HI, HOW CAN I REMOVE FOR PARTECIPANTS THE POSSIBILITY OF DON'T SEE OTHER PARTECIPANTS??

Last week during an webinar, our keynote presenter wanted to share his PowerPoint-presentation. But we encountered some problems. He could share his PowerPoint, but not in the full screen presentation-modus (see attached file).  While he could scroll further to the next slide on his laptop, we stay freezed at the first slide. The only way he could manage to let us view something was to select the next slide in the slide-menu on the left. How can we make sure this won't happen again. On the other hand, when I as a hist was sharing my presentation, other watchers said I had the same problem as well. Did I managed something wrong in the settings of this webinar? Very strange, since I am already familiar to use ZOOM for over two years now, and this was the very first time this was happening.Thanks for your responses and fine holidays ! 

I'm trying to set up admin templates for webinars that my team runs regularly with our customers. Right now when we update a template, each team member has to update it manually. We'd love to use the admin templates feature. However, the description field has a really short character limit compared to user generated templates.Is this a bug? Has anyone found a workaround? What's going on here?

Hi,I need to postpone my webinar but already have 160+ people registered.  I see that I can edit the date and that if I click notify attendees they will receive a generic email about the change. Can I customize this email or is it best to send them a separate email from me letting them know of the change but that the link will remain the same? 

Hi, one of our speakers wants to use NDI functionality for their session within zoom events.  I have turned on NDI in our account settings under Zoom rooms but note it says to use it meetings and webinars must be started within zoom rooms.  Does this mean it's not currently something that would work within Zoom events?

I need to create a focus group with 3 participants and a moderator. I want to send a Zoom Meeting invite to them where they click the url and get in the meeting. I also need the backstage feature where clients can watch and listen to the meeting in progress but not be seen or heard by the participants. Do I need both a Webinar AND an Events license to accomplish this? Some of the focus groups will be in Spanish. The translator will be in the backstage room with the Clients and translate into English what is happening in the live Zoom Meeting. I need to record what is happening in the backstage room separately from the Live Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? Thanks for the help

We have a set up a webinar with required registration. When someone clicks on the invitation link, they land on the reg page, but they are taken directly to the first registration field, skipping the webinar description and other information above. They have to scroll up to read the description, date/time, etc. Is there a way to have them go to the top of the page rather than skipping to the first registration field? Thanks!

The passcode section for a webinar I had set up was automatically activated and the option to de-activate it has been disabled with is a message that I should be contacting the "admin" to do that. Since I am the admin for my account, I am totally clueless about how to remove this passcode option. I had to face super-embarrassment in presence of participants. Regards 

I am hosting a meeting which requires registration and one of my potential registrants cannot get to register - the message she gets is as follows:  This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please register with another email address. She tried a second and different email and it would not take that either.  I am receiving registrations from other invitees.... Any one else ever met this issue before and if so, were you able to solve it? If so how?  I appreciate your feedback....

I've done numerous webinars previously at was easily able to set the price and receive $ through PayPall.Just set up a webinar w/ registration.  Still connected to PayPal for payment. But I don't see how to set the price, so people must pay before registering. Any Ideas?  Thanks!!

Does Zoom allow for multiple registration links for the same event? I am looking for a means to track where the clients are coming from in regards to our team. I know we can ask "who invited you?" but not everyone has the answer because they will often have the link and not remember where the got it from. Thanks!

How do we fix Error 3041 - Last night we ran a webinar and I wanted an attendee to jump out and put their video on but for some reason it wouldn't allow us to do that, any ideas please would be appreciated, as we are running with another one tonight and would like it sorted. Hello everyone, I need to host a webinar for a bidding prrocess and attendees need to be anonymous and not be able to see the list of other participants. Is this possible with Zoom webinar? IF so, ca you pelase explain how? Thank you

I host free webinars and was hoping that Zoom Events was going to be a good upgrade, but it has been super challenging.While there are shortcomings, not being able to have an easy registration process primarily, this could all be solved if Zoom Events would build outs its API. I can host registrations elsewhere, but Zapier doesn't connect to Zoom Events (it only has the option to a Zoom Webinar which doesn't work). So now we don't have a way of logging when people have registered at all and coordinating emails to them.

Hi. I was attempting to join a webinar on Zoom and it said my desktop version was out of date (I have 5.10.1 (4420)). 1. When I attempted to join via the browser it kept kicking me to the registration screen2. When I attempted to upgrade my desktop Zoom version it just took me to the Join / Sign In page for the old version of my desktop app I was able to join the meeting in my browser eventually, but I'm not sure how. Help, I guess? Thanks, Kevin 

Hi! I created a scheduled webinar but didn't enable chat. I turned on the chat. But in the created webinar, there is no chat in the settings. How to add it to an already created webinar? I can't recreate the webinar, because There are already many registered members.

Hello everyone,Thank you in advance for your help.For a private event, I will have in person a person who speaks in English and a person who speaks in Chinese.These people will be seen in a webinar, I will have an interpreter to translate English to Chinese and an interpreter to translate Chinese to English.Question, what should the interpreters and the English participants do when the person speaks in English and the same question for the interpreter and the Chinese participant when a person speaks in Chinese?Thanks for your help,

hi, Before I could share a jingle (short .mp4 Video with sound) at beginning of my webinars .I can no more. Why?Before last Zoom release (timing: new Zoom icon apearance) there was a button "share sound" on "advance" parameters to be selected that exist no more. Zoom Built-in-video playuer is suppoed to do the job...Reading Zoom assistance doesn't help.CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, please ??? My Jingle doesn't play sound....

There use to be an option box to disallow multiple connections per registration. It's gone now. What is the default behavior if there is no option?

Sorry for my poor english.I have "Zoom one pro", and "Zoom WebinarsWebinar 1000 - promotion". Also status is active.I use Google chrome.I used to be able to convert meeting to webinar.I could do it until last month probably.But I can't now. I scroll, but any link to convert. I used to use it, but it's gone.Someone tell me please.  

I recorded a webinar recently with myself, a featured panelist, and a cohost from my org.  For most of it, we recorded with the myself interviewing the panelist in gallery view.  The view in real time was the two of us side by side.  My co-host Stesh had her camera turned off, and was running tech support, dropping links, adding to chat, etc.  But no one could see her during the webinar.  When I looked at the recording, it did gallery view, but myself and the panelist were side by side with a third big black box below that said "Stesh" on it.  We're planning to post to youtube and it really brings the whole thing down... It was recorded locally, our cloud recording is currently disabled.  Everything else looks right, but I don't understand why it recorded her in gallery view with her camera off.  Is it bc she's the co-host?  If we downgraded her to panelist would it still record that way?  We had one other org member as a panelist just

Can you format the topic so on the registration page it looks nice?

Would my scheduled webinar links next month be safe if I downgrade my current non recurring webinar subscription next month? Hope anyone could answer. Thanks
