. I have brought Zoom to many large businesses, yet often find myself stuck with a specific question. Can someone tell me why when I click on Pricing and Plans button up top that nothing shows up on screen? I have great WiFi. 

Hey everyone - in the same boat as others. Accidentally selected Educator account when trying to create an account using the Google integration. It's now asking for information about my organization, who can sign for student data, etc. Starting over, clearing cache/cookies, trying in a private browser all takes me back to the same page to enter education information. So I'm stuck. Seems like previous threads that have received a response include a link to create a ticket. However, those links make you log in. Hence, right back to the same spot because the whole point is I can't create the account. It's an account for work so I can't just use a different email address. Anyone had any success with restarting the account creation process after accidentally selecting the educator account? Thanks!

I subscribed to Zoom Pro on Tuesday morning, however, my account hasn't been upgraded there is still a 40mins time limit on all my meetings. I was supposed to receive an email about the upgrade within a 24-hour period but that hasn't happened either. What is going on? Please help.

I am month to month subscriber. Please advise how often can i pause my membership and for how long. I am also considering buying yearly package, but couldnt find any information how often i can pause this plan. 

I wish to purchase an upgrade from a free account to a pro-account as a gift to a friend.  How do I go about doing so?

Somehow I have two Zoom accounts, but only one is showing up in my Zoom app. I want to delete the other one because I no longer need the upgraded version. I have the account number, but I don't see a way to find that account on the app.Any suggestions?
