How many live camera sources can Production Studio handle in a Webinar?

I’m trying to confirm:

  1. Is there a maximum number of live panelist camera feeds that can appear as selectable “sources” inside Production Studio?

  2. If 20 panelists have cameras on, will all 20 appear as available video sources that can be pulled into scenes?

  3. Are there performance considerations on the host machine that affect how many live sources can be active simultaneously?

I want to confirm any tech limitations before committing to Production Studio.

Good questions.  Ive not tested it myself but the Production Studio has a “party” feature with gallery view up to 49 panelists.  Also ZPS is run in the cloud so not sure but here are the general requirements https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057904

@PaulTheVideoGuy - I see your question relates to the maximum number of videos in the SOURCE panel.  I do not see any limitation within Production Studio documentation, and did see some reference (sorry, I forget where!) that the Source panel is scrollable if “overfilled”.  So perhaps the real limitation would be the maximum number of panelists/speakers permitted in a session.

This Zoom Support article seems to suggest a limit of 200 speakers, alt-hosts, and “panelists” (a term no longer used elsewhere in Zoom Events documentation).  Get together with 198 of your closest Zoom friends and invite me to a test run!  But Sales should be able to go to Engineering and get an answer to this.
