When I try to publish a meeting I get an error Business Information Not Completed
I have tried trouble shooting and cannot find where I might be missing something. I have been using onZoom for the last three years and never had a problem until today.
I have been using zoom for years. I have a brand new windows 11 machine; all updates/patches/software everyting up tp date. My weekly zoom meeting worked fine the first time on this new machine, but not since. I click the link to enter the meeting, as I have always done; the meeting opens, we have video. Unlike when zoom used to work, a window pops up with a button that says Use Computer Audio. When I click that button, the zoom application simply quits, the window disappears, connection lost. Please tell me how to correct this situation, or fix the program, or something.

Using the Outlook connector to schedule zoom meetings. When scheduling a meeting it keeps defaulting to Personal Meeting ID and I have to change it to Generate Automatically and if I forget it sends out my personal meeting id which I do not want to do. Is there a setting somewhere that will force new meetings to use the "Generate Automatically" option?

whenever I try to join with computer audio zoom kicks me out of the call and if I try to access my zoom audio settings it kicks me out of settings, how do I fix this? Any help would be appreciated. I tried redownloading the app, clearing temporary files, checking drivers for updates, updating windows, and my zoom has permission to use my logitech camera. It might be because I can't actually select the camera as an input device because it has a mic on it. If that is the problem, how do I fix that? Thanks.

We are new with Zoom Phone. I need to create a role that will allow creation/deactivation/deletion of Zoom accounts and assigning those new accounts Zoom Phone licenses (only). Basically, this role will allow management of accounts that have phone licenses.

Does Zoom Support multiple NDI cameras? Looking to see if Zoom will support 4 NDI cameras
Has anyone else encountered audio issues with Zoom on T-Mobile? Several users (iOS & Android) can't hear or be heard during calls over their data connection. We've submitted a ticket with Zoom and confirmed basic troubleshooting, but Zoom claims it's a T-Mobile issue. The call quality dashboard for Zoom shows no receiving stats for T-Mobile users, so it does seem like maybe a port issue on T-Mobile's end. Looking to see if any others are experiencing this.

I just signed up for Zoom Phone and my profile page indicates my accout has been activated. However, when I try to call out via zoom, I get the message "Service is not available in my calling plan."
I just scheduled Board meetings for the coming year as a recurring meeting, however, I cannot REVIEW my work, nor can i see if there are any conflicts, nor can I change one future date to another day due to a holiday. I spent an enormous amount of time and energy trying to make the "date range" show more than a few months - the pop up doesn't suggest that the time frame is limited. And when i tried the chat bot - no success. and when i tried to call Support, i get the requirement to give account and host numbers (which i found) only to be informed that my paid account doesn't cover support. What bull***. This is really annoying. Multiple people schedule meetings - not to be able to see conflicts is absurd.
