Whiteboard

I have a Powerpoint that I present in meetings. I've created a whiteboard as an interactive part of the presentation. Can I insert the whiteboard into the Powerpoint and have it remain interactive and functional? As it is not, I have to stop sharing the Powerpoint, share the whiteboard, stop sharing the whiteboard and start sharing the Powerpoint--at which point it goes back to the beginning. It's really a clunky process while you're live. I see that there is an iframe code for the whiteboard but I can't see how to insert the code on a Powerpoint slide. Any suggestions?

I started working with whiteboards today. I created two whiteboards and would like to create a third, however the system says I already have reached my 3-whiteboard limit. I only see two whiteboards on the "All Whiteboards" list, and I checked the trash but there's nothing there.  I would attach a screenshot here, but apparently I don't have permission to upload images. Any suggestions for how I can resolve this issue?

 I would like to know how I can disable iframe, url pasting and 3rd party integrations/embedding in Zoom whiteboard. This zoom app will used by young children, the relevance of question. The students can access an otherwise blacklisted website like youtube by pasting a url on the whiteboard.Although, iframes/Pexel has been turned off from Zoom's Advanced Setting page, these options are clearly available on the (Windows) App/software. The web version of zoom seemed to have responded by making those buttons non responsive.Any help is much appreciated 

I need to make a zoom recording of myself speaking with a white background.  The support chatbot seems to think that I can go to the "none" option, and set the background as white. But when I set the virtual background to "none," I just see the room I am in.   Nothing like a option for white or any other color shows up on my desktop app.   Thanks for  any help you can give!   BLShep  

has anyone found a way to run a virtual asynchronous voting session on a whiteboard, allowing users to vote over a period of time rather than in a meeting? 

Help! I'm just looking to copy a style from a shape to apply it to another in my whiteboard. Like any copy Formatting from Word, PPT, etc... I have a huge whiteboard with several dozens of shapes already and I just need to change formatting for consistency. Seems it should be simple. Only option from the chatbot was to copy and past another shape... which means also copy pasting all the text in them as well.  Anyone have a quick solution? 

I've got some whiteboards that are large enough to really push the limits of what the software can handle.  Will it make a difference if I split the content up over multiple pages? To illustrate what I'm asking, imagine the following two scenarios:Two large clusters of content are on the same page, but separated far enough that they cannot be viewed at the same time.  Or...Each of those two large clusters is put on its own page.Should I expect different performance from those two scenarios? Thanks!

I can't get the color-picker tool to work on the whiteboard.  I can add custom colors using the palette provided under the Pen tools menu.  However, when I select the color-picker tool (also on the palette menu), I'm allowed to go through the motions of selecting a pixel on the screen, but no custom color is added to menu.  What am I missing? [Zoom v6.5.0, Desktop App on a PC]  

I don't know when the change happened, but on Zoom Whiteboards, Sticky Notes were always created with middle-center aligned auto-sized font. Now when I create stickies, they have top left aligned 16 point font. They're basically just textboxes with a background color now. The whole point of stickes is that you and your team can read them at different magnifications. The new sticky behaviour makes Zoom Whiteboard undesirable for my staff so I can't get them to use it over other apps, since all other whiteboard apps have stickies that work like a normal human would expect. Am I missing something? Is there a hidden default settings pallete or something? Why did Zoom do this? 

I'm trying to transition my tutoring business to Zoom, but have been stopped cold by the whiteboard.  Zoom's native whiteboard crashes when I load it up with multi-page PDFs, and their support have told me this is expected behavior.  Using either Miro or Mural as integrated apps could work, but the normal touchpad controls are disabled (zoom in/out, specifically), making them too inconvenient to use.  Zoom support has confirmed that this, too, is expected behavior. It's all adding up to a deal-breaker for me.  Is anyone else having a similar experience?  And if so, how are you coping?

I expect that people who have access to a project in Whiteboards can work with all of the whiteboards inside the project. That does not seem to be the case. Why? What's the point of project permissions if additional work has to be done on all of the whiteboards to manage permissions that actually work?

Today, I received a notice that I reached my three whiteboard session limit. I have a Pro account, and I have never seen this before. Has Zoom recently changed its pricing structure to limit whiteboard usage?

I am using the following API to get the list of whiteboardshttps://api.zoom.us/v2/whiteboards It was returning only the latest Whiteboard and not everything. When I went to the web portal to check, I found something strange. the All Whiteboards tab shows only the latest whiteboard and the Recent Whiteboards tab has all the other whiteboards. I have created 5-6 different meetings and opened a whiteboard session in all meetings. In the All Whiteboards tab I see only the latest (Meeting 6) whiteboard and in the Recent WhiteBoards tab I see the remaining whiteboards for Meetings 1-5.  There is no way I can query the recent whiteboards in the API. Can someone please help me to identify what am I doing wrong ? 

I am using Zoom to tutor and we are writing collaboratively. Sometimes when neither of us has hit a delete key some of the text disappears. Today apparently the student hit the home button by mistake and three paragraphs we had written together was gone. Is there a setting I can use to keep the work there as I want to share it with the parents after class? 

I teach  via Zoom and I use the Zoom Whiteboard every day.I really like it, but there a some features I would like so see.- a better shape recognition, like other apps eg. goodnotes, noeful... have. - a lasso tool, not only a rectangle- better pdf import- dark toolbar when in darkmode- better writing experience on ipads and with graphics tablets ( pen often gets stuck)Oh, I almost missed one of the most important points!- Ability to set e default font and font sizeIt is really annoying to have to change the font every time I use a new Textbox 

I can't use AI on the Zoom whiteboard I created before becoming a premium user. It says upgrade your plan. I upgraded my plan today 🙂 I can use AI on documents but I still can't use it on whiteboards. It still says upgrade your plan for whiteboards. And it doesn't use AI on the new ones I create either. Locked!

How to disable participant annotation on the whiteboard?It is possible on the old classic whiteboard but not available on new whiteboard. My fun-loving students scribble over my whiteboard.Fun....but also disruptive ultimately.

When I share a whiteboard in a meeting, the number of participants for the whiteboard is the same as the maximum number of participants for the meeting, obviously. However:When I share a whiteboard-link with 500 people and my meeting limit is 300. Would that be possible?Assuming I can share the whiteboard with an unlimited number of people, how many can edit at the same time (as maximum)? The same as my meeting limit? 

I am a member of a company (which I will call "Company A") and months ago shared a whiteboard with several Zoom users outside my company, including someone in what I'll call "Company B." Now for some reason it appears that my ability to share new whiteboards is restricted to people within Company B.  When I click Share, under General Access my options are "Restricted" and "Anyone at Company B." The option for "Anyone with the link" is greyed out because "your admin has disabled external link sharing." My admin at Company A has not disabled external link sharing and is also affected by this problem. It appears whatever Company B's restrictions are have transferred to our accounts as though we are employees at Company B. When I try to add new email addresses it says "Company B has disabled collaboration with users outside your organization."  Again, this is happening on whiteboards that are completely new and have never eve

I've never had this problem before and don't know if it's a Zoom update or maybe a driver update on my Wacom tablet.  The pen writing on the Zoom whiteboard was always smooth and seamless and I could write as fast as I wanted.  Now for some reason, at least while recording the meeting, I have to write super slow or it just looks like scribbles!  A one-hour lecture turned into two!  Very frustrating.  It's strange, because I think when not recording it still works well, but I haven't quite been able to identify the problem.  Please help! BTW, I do notice that Zoom is using a high amount of memory (6.67GB), but don't know how to stop that. Version: 6.3.11 (60501) Update:  I tried switching to the Classic Whiteboard, and that seems to have remedied the problem.  Still not sure why, and I'd prefer to use the newer whiteboard if I can get it to work!

I finally sorted out how to allow whiteboard collaboration by people outside my organization (yes, I am the admin for my paid zoom account). But now I'm finding it's important to document who is making changes and comments. Is there a setting for forcing external collaborators to sign-in or otherwise validate who they are? Can this be done with more than just a zoom account? could they sign in to my whiteboard using their Google credentials, for example? Help! Jim

The zoom whiteboard feature freezes while drawing repeatedly every minute or so. This occurs on two separate devices and happens due to the Zoom whiteboards feature freezing. I am on Zoom version 6.4.1. I am an educator who teaches remotely so I would appreciate a solution. it can be unfrozen by minimizing the app but this workaround is not feasible to do constantly.
