I went to a zoominar(from Zoom), about the webinar + and setup of events, etc.I did have several questions about setup:We need to be able to setup an event that is 4 weeks, daily, with different sessions throughout the day, different times, instructors.Registration.  We need to be able to acquire who attends each event to ensure they are coming to all their sessions or at least a good number of them, otherwise, they don't get their badge of completion!Would registering once for all events be, besides a good user experience, advisable, would we get the registration numbers we require or what would be the cons of doing it this way?Do we need the Multi-event ability in our company account to schedule or setup our event this way?I do like the ability to have a page/portal for the attendees to go to, register(either once or for each event)-would this work in our case?Can we set a time limit on the videos recorded for the event?  In other words, they're internal to the attendees, s

Have been having a lot of issues with zoom at the moment, my account went from sessions to webinars plus and some features were deleted as part of the re-brand. The option to create channels and playlists were there, but now unusable despite me creating a channel before it changed. Moving to a hub which allows me to create the channels and I have transferred past events across to enable me to use the recordings in that hub but some recordings and events are not there now. I have to use the main log in for zoom, go to recordings, download and then upload to a specific hub. This then only uploads a certain view, and no transcripts ect. losing the ability to use smart chapters etc. Is anyonde else having this issue or is there some simple way that I have totally missed?

I have a list of attendees who have already registered for a webinar via the HubSpot landing page and form. Now i would like to send them all calendar invites for the actual webinar but I would like to send them not Zoom.  Is there an easy way to do that?

I bought a top level laptop with w11 and zoom has a lot of issues when I start a meeting. It freezes, it does strange sounds on both sides. But it works on my old laptop with windows 10. I tried every suggestion in the community. But I believe zoom team must do some updates about the software.  I use a Lenovo e14, Ryzen 7, 64 GB laptop. I am certainly sure it is an operation system incompatibility issue which must be corrected by the zoom engineers.

Is there a way to have Zoom prompt me to record a session when the session starts?  I don't want to record all sessions, but I do need to have help remembering to do so when it is needed. Is there a way to set a session to be recorded when scheduling the session?

Hi, I am looking for help on a zoom remote access session where I need to use the host's camera while working on an application on a remotely access PC via zoom session. USE CASE:Consider 2 computers on a zoom session - A and BA is the meeting hostB is the client connected to the meeting via an invite sent from AA takes remote access control of B via zoom remote access feature.A is working on an application on B that uses camera to scan some images.When that application on B triggers the use of camera, it activates local camera on B by default. How can I make it trigger the camera of the host PC (A) in this situation instead of using local camera on B?ORHow do I setup zoom to let the host use its own camera instead of B during remote access sessions? I know when using Remote Desktop softwares, this feature can be configured in them but not sure how / where to configure this requirement in zoom for zoom remote access feature. Any help would be greatly appreciate

I thought we were able to log in to multiple devices at once under the same log in. Up until recently, I have been logged in for 2 laptops and a cell phone and sometimes a tablet as I often find myself switching devices from one zoom meeting to another. I have a basic user account and this only started happening to me as of last week. Today is June 16. Thank you

Hello,I have Zoom Workplace installed on my Mac and Windows 11 PC (Windows 11 Pro, v. 23H2, build 22631.5472).  The other day, I opened Zoom on my PC to discover I was signed out.  I have attempted to log in numerous times, but each time I do, I receive the message: "Please try again later. Error code 1."  Another message instructs me to check my internet connection (I'm connected, and it's working correctly).Zoom on my Mac is logged in with the same account and functioning fine.  I've had Zoom Workplace installed on my PC, and it has been working without a glitch since 2020.I've tried repairing the application and uninstalling/reinstalling it.  Neither attempt resolved the problem.  My account doesn't offer the option to contact Zoom support directly, except through the database, community, and chatbot.Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should try next?Nothing has changed regarding installed applications or current settings.Tha

We own a fitness studio. We have professionally ran a camera and music and mic through textron software to our Mac computer.the music mic mix is awful nd drops out constantly. AvNow is saying it's a zoom issue. We have made sure the settings are "original Sound"  & "high Fidelity" it's not fixing it. Any other ideas? 

I am an avid zoom users and use zoom mostly all day/everyday. Recently-I am having a problem with audio for certain users that connect through zoom through their wifi. For example-if there are two other separate people in my zoom room, I can hear one of them very clearly and the other goes in and out and is "scratchy". This happens with more than just one user so I know it's not person-specific. It can also happen if two people are sitting together and logged in as one user-I can hear one clearly but not the other. It feels like something around what the audio is picking up---any leads on audio settings to help fix this would be helpful. This issue happens both on my headset as well as my computer. Please help! I need to use close captions just to hear all participants

Hello, I downgraded my zoom pro account to basic just last week because I was not using it and now need to confirm whether a particular recording is still available in the cloud on my account from last August. I can't see anything when searching using the tool provided. Would cloud recordings from that time frame have been saved on a pro account? And should I be able to access them on a basic account or do I need to resubscribe? Lastly, is there a way to confirm that I have access to the meeting recording before resubscribing since that is pretty much the only reason I would resubscribe? Thanks so much!

I have set a PowerPoint presentation on Zoom with overlay. It works fine for recording purposes if I am the only presenter. However, I have a co-presenter on the same PPT presentation. How can I add her to the video with me so the audience can see her? Thank you. 

Running Zoom Pro for Healthcare (for TeleHealth interviews w/o using emails), have BAA & Scheduler add-on added. Some post say use Call Out, but this feature is not showing. Post also say, you do not need Zoom Phone or Audio Conferencing.Using the list Zoom products, how do you setup and/or send video link invites from Laptop to cell phone? If not possible please advise

Here is the question I sent to Zoom Support:I have Zoom sessions, and am planning a one-session event for the end of February. I have the monthly-payment plan (100 attendees max), because my next event won't happen until next November, and I will cancel my Zoom Sessions in March, and reinstate it in October. My February meeting is expected to have about 200 attendees - is it possible to add the "Large Meeting" add-on to "Zoom Sessions" specifically for my Feb event?Their response did not actually offer a reasonable solution:"I understand your concerns regarding the upgrade of your Zoom Sessions participants by purchasing the Large Meeting add-on. I'll be glad to assist you with this.Please be informed the Zoom Events and the Large Meeting add-on are different plans. In Zoom Events, if you set up a Single Session (full) Event  - am I correct in thinking there is no lobby chat facility or countdown timer? And that this is only available on multi-session events? I'm wondering if it's a problem on my account or if its not featured.   Thanks in advance

We have a Zoom One Pro account and purchased a Zoom Sessions Pay Per Attendee annual add-on subscription, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to actually create the Zoom Session now that we've purchased. Anyone know how to create this thing?
